I love this store. It seems to have everything I need!
Lots of mice at the food court on plain day light during business hours! I approached the employee that was cleaning and later a security guard to inform and I was told the managers were aware and are still figuring out what to do. How can a food court with such lack of hygiene continue operating? A disgrace
Typical indoor mall with four levels of shopping. Easy access inside from the street. Limited parking in the parade andvits pretty tight for a big vehicle. There always seems to be an escalator under repair, lucky they have an elevator for those who don't do stairs.
I went here to the Sushi King House absolutely love this restaurant I'm going to be moving and I will miss them they are the nicest people in their food is delicious and very well priced.
Nice and quiet mall to shop and walk..Bring the kids to try the train 🚂 on Sunday. Some nice too in the mall.
The entire place is inaccessible to me because impark refuses to accept any other payment than a credit card. Impark gets -1000 stars especially for charging a 1 dollar inconvenience fee

I am writing to submit my formal complaint regarding the interaction I’ve experienced while visiting Bay Centre in Victoria, BC. Today 12/28/23 I’ve visited the Bay Centre Mall located in Victoria, BC. While visiting the mall with my family, I decided to use a Family room located on the first level. I used the family room to specifically breastfeed my infant child. Not even 10 minutes later, my breastfeeding session was interrupted by the security guard who said that he was checking on me. I responded back that I am with my child breastfeeding. The security guard knocked on the door again less than 5 minutes later interrupting me again. At that point I felt harassed by the this security guard who crossed the line while interrupting the intimate breastfeeding session with my child. When I asked the security guard why he was interrupting me while I’ve already explained myself, he proceeded to explain that he received an alert on his phone that someone is using the room. In order to access the family room someone has to unlock the door electronically and there is a camera installed next to the call button. Therefore, the security guard should see exactly who they allow to access the family room. The security guard lied saying they do not have a camera and he proceeded to lie saying their admin office is closed today. Following this unacceptable interaction, I proceeded to the admin office of the Bay Centre located on the 1st floor. The admin office was open and the JLL employee answered the door. I’ve explained the interaction that took place and I was promised that this information will be passed on to the security manager. Not only this employee harassed me, but also he violated my family rights for breastfeeding. I would like for Jones Lang LaSalle managing company to conduct a formal investigation to resolve this issue and prevent for any further harassment and the violations of family rights taking place again by the employees of the Bay Centre Mall. Thank you.
Resident of the building next door and it’s super easy to go this gym! Perks is that my membership allows to bring in a guest so I get company when I work out! The staff members are super helpful as well so definitely don’t feel shy to ask them questions.
Beautiful building in downtown, across the Fairmont Hotel on Georgia. There is a court yard that is a relatively quiet spot from the noise and downtown business. Very well kept and on the higher-end commercial building in terms of status and prestige.
The bay center is big and has aot of places to shop. The big downside is the area outside the bay center. The elevator is fun and at Christmas it is decorated beautifully.
It's nice lovely and right now it's beautiful with all the cristmas tree decoration and people can vote for their favourite the decorated Christmas tree.. and it's a good shopping place as they mostly have a discount.

Nice outdoor area to visit, it's kind of like a smaller scale version of the YVR outlet (Arthur McGlen outlet). Has lots of food, stores, and even a modern Cineplex, which is where I watched the FNAF movie today. It's also located in a nice area of South Vancouver, and is right next to the golden tree stump statue.
Nice shopping mall to purchase all your daily needs
Was there on a Saturday noon. It was too busy, especially at the food court. It's not easy to find a table to eat in. Other than that, there are lots of shopping options.
It was missing carts had to use a box for items. Else a good Walmart.
Wide variety of shopping, lots of parking. Be sure to check out MR Seafoods, just outside the big box store area.
It's a pretty big walmart. And has good quality of collection.
The shelves were empty I had to wait 1/2 hr for a cart to drive around the store. They have 3 and 1 was broken. With an aging population I think Walmart can accommodate the people with mobility issues. In the USA the stores have plenty of carts for such people. It's time to improve your system Walmart.
Good sales quiet while I was there at 7am shopping
An average mall. The parking is not free. Only on weekend afternoon I think. It has a flood court and a Canada Service office.
I love how small but large this area is. Everything you need in one spot. Dropped my car off, did a lovely little shop, it's always quiet in the area so there's not much in terms of lineups... At least so far!

I love shopping in Walmart. Very reasonable prices, lots of parking.
Not accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. These escalators have been down constantly. This Canada’s biggest department store (chain). How pathetic. And this isn’t the only Bay that has this issue.
Was disappointed, the item I went in to purchase was not there even though they had a special shelf dedicated to this item it was just an empty space

Nice little mall with good verity of shops and restaurants . Its got a movie theater . Its next to the Canada Line. Its got a parking lot. And condos on top .
This vibrant place has been designed for urban living and work office along with the standard size mall, this area has a direct access to CanadaLine for Airport and Richmond, On the other side to Downtown. There are lots of stores like T&T Supermarket, Winners. There is CinePlex Theatre, TD Canada Trust, ScotiaBank. Pizza stores like Fresh Slice and Panago. Lots of cars showroom like Nissan, KIA and Honda are on the walking distance. There is a starting point bus stop for Multi Route along with Sky Train Station plus Camble and Marine Drive intersection that makes it highly congested and slow to get out.
The main attraction is no thrills grocery store affordable the store closes at 2200 p.m. Pacific Standard Time
A large modern mall with pristine middle-upper-middle class storefronts and professional staff. Everything from layout to lighting to sound design and parking is exquisite. You might want to live there.
Super fun place to go! You will find pretty much all you need from natural products to a food court, a Marshall store and Hudson Bay. Chinese restaurant and Nickels. Dollars ma accommodates a great variety of items also. An awesome train ride for you and your little ones also. More, more, more…

It's impossible as a pedestrian to get down to the Smart Centre safely. It's for car traffic only. I've seen people slip and slide down the hill in winter and spring. I feel bad for those that work their without a car. watch out for pedestrians please.
This is a really nice very well maintained mall. There are minimal store fronts that are vacant and the ones that are have been neatly covered and don't look bad. It's nice to see a place that familys can shop together and find what they are looking for. There are plenty of sales and a ton of options for baked goods, snacks and food.
This is where I tan. It's great. Highly recommend. Lots of good stuff on this block!
Great facility with a low cost, definitely would recommend the group studio classes. These are pictures from 3 PM on a weekday. Love working out here.
I spent more then an hr at the little dollar store there. Of course it's not so cheap but lots of useful things and depending on how you look at not so useful things lol. Their craft DIY selection is great, same for tools and hardware.
Sushi king house is one of the repeat place for us to eat here for 20 years already. Love the size of quality of the sushi. The lunch special also fulfilling and decent priCe. You can get a set lunch with sushi and soup for under $10
Pretty underwhelming mall compared to the nearby Carrefour Laval but nice nonetheless. Good selection of stores and restaurants and lots of parking and transit options with Metro Montmorency and Boulevard Corbusier nearby.
Love the ambiance. Food court. Clean washrooms for clients at convenient locations in the shopping centre . Nice boutiques. Excellent service. Stores like La Baie, jewelry stores,Dollarama , Avril and restaurants like Subway, Nickels and Fu Lam restaurants will delight you. Eat a bun and have a coffee in the middle if you wish . Come and see. Worth the stop.
This place is huge with lots of parking, selection and stock. Good prices! No membership card needed like Costco. Because it is so big, it does not feel crowded. Also the fresh produce looks fresh. The apples and clementines I purchased were such a hit as well as the huge sushi platter! Thank you!

This smart center featured Walmart as a major tenant, like other smart centers around the Montreal area. To fulfill the concept of creating a shopping area tailored all needs of a family, this one is at a difficult development phrase. It has the furniture store Leon by its side, and it has the centropolis entertainment center just one block away in the east, and it has the Carrefour Laval half a km away in the north. Walmart as a big box store is very dominant, with a lot of other servicing small tenants inside. Basically, a lot of needs by a family is already fulfilled. Lands south of Walmart is in development phrase, wonder what project will arrive later.
As an observer, I can just say anything can happen. The creativity and imagination of human beings is endless. Keep an eye.

Nice little strip mall, can be difficult to park with small parking lot.
Terrible parking management. We parked our car at 3:30pm. None of the large visible signs or the paying booth were updated that they close their gates by 7pm in April, 2021. We came back at 7:30pm and gates were closed - no phone number to contact security. We walked around building and finally found an intercom. Security actually picked up the intercom. It's really hard to hear the intercom plus it's a busy street but we heard she said they closed the parking at 7pm. Ok, well how do we get the car out? She kept on going about that they closed at 7pm. Well, we repeated our question 3 times and she said stop yelling at her. She said she will get us in this one time (wow...). When parking gate opened we checked and sure enough, all the large signs say they close at 6am. EXCEPT this one tiny piece of 11x8.5 paper taped at the bottom of one of the signs, in size 12 font, reading "new hours: closes at 7pm". Still costs same reg price of $7.75.
Handy location, right in the heart of Marpole's commercial area. There are various offices and stores (i.e., dentist, insurance, lawyer, jeweler), as well as restaurants. We really like the Vietnamese restaurant Pho' Ever.
It's a nice place with a number of shops. The grocery store inside is really cheap. Sometimes the problem comes when the shops don't take cash. Other than that I go there every week.
Haven't been able to get there yet.

It's now the end February, days before spring break, and the price changes are noticeable on some products: chicken breasts of 3-4 pieces, house brand juices (vegetable and fruit), coffee prices tend to fluctuate (then again, there are the frequent specials).
Noticeably missing from the shelves are various cereal and oatmeal brands.
One bonus is the weekly deals (i.e. 3 for $4, 2 for $7) among different grocery items throughout the store ✌

Awesome place to hangout for all ages. Kids, get car strollers, infants no need to carry a stroller. They provide a stroller on which all car seats fit. Diverse food court. Staff is very helpful.
Good location. Variety of stores in great atmosphere.
This shopping center is a pleasure to be there, whether it is for shopping or simple at there super food court, I cant imagine Laval without Carrefour Laval

Under massive renovations. Many shops have gone. The once vibrant centre of theatres, boutiques long gone, place not what was. Grocery store is so poorly managed by new owners it is sad, some of the old staff are the only reason I return. Sad how they suffer.
Great little shopping centre with ample parking. Not very busy so you can be in and out in no time.

One of my favorite "go to" in Vancouver. It is very beautiful and quiet.. and very clean. Everything is polished and shiny. BUT.. in one of my visits there,I had a very bad experience with this rude woman (I think she owns that cafe/restaurant that replaced the Smoke House.. It is the cafe that has lots of plants/flowers when you exit to the back..) I was there, and I asked one of the staff if I could take photos in the cafe and the staff said it was ok. I was already walking out when another woman ran after me and demanded that I show her the content of my camera and she wanted the photos deleted. I was really offended because it is my personal camera, and she wanted me to go with her inside the cafe and demanded that I show her the content of my camera until she is satisfied that there was no photo of her cafe there... common... you are a restaurant/cafe.. a public place.. do you really expect that people will not have photos of your business? well ...the heck I care.. I am not interested in your cafe either... Anyways.... 0 star for that cafe.... owner is as fake as the flowers in that restaurant.If you happen to eat there... don't take photos.. she would probably delve into your cellphones and demand the photos to be deleted.

Great place on a weekend busy street, close to English Bay, for Grocery shopping and the dollar shop. If you happen to live in the area, you can visit the dentist clinics which has some really good doctors.
Great place and if you need a passport photo done make sure you go to this place in here he knows a lot and will make sure it is done properly.
Huge and nice. Many shops in one place. Of course all indoor. Some little problem to find place on parking lot. It was worth to did some loops around to find one car park place.
I worked in an office in this building for a while. There's a simple cafe in the lobby. Make sure you get on the correct elevators, they don't all go to the same floors.
