Very helpful staff talk to you when waiting on the line
I excepted good food quality for the price, the pop corn was oily and cold. The cinema is small compared to others of the area.
Very good in general, the sound is always good quality...the projection quality changes depending on the specific space you use.
Good location. Seats are comfortable with arm rests for each individual rather than having to share with person next to you. Popcorn is good. Due to COVID they are not providing fountain drinks and only bottled drinks. Would have given 5 stars but 4 because the drinks were not cold.
It's a mall full of different stores, I really enjoy going there, but most of the times it's full of people, so for that reason I put 4 stars.
This place is insane, do not attempt to go there on a weekend in fact I would never try to go back there period. The kiosks to buy tickets don't work propertly, the screens aren't calibrated whatsoever and the lines to buy tickets or food are about 25 to 35 minutes long, so give yourself about two hours to go watch a movie plus the staff is not friendly.
It could be better, I prefer the service and the quality from Andino. Also, it's lame to access a cinema without the option to see a movie on the original language. They should change that...
