Very bad after sales support. They don’t redeem payments for non delivered goods not before you had to go through a nerv wrecking chat process. Even the personal in the shop refuses to help. A payment can always redeem with the same payment method.

What an amazing store with incredibly nice people! A special thanks to Fran! We bought a chair that afterwards did not fit in our car. Fran did not hesitate to try for us and even help to find a delivery guy eventually when it didn't fit. Thank you guys so much! We are very happy
Grandes precios en su zona de muebles nuevos.. Una muy buena atención la brindada , no tenían el mueble en el color deseado pero nos indicaron que podíamos acudir a su otra tienda en alicante , mostrándonos fotos e indicándonos como llegar. Experiencia por ranto muy buena

El que me atendió por teléfono es muy mal educado un inpresentable y una vez allí me trataron fatal.al entrar no te dicen ni hola y luego si no les Compras nada te hechan de malas formas.las cosas son de segundamano pero están más caras que en las tiendas nuevas.y todo muy viejo y feo no perdáis vuestro tiempo en ir asta allí porque no encontrareis nada.

Christmas tree ordered on December 18, arrived late on December 26, I want to return it as I received it and neither the return nor the refund is accepted. The problem is that Maison du Monde works with other sub-companies that make these deliveries (Brigros in my case) and are not interested in the service or the customers of Maison du Monde..
Conclusion? I won't order anything from Maison du Monde again, they are guilty of this happening and not taking action.

Very unserious company. I ordered an expensive lamp and the package is not being delivered to me and they just tell me to contact the delivery company who don’t answer me. I feel very disappointed and will definitely not shop with them again. I have spent a lot of time trying to get this fixed and am just hoping to receive my order…
I placed an order online on the 7th of June. A completely incorrect product arrives 2 weeks later (it was a white table instead of black and double the size). Casa re-orders the items themselves and places the incorrect address on the delivery. It is now the 26th of July and I still do not have the item. No apology about messing up the address, even after I emailed to complain about the experience, nobody cared to respond. Officially my worst online order experience ever. I will not be back

As opposed to most other "high end" stores, this store does not offer refunds in-store -- only exchanges. This is even though, by law, companies are supposed to refund purchases within a month, but if you wish to get money back, they obligate you to go to a government office to file paperwork to request your money back.
I love everything about this shop. Fabulous styled furniture and accessories for the home. Would appreciate more staff though to help with queries.

Worst experience of my life dealing with these people. Avoid at all costs. I ordered online andwanted to return the item. I kept calling for a week. No answer. I came to the shop, they tell me they won't help me bacause I ordered online. Terrible company

Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo ponerle menos. He ido hoy 18/07/2022 hace un rato. Sitio grande pero las cosas rotas y en mal estado, sucio y no había nadie quien atendiera. Al dueño o persona responsable en ese momento solo le importaba limpiar su coche. Los precios se lo inventaba según a él le apetecía, y preguntando por transportes y demás no me ha sabido contestar, me ha dicho que según el objeto será de un precio o otro, en ningún momento me ha dado una cifra exacta. Sé que es una labor social pero yo creo que hay formas y formas de hacer las cosas. Los precios de los muebles carísimos, como si fueran de primera mano. He tenido que ir detrás de la persona ( que no paraba de estar fuera limpiando el coche) preguntándole el precio de las cosas porque en muchos artículos no ponía nada de nada. En este caso ha sido una pérdida de tiempo y de gasolina.

One of the best home furnishing products from a franchise, fresh and modern. There’s lots to choose from and mix and match. One of my favorite stores. Some items are reasonable and others not so much, depending on what you’re looking for. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
They have very cute products, but the stock system and delivery timelines of their products are a disgrace! I placed an order for a mirror over 1 month ago. It was scheduled to be delivered a month and a half later. As if that wasn’t bad enough now they tell me my order has been delayed for another month due to product shortage. You would think that they would prioritize those clients with back orders waiting. Instead they run out of products and they just keep you waiting for longer and longer. All the products you order online from them have extensively long and overdrawn delivery times, it’s a big mess and very unpractical. It’s a pity that such a cute shop has such awful logistics.

Good affordable prices/quality. I like the different plates and mugs. The collection is very nice. My only concern is the amount of dust sitting on all the plates, mugs, and some other items. It's clear that they are not cleaned/dusted on a regular basis. The ones on display look like they've been collecting dust for months. It's the same issue at another CASA store.

Very bad service. We have bought many things here in the past but will not come back again. We tried to return an item that did not function properly and we got rejected. The explanation was that it has been used. Well, it is difficult to find out is something is faulty if you don't use it. Also, when we bought is we saw clear signs of usage, so I suspect we are not the only ones complaining. Do not recommend this Casa-store to anyone.

Great stop for housewares and decorative accessories. Casa carries well priced outdoor furniture, and this year's new stock should soon be available.

Grosera laseñora rubia, esa mujer es una borde, no atenta a vender, solo sabe vigilar el parking y salir a gritarle a cualquiera que aparca, sin saber aún si es cliente que va a entrar a su tienda, pero ella sale gritandole al que sea echándole de allí de malas formas, señora que debería de estar atenta a las ventas y atender bien al cliente. Un auténtico desastre.

Nefasto. Al inicio amables. Nos encargan unos muebles (cobrando la mitad)y nos dan un plazo de 2 semanas. Después de 4 semanas llamamos y nos dicen que no saben nada, hasta que se enteran que ni están ni van a estar porque han dejado de fabricar y no hay stock!!! 1 mes después del pedido!! Y porque hemos llamado para preguntar!!!
