The best cine in Colombia ever!
This movie theatre has amazing reclining seats with the leg rests. Very very comfortable. This would easily get a 5* rating if only it weren’t pricing everyone out of being able to watch a movie here. I went here and purchased two tickets($74.000), 1 drink and 1 popcorn ($34.700)for a total of $108.000. For two movie tickets and only a drink and popcorn for one of the two people. That’s extremely overpriced. As an American, this is the same price I would pay for one of the movie theatres with the same level of comfort in the major cities in the USA. So to pay this price in Colombia is a joke.
Then there’s the issue with the food service. I ordered this overpriced popcorn and soda. It took 30 minutes and TWO trips out of the movie to check on the order. And in the end I still had to just grab my own things. This should have been given as an option when I paid for them. Instead of making me miss a lot of of the movie and getting my items 1/3 of the way into the movie.

My favorite movie theater to watch movies in their native (English) language. I highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to ensure you get good seats to watch the movie of your choice.

Don't ever take the first row of the premium chairs! Cost the same but you're below the screen and 1m away from it. The whole movie looked distorted because of this perspective.

Workers at the Cinemark are neat, and gentle the video was amazing, and the chairs at the premium room were just FANTASTIC! Very recommended (The food was the expected) about the price, it is worth it (Medium - High cost)

These guys are sloooooow, they really take their time like they are not working for a cinema 😒 movie started and Im in front of a window waiting for my churros and my hot dog. I arrived 45 minutes prior to 😒 (I’m writing this while I wait) 😒

Tanto como el centro comercial y en este caso "Procinal" se ve el deterioro del interior y la falta de actualización en su fachadas .

Hace falta una remodelacion acorde con las que se están llevando en el centro comercial, las sillas son viejas y algunas incomodas, aun que son solo dos salas de proyeccion, considero que falta más organización del personal asignado para esta sede, las veces que he ido las personas no respetan la asignación comprada y el personal no hace nada para mediar con la cituacion.

Best place to enjoy the latest movie premmieres. Bear in mind that each ticket per spectator costs the same as one month of streaming operator subscription at home but, the experience of watching the movie in extra large screen and state of the art surround sound systems makes it worth to pay.
I excepted good food quality for the price, the pop corn was oily and cold. The cinema is small compared to others of the area.

Surprisingly nice Cinema. Big screen, comfy chairs, great food (try the Sushi and the burger). The seats in cinema 3 could use some maintenance - seats in cinema 2 are much better (but cinema is smaller). The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

I love this place, it's one of the best Cinemark headquarters in Bogotá city, it is very organized and spacious, nice staff and comfortable chairs; the movie experience that you expect!
Las dos señoritas que atendían pensaron que nosotros éramos lo empleados de ellas aunque no debería ser así .porque me comí el mejor croissant de chocolate y ases producto y las aromáticas de frutas muuuuy bien 5 estrellas

La boleteria es económica, sin embargo las instalaciones físicas dejan mucho que desear, la calidad del sonido y de imágen muy regulares y las sillas son super incómodas.
Es un cine de "bajo costo" pero ya se está igualando el precio a los cines top de aquí de Bogotá y realmente la calidad de las salas por precio de boleta no es muy buena, las sillas son bastante incómodas así compres localización "VIP" aunque estás sillas por lo menos con acolchadas las sillas de localización general si son bastante incómodas para sentarse dos horas a ver una peli, las sillas están en mal estado, realmente la diferencia son como 5 mil pesos para poder estar cómodo en un Cine Colombia, Cinépolis o cine mark... Por otro lado la comida en los cines siempre me ha parecido excesivamente cara y aquí no es la excepción un combo de maíz pira y dos perros con gaseosa a la fecha que público esto está en casi 40000 pesos... Hay otros sitios más lindos cerca para visitar y ver una buena película y la diferencia de precios no es mucha

Good location. Seats are comfortable with arm rests for each individual rather than having to share with person next to you. Popcorn is good. Due to COVID they are not providing fountain drinks and only bottled drinks. Would have given 5 stars but 4 because the drinks were not cold.

Cumple con el servicio de cine, falta variedad de snacks y deberían no vender productos de paquetes como papás y eso, son muy ruidosas y molestan mucho en el cine, además que falta un guía o algo para que ayude a acomodar la gente

Great rooms, get here with a good 20 mins necause of the slow line to register and enter. You can buy food beforehand and it's way quicker, or you can buy it there before you enter but it'll take a lot more time
The theaters are good in general but their service on the food area, needs improvement, it's too slow. Also, although their monitors display the products and combos its text size is too small.
This place is insane, do not attempt to go there on a weekend in fact I would never try to go back there period. The kiosks to buy tickets don't work propertly, the screens aren't calibrated whatsoever and the lines to buy tickets or food are about 25 to 35 minutes long, so give yourself about two hours to go watch a movie plus the staff is not friendly.
It could be better, I prefer the service and the quality from Andino. Also, it's lame to access a cinema without the option to see a movie on the original language. They should change that...

In fact, the only bad thing about the experience is the long wait time to purchase the food (pop corn, hot dogs, etc) and the slowly staff doing it.
The place is so good, quality in XD also is so good, times and kind of movies... Everything else is good. You can have free parking by some hours when you are in the cinema.

It's a relatively cheap cinema. However, you can get some deals at a lower price if you buy their corporate card. On the other hand, the cinema's rooms are big and quite comfortable.

I used to enjoy the cinemas much more but now they had the brilliant idea to block the entrances and they don't let you go inside with any other food different from the cinema's one. It didn't use to be a problem, and the thing is that the food there is veeery expensive and not that good... Still the cinemas are clean and nice.

Es un buen lugar para ver películas en familia a bajo costo, se puede adquirir la tarjeta VIP para obtener descuentos adicionales al estar ubicado en el centro comercial tiene la ventaja de tener la plazoleta de comidas y varios sitios para comer cuenta con variedad de precios tanto en comestibles como en otros artículos también hay un éxito dentro del CC así como varios sitios cercanos para mercar comer o disfrutar.
