Absolutely awful, Kafkaesque bureaucratic institution. The people working there treat don't act like public servants, more like despots who terrorize citizens. I don't think they even know the word "empathy" or decency, much less it's meaning, and certainly not how it feels. The fact that these people are paid from our taxes only to attack us, cause us untold problems, and do literally nothing to helps us - that is downright abhorrent.

Pro mě to byla naprosto perfektní zkušenost. Příjemny a ochotny personál, který mě navedl a pomohl s procesem.

Zmíněnou problematiku se všudypřítomným povalujícím se odpadem nehodlá městská část Praha 5 řešit a to ani po urgencích. S problematikou jsem byl odkázaná na Den Země, abych si odpadky z ulic uklidila jako občan sama. Děkuji za Váš vstřícný přístup a doufám, že se aspoň na Den Země zapojíme společně do úklidu. Jsem ráda, že ostatní městské části naší Prahy mají nějakou společenskou odpovědnost a v environmentálním odvětví přistupují k problematice o dost lépe než městská část Prahy 5

Koukal jsem na recenze a všude 1 hvězda, ale já nenašel problém, byl jsem zde poprvé a stačí se usmívat, pozdravit a oni taky budou hodní 😅 (čekal jsem 3 min., jen stačilo přijet v 13:00, kdy otevírají a nebudete čekat)

Velmi milý a vstřícný personál

Na stavebním úřadě v archivu paní velmi napomocna. Ale prý má už od Vánoc rozbitou kopírku, tudíž jsem si tam nemohla nic ofotit, jen na mobil. Nevím jak to budu doma davat dohromady.
Vždyť tam se musíte objednat,abyste si mohli složku stavby projít a něco si ofotit, z jiného důvodu tam snad nikdo nechodí nebo ano?

Co tak si třeba počkat 2 hodiny ve frontě? Tady si to můžete vesele vyzkoušet.

Velká spokojenost! Je možné se objednat online, takže člověk nečeká ani minutu (naopak mě ještě vzali dřív), personál milý a ochotný, vše je přehledně značeno, takže člověk nebloudí, kam má jít. Rozhodně nejpříjemnější návštěva úřadu za posledních pár let 👍

The worst place you could go, if you need any sort of help as a Czech, as a foreigner or even a human. Better to find other options :) The old lady Marešová at the matrika was rude and arrogant while refusing to help or even listen. Also it wasn’t the first time, infact the 4th time we visited her and it seems she is always this cold towards humans.

Super zkušenost. Ochotný a trpělivý přístup při žádosti o občanství i na pokladně.

Everything went very fast and smooth, Mrs Jana Kyserova from Department of Trade was very friendly and professional and as a big plus, she could help me in English.

The office works within two hours. When most Czechs work until five. Well, I do not know. This communist country is making fun of its people, and what about foreigners, don't you feel embarrassed.

Prague 2 is the most elegant, exclusive housing region in Prague. It is composed of a few sub areas: Nusle,the simplest one,that almost reaches the embarkment; Move Mesto, bordering Prague 1; Vinohrady, called after the vineyards that in middle age was giving wine to the royal/imperial court. Most of buildings are elegant, spanning from the end of xviii century till the full xx century. The town hall of Prague 2 is a very nice,elegant, welcoming secession style building. The main hall where public servants perform services to the public is worth a visit. Very relevant,a few years ago was installed a baby box,where unexpected/not wished babies can be deposited in a safe, anonymous way. Sign of high respect for even the most unfortunate part of population.

Not a good experience. Lady was not nice or professional and my misunderstanding which should have been cleared created a bad situation for me.
For every question she answered that she don't know and that it depends on me...

Radnice krásná, ovšem její vedení (2021) je naprostý zmar...

Krasna budova, po vstupu Vas uvita prijemna vratnice, tim veskera pozitiva ale bohuzel konci. Pokud jdete na matriku, a zaklepete na dvere 224 peklo se otevre. Privita Vas velmi neprijemna dama, ktera si da velmi zalezet, aby Vam nepomohla ani trochu. Zacne tim, ze nejste objednani (na internetu objednani pouze doporucuji, telefonicky Vam reknou ze muzete kdykoliv prijit a objednavat se nemnusite!!!), pak se zacne vyptavat zda vy nebo aspon partner mate bydliste na Praze 3 (jako, ze aspon k snatku to je absolutne irelavatni!!) a rozhodne se Vas pokusi rozcilit a ani trochu nepomoci. Na zaver se bude rvanim po chodbe dozadovat pozdravu. Uprimne si zaslouzila jen par facek, protoze, toto byla ignorace obcanem na nejvyssi urovni! Na tomto urade Vam nemuzou uz dat vic najevo, ze je svou navstevou opravdu otravujete. Nevim k cemu tam jsou, ale urcite ne k praci pro obcany!

Okay not busy

Very bad experience here yesterday at the office, I went there to get my živnostenský úřad. There was a very gentle security man who leads me to the correct floor, there was a very modern ticket machine with English language, and then when my turn arrived, a gentle ask to the office man if he speaks in English, and in a very unpolite way he just said I don't speak English, you should speak Cezch and proceed to open the door of the office and kick me out. .

Verification of signatures at Czech Point only upon prior arrangement, despite that there is 4 of them and they have nothing to do (no clients).

Krásná budova neorenesanční radnice byla postavena v letech 1889-1890 podle návrhu architekta Jana Šimáčka. Žižkovský městský úřad se do nové budovy přestěhoval počátkem září 1890. Slavnost uzavření základního kamene se konala v předvečer otevření Jubilejní výstavy v roce 1891, 14. května 1891. V září téhož roku navštívil radnici císař František Josef I. Nová budova brzy přestala stačit potřebám radnice a proto byl zakoupen sousední dům v Lipanské ulici, který byl později zbořen a místo něj přistaveno nové křídlo. V současné době má v budově sídlo Úřad městské části Praha 3.

The beautiful object of the neo-renaissance town hall was built in the years 1889-1890 according to the design of the architect Jan Šimáček. Žižkov City Hall moved to the new building at the beginning of September 1890. The ceremony of closing the foundation stone took place on the eve of the opening of the Jubilee Exhibition in 1891, May 14, 1891. In September of that year, Emperor Francis Joseph I visited the town hall. The new building soon ceased to meet the needs of the town hall and therefore a neighboring house in Lipanská Street was purchased, that was demolished and a new town hall wing was added. At present, the building houses the Office of the Prague 3 City District.

I went in last month and they were very pleasant.
First lady spoke only Czech, but another middle aged guy came around the corner and helped me out. Perfect.

Absolutely impolite, rude and unhelpful old ladies at the zivnostensky urad (2 floor). They bark at you "what do you need?" before you have even set a foot near their desk and they cut you off while you're talking with orders such as "documents!" "yes and until when?" "moment (as in don't talk), I'm doing something!"". Humanity -and the country will honour itself when such behaviour have been rendered unacceptable in human interactions! And nevermind the generation gap and supposedly communist habits these ladies might have kept. Behaving like that to other human beings should not be accounted for nor accepted.

Nice historical building in art deco style. I was surprised but staff is very friendly and helpful and I managed everything very quickly.
