Be careful, DO NOT USE FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES. They overpriced my luggage sent from CPH Denmark to Santiago, Chile. First 5000Kr, then up to 9200Kr. And finally, when it arrived home FEDEX would not hand me luggage as it was wrongly declared by CPH COURIER and had to pay 2200Kr. Jorgen never answered my emails or phone calls. Although time consuming I have started a case with Danish consumer protection mediation team. (Nævnenes Hus).

Unacceptable service and unprofessional behaviour
I recently moved from Denmark to Canada, with 5 moving boxes to ship. I paid more than 6000 DKK for this, and Courier Copenhagen promised a delivery within 7 days.
A few days after the pick-up, I still had no tracking links. I asked, and I was told that my parcels had been shipped to the wrong country - it turned out that it was a mistake from Courier Copenhagen. I had to ask updates several times, because the company was giving very little details regarding what happened.
When I finally received my boxes, 1 MONTH after, they were torn-apart. Meanwhile, Courier Copenhagen was hiding me the true story of what happened, and was barely answered my emails.
After I received the boxes, I asked for a compensation because I did not get the service I paid for. I got no answer to my multiple emails.
Based on these facts: I strongly recommend to stay away from Courier Copenhagen. The service was unacceptable, the behaviour was highly unprofessional and the communication was not transparent at all.

Disaster, waited in line 40min to get a package. Never deliver there again, rather wait for my package to be returned.

Today I got the best post service in my life. I was in qiute a troublesom situation, where my family got stuck in Cyprus and I had to deliver urgently some documents. There were two competent, helpful and devoted employees, who helped me to manage this task in the best way. Thanks a lot for a perfect service.

January 2022, I arrived to pick up a package of cosmetics from Sephora. The female clerk announced that the package had not been delivered, but I showed her the Bring text message proving that the package was in her shop. She insisted it was not. I immediately called Bring and they informed me that the package had been delivered and picked up! This either means that she gave my package to a stranger without asking for ID, or kept the package for herself. Thankfully, Sephora was very service-minded and came to my rescue. Now, I avoid this shop. It’s a mess.
Edit. April, 2024. Against my wishes, my packages are redirected to this shop. This is the line with 12 people waiting. 12×3 minutes per person if you're lucky. That's 36 minutes to get your package. 🤪 Have fun.

The driver was kind and helpful but I didn’t like I got charged a different price than expected. Also weird the policy that no one can get in the vehicle as if I am moving house as a single person I need to be also at the delivery site to pick up my stuff..

Not trustworthy at all. Booked a van quite a while in advance and on the day he was supposed to come, the route was cancelled. Mind you, I was supposed to move out from a place to another and I had a very short time frame. Eventually, they sent someone else.

Sent some important papers to Portugal. The papers were torn when i got there so I claimed insurance ( i paid for the premium service covering the insurance). Never got my money back , didn't get any solutions.
My time and money was wasted. I followed up w them for 3/4 months. At last i gave up.

I would suggest not to trust this company at all. I am missing my package from more than 3 months and when I contact them, they just say to call here and call there. No-one helps, nothing helps. Poor service

I booked van yesterday when it did not arrive i called them a very rude guy was on phone he just hung up phone on me and said my booking is cancelled and then later i got email that i will not get my money back too very very rude people working in this company please never use them

Unfortunately I cannot recommend them-- they packaged my bike poorly (no padding or foam or spacers, just loose in a big cardboard box-- wheels taken off and packed with gears directly rubbing against the frame) and it was significantly damaged in shipping-- deep gouges in frame, significant areas of paint scratched off, bits of metal and paint from the frame all over the gears, brake hoods bent, bottle cage damaged, and rear derailleur bent and not working.
The person I talked to when I originally dropped it off was friendly and helpful, and said they ship bikes regularly and they might build a crate for it, he said I could just leave the bike with them rather than pack it up in their office myself. It was quite an expensive shipment but I liked the idea of having an experienced company carefully pack it up.
I've tried to contact them a few times over the past few weeks about this and they have not responded.
I have packed bikes myself in cardboard bike boxes for shipping many times in the past-- it's not too hard to wrap foam and bubble wrap around all the key parts, put in a fork spacer, and then pack the box with enough padding that it's not loose and rattling around.

They always provide a good service but maybe they need more staff

Constant queues. The packages are stored in a vert disorganised manner and the staff takes so much time to find anything

Friendly. More efficient with a tiny staff than any of the supermarket collection points. But if you arrive at lunchtime or from mid afternoon be prepared to wait for a few minutes on the pavement!

Disable content blockers in mobile safari if you want anything payment wise to work. Otherwise impossible to book a driver. Put me in a terrible spot more than once. Just wish they could accept MobilePay.

Ordered a Mover van Saturday afternoon to arrive at 8.30pm. The van did not show up so we rang Mover at 8.40pm to find out where the van was. Very unprofessional and rude response from the person on the phone (I think he was called William and we called on d.14/08 if you wish to investigate further). He said the van got cancelled at 8pm whereby they had tried to call us - this is true but we didn't pick up the phone in time. When I asked if they could send another van he just said "No" and when I asked why he replied "It's Saturday evening, what do you expect."
It ended with us having to have help from 8 of our friends to carry all the things by hand in the rain. We didn't get charged for the van, but Mover I think you owe my kind friends a round of drinks!

I went to Courier Copenhagen 3 times to send some large packages and each time they were so helpful! Jane helped me twice and made sure I got the best deal. She was so patient and nice...I felt like my things were being well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

This is very bad for courier. I have picked up two large package and I was 20 minutes on the way by car. I have paid 4 dollars for parking. Eventualy I have got 78 kr. (17 dollars). This is funny....Very bad

Very friendly and experienced staffs. They do sell box 📦 in case you didn’t have any. And they can help you pack your packages for an understanding price. Some of the staffs speak English and French as well.
