Best Coffee roasterss in Denmark

The Coffee Collective on Bernikow has a reputation for serving excellent coffee, and while I was eager to try it, my experience was somewhat disappointing. Unfortunately, the café was incredibly crowded, and the wait for a coffee was far too long. The atmosphere was bustling and noisy, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my drink.

While I didn't have the chance to properly savor the coffee, the limited time I had with it didn't leave a lasting impression. Given the long wait and crowded conditions, I'm not sure if I would return.

This was just the best coffee I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went there for breakfast and also got some bread with cheese - I couldn’t believe bread with cheese could be so good as well!
It was a great start of the day and I am just sad I cannot go to this place on a regular basis, i am afraid I will never get coffee as good as this one anywhere else 😅

One of most beautiful cafés in town, talking about the room in the interiour courtyard, a historical building beautifully decorated by a local designer with hanging paper flower trees.
Coffee is very good, still among the best, with a rich history and tradition of specialty coffee, professional and nice staff, variety and all you need.
The place is quite crowded, but service is super fast, so you don't end up waiting a lot.
Good deserts / pastry too.

Excellent espresso drinks, just watching the baristas here work is a treat. There is a high level of attention paid to each order. If you’re interested in different coffees, they have a pour over option, I tried the Camacho, and it was wonderful.

Laid-back, lovely cafe with seats inside and in the covered corridor out the back. Very nice place to stop for a coffee. The coffee is good, I really enjoyed my cappuccino. I also had a cardamon bun which was very light and fluffy.

Nice and simple underground coffee bar, no dilly dally.

The barista measured the beans and the temperature of the milk every time they made a coffee, and it tasted amazing. The espresso was really good, with little to none of that weird aftertaste you sometimes get, and the espresso came with a glass of sparkling water.

The cappuccino had really nice foam and the cortado was also really good.

The seating was quite simple, but it fits the vibe of the place, it is not too fancy, and it works really well.

Very very nice coffee. Also we take bread with butter and cheese. Surprisingly it was extremely delicious. The secret of taste is a cheese which has a wonderful flavour. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere cozy and nice. Highly recommend it

Update: so I’ve been here again and I have to say that my coffee experience got better and is worthy 5 stars now. The coffee is very good and the texture of the cappuccino is also amazing. The staff is always super nice so I can recommend going here. Also, if you plan on going here more often you can buy a prepaid card so the price per coffee will decrease.

The coffee was pretty good and had an intense flavor. But after half an hour I forgot the taste so it did not amaze me. Nevertheless, the cappuccino was good! Not too hot and had some latte art which I liked. The cafe is pretty and the service was super good! It was a little bit too warm inside. They have several places in- and outside and also offer some pastries. The price was normal for Copenhagen.

Very cozy coffee shop with great coffee and croissant 🥐. On top of everything, there was the exceptionally friendly service. Andre was very welcoming and attentive. I strongly recommend it.

The coffee is pretty decent - a little burnt taste at the end but not too bad. The cardamom caramel snail tho!! So yummy!! A perfect size as it’s not too big!

The people gathering here can appreciate the quality of everything offered.

The best coffee in Copenhagen. They have a choice between a medium roast and a beautiful dark (but not too strong) roast. In most other places in the city it’s a light, somewhat sour roast, which isn’t my favorite personally.
There’s plenty of seating and the staff is always super nice, so always a pleasure to visit.

Danish pastry with cardamom is to die for. Crispy caramelized outside, soft inside. Tasty lattes in weighty mugs. Cool and chill atmosphere, people hanging out, chatting, reading books. Very local. Nice break from a touristy side across the lakes. I see why this play gets its high ratings. I would come here all the time.

Ordered a black coffee and expected to get a drip coffee, but was given a very washed out americano. It is kind of a black coffee too, but when you also do chemex, i find it weird to assume it to be an americano without at least asking for clarification. I could be happy with an americano if it was at least surprisingly good, but it was just tasting metallic, sour water.

This has officially became my weekend work & chill place. Love their Flat White, the croissant and tebirkes were delicious too.

Due to the growing popularity, sometimes the rather small interior can get pretty crowded and noisy.

Super cute spot and incredible coffee. This might be among my favourite coffee places in CPH. Right in the corner of one of the lakes with a very nice terrace they brew the coffee and you can chose whether you prefer it medium of hard roasted. They do not have lactose free milk but they have oat milk so there is an option in case of intolerance.
We also got the croissant and we got an amazing and very buttery recently baked croissant to enjoy with our coffees.

The Artisan Copenhagen has the best coffee in Copenhagen. You have to wait a while before the coffee is ready but believe me it is worth the wait. If you’d like to work here that’s also possible because the have a few spots which are perfect for that.

good coffee, delicious freshly squeezed juices and a super croissant. the outdoor terrace offers comfortable sofas and enough space. lovely in the morning with lots of sun and a view of the lake.

I stopped by The Artisan after I had heard many good things from friends and social media. The Artisan 100% lived up to the positive reviews and even exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about coffee and everything they do. There is a wide selection of drinks to choose from, many of which are quite unique and not the kind of drink selection you can easily find in other places. The coffee I had was delicious. There are options for different milks which caters to anyone with special dietary needs/different personal preferences. I also had a pot of tea which was high quality and tasted great. The fact that this coffee shop sits right by the lakes is just the cherry on top! The interior is very well designed and comfortable. With both comfortable chairs, sofas or bar stools to sit on, the Artisan becomes the perfect spot for whether you want to study, work, or just relax by yourself or with friends. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend stopping by ☺️
