When you leave several messages with the Service Group to get a service appointment and they never bother returning your calls, I recommend you bring your business to other Porsche dealerships in the area. I did and received an excellent service from Porsche Rive-Sud...

Have been a customer at Porsche Lauzon for 10 years +. Recently took my classic there for oil change, 2 door alignments + engine tune up after winter storage. After 5 weeks I had to chase them down as the service rep had quit, Antonio took over and and then he left for holiday and didn’t get back to me until I have had the car there for 8 weeks. Only half of the job had been finished as they had dropped the ball between the two service reps, Antonio said he would do something for me as it was clearly their fault, haven’t heard anything in 3 weeks now. I would never service my cars here again, there is plenty of much better options in Montreal for classic cars.

We just purchased a 2017 Miata used car from them. We were treated like VIP’s throughout the entire time. Our sales rep, Mathieu Boyer, was by far, the most professional sales person we have ever dealt with. He was pleasant, knowledgable & extremely fast to respond. Mathieu was committed that we would be fully pleased once we took possession, and we WERE! Thank you Mathieu (& Juliette who finalized the transaction with us) for such a perfect experience. Also a big thank you to all the staff at the dealership. We were treated like royalty!

The service department is terrible. I've left 3 messages to two different service advisors with no call back ever!!!! Called again yesterday with an urgent breakdown and specifically stated that I needed to speak with someone before the car shutdown. 24 hours later still nothing. If you don't show up in person, good luck in getting anything scheduled.

They do not return calls
They do not respect commitments
They act like they are more important that customers

Avoid this service department at all costs even if you need to drive an extra hour to get to next dealership

Called in to service my Macan turbo due to some issues with my A/C being told that first available spot is June 28. This is unacceptable. Porsche dealership is definitely not at par with their level of service. The agent didn’t even try to make it right just hung up. Wow!!

Has my last Porsche with Prestige, poor experience move me to BMW. When I wend back to purchase a new Porsche (April19,2023) I was not especially well reviewed, no water / coffee, kinda of ignored. When i went to the receptionist and asked to get a salesman, waited, waited, no one, asked again , waited… was quicker to drive to Porsche Rive Sud, where i got welcomed, quick response, was intending on purchasing a Porsche for Myself, ended up getting one for my wide also.

This place has some nice people working there. Very polite and they do know their stuff. Lots of different models to chose from. Just have to remember that ur in a place that sells expensive cars.But they are fair.

Nice customer lounge area with attentive receptionist. Excellent service and sales teams.

Delivery day fell on the aftermath of an ice storm and a massive city-wide power outage. Even though the dealership was out of power and was technically closed that day, Alex kept the dealership open for me to keep the dream alive! Great service and super lounge area (Café Carrera) while you wait for your vehicle.

Everything was going well until we met with the lady in finance (I believe her name is Noemi Carrier - a young girl, blond). She has no idea what she was talking about and it completely ruined our experience. Very condescending as well. She needs to remember she works there and doesn't own the company.

Since she's in charge of finance we decided to go elsewhere since that's the most crucial part about BUYING a car. For a dealership of this height, we expect them to hire people with professionalism and competency.

We came in from Toronto today or pick up our Cayenne e-hybrid. We were greeted by Mathieu Boyer. He was very knowledgeable and responsive from the time we first started discussing the vehicle. He guided me through the process with his coworker Julie who were both amazing.
Their customer service is amazing and I am definitely working with them again for my next vehicle.

Worst dealership ever...and I mean ever!! We first walked in to buy a new Porsche last year and left because the sales person couldn't be bothered with our business (lack of effort, interest, personality...). We ended buying at the Laval dealership instead because they had exceptional customer service. Given that the St-Hubert dealership is closer to the house we have our car serviced there and the experience has been the same as the first experience with the sales rep, however they welcome you with a smile they find a way to be disrespectful. Trust me, do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere!!!

Last month (20 Sep 2022) I have the opportunity to purchase a pre-owned Panamera 4S at this dealership in St. Hubert. I reckon that the service render by this company is impeccable. The sales services approach was exclusive, professional, informative with attention to details. In the beginning I was a bit worry about the size of this vehicle as it might be too tight to park in my garage. Without any hesitation, they have even sent the car with a Porsche specialist – Olivier to come to my house for me to visualize whether this vehicle is compatible with my garage size. Thanks for Olivier’s professional approach with detailed presentation which has erased all my anxiety. The delivery was punctual and highly organized. I must congratulate to the Sales Executive – Ms Ariel Leung who has tried her endeavour effort and offered a service which is superb, by far the best in the market. Furthermore Olivier – The Porsche specialist is also well organized explaining in full details of this vehicle.
