My mom, sister & I went on a girl’s trip to Paris and did the full day tour of Reims and Champagne. It was 1 of our favorite things we did during our week there! Getting there was easy from Paris, and it was cool to see the train station too. We got an awesome mix of seeing a large champagne place then also a small, family run one. Very neat to see the differences and both champagnes were delicious. Since Luiz lives in the area, he also took us to one of favorite spots for lunch, then a place where locals go to picnic where we enjoyed an amazing view of Champagne while sipping on more champagne :) I expected this tour to feel “touristy” but it did not at all. Hands down will do it again next time I’m in France!

The trip through Paris was wonderful, despite the weather. Although it rained the whole day, we enjoyed every little bit of the trip thanks to our guide who explained all the relevant details related to the history of Paris. Serge has been absolutely wonderful: patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Merci de tout cœur !
We did a private group tour of Giverny and Versailles. Our tour guide, Corinne was PHENOMENAL. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the places we visited, she knew all the best spots to get great pictures and she was very good at keeping us organized and safe during some crazy moments. There was a small mixup with the bus in the morning but that was resolved quickly and professionally and we were only minorly delayed on our itinerary.
The reservation process was very easy - the team communicated very well and efficiently with us. Making these plans were very easy.

Was soooo nice having a guide walk through the Louvre as it is huge and guide maps are not great. Our guide Paulina had a wonderful knowledge of art and the history of the museum and made our visit very memorable.

Babylon Semi Private Tour at the Louvre Museum in Paris was really good with Julien who was the tour guide who showed knowledge and history of the venue and the art. I recommend to book in the morning when there are less people and lines.

We went on three different trips with them, a coincidence that we ended up with the same driver all 3 times (we were told they have 10 drivers).
Nicolas was amazing, very friendly and very skilled driver, specially in the madhouse streets of Paris. He provided bits of information on some of the locations we would pass by on our way to our destination and we were always picked up on time. And he speaks French, Spanish and English. I think most of their drivers speak all 3 languages.

Pas bien. They sent a van instead of scheduled bus, rescheduled a trip w/out speaking to us. And trying to get a refund or customer service, bah...
Luis was a phenomenal guide who effortlessly walked us through the history and process of the champagne experience. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the region. Overall this was the highlight of our trip to France and we would recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about Champagne!

Luis is a level 4 somm and has placed in blind tasting competitions - truly a privilege to get to do a tour with him! He and his wife were also so friendly and accommodating to our group.
The first winery had artwork in the cave, it was like a museum meets winery. Very unique experience.

It worth it but read and print everything. While some locations scan your pass others require you to have a paper copy of their ticket. It’s a little confusing but still worth it. We did not fully utilize everything but was still happy. I would suggest Paris Pass provide more accurate instructions because that would save time. The Versailles gardens are not included
Complete tour of the region, decent pricing, detailed tour info, a bit harsh ride but certainly acceptable, the fully electric train is a nice upgrade
The pass got us into a lot of attractions, but there were several that required you to get a physical ticket or have a Paris Museum pass (separate from Paris pass), like the Louvre. My friends and I wanted to get crepes from a restaurant listed on the Paris pass but when we arrived, they said they only give crepes to Paris pass holders at certain times (this wasn't mentioned on the website). It's too bad the pass stopped including the bus pass. Watch out for tours (like the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame tours) that charge hefty cancellation fees if you miss them. Other than that, I would say the pass was worth it if you plan to visit multiple attractions in Paris.

We did a Latin Quarter walking tour with Francois. He was incredibly enthusiastic, passionate, entertaining and informative with lots of interesting facts and stories. We learnt so much. There were only four of us. The meeting point was easy to find and Babylon Tours excellent with communication. Highly recommend walking tours with Francois, a great way to explore and experience Paris. He gave us some great tips and advice for Paris too.
Most amazing tours of Paris! We did the louvre/orsay package and we were so impressed with that tour and our guide we also we did the city walking tour. Absolutely use Babylon!!! Had the best time with our guide, Dario, who was so knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up going on their rjikes museum tour in Amsterdam when we went there. Customer service is the best you’ll get in Paris, hands-down, we couldn’t find the tour (our fault), and they helped us find the guide easily and quickly, and they were so understanding.
Sympa et abordable en revanche pour le retour un peu compliqué, pour ma part nous avons attendu le petit train mais n’avons pas pu le prendre 3 fois à cause des personnes qui pousser et nous passer devant il faudrait donc peut être revoir le concept pour le retour mais sinon top
We took the Semi Private Tour of the Louvre with Anais. She did an excellent job of explaining key pieces in the collection in a way that was interesting to me and my young children. We skipped all the lines and she expertly guided us through the crowds. 100% recommend!

Nous avons visité....les parkings plutôt que la magnifique bastide...je dirai donc ligne de bus plutôt que train TOURISTIQUE. Le temps consacré à la visite a été totalement minime vs le temps passé sur le premier, puis le second et le 3ème parking...
C'est sincèrement Dommage...

Did really appreciate that attractions was not only museums but also guide tours, food and drinks. This is not common as per my experience in other cities but is indeed very appreciated and made the step to buy the pass more easy.

A great way to see around the city in a short space of time. They have lots of busses with high frequency which makes the crowds even in the summer bearable. Only if you have rainy weather will you have a concern with crowds or having to stand on the bus. I would recommend that during rainy weather that they have some means to dry to outdoor seats even if it's just a rag. Also some of the drivers are more synchronized with the tour route and are better at controlling the audio guide before we pass points of interest. It's a skill that some do better than others. However the most important skill of driving is done excellent. I recommend two laps if you have the time especially if the commentary is a bit late to capture pictures of somethings that you didn't even know would have been interesting (for me there were many).

Taking this bus is the Travel equivalent of pushing the easy button and overall it’s a pretty good option to get around and “see the city” in a safe and predictable fashion.
If you specifically know what you want to do you’re better off taking a taxi to your specific destinations.
The green route was much better than the orange route but that may boil down to personal preference.
The audio “tour guide” is mostly a miss but changing the language setting on my wife when she wasn’t looking provided me with hours of entertainment.

This is pretty expensive Hop On Hop Off . I don’t recall exactly how much the price per person. Prepare to pay at least 70 plus euro for 2 people. Transportation for tourists in Paris is somewhat very expensive.
Chauffeur très sympa. Surtout pratique pour la montée ;) quelques explications le long du parcours. 6 euros par adulte, ticket servant pour l'aller et le retour. Depart toutes les 30 min. Un peu cher à mon à sens mais pratique.
Habituellement prendre le petit train pour découvrir un lieu autrement est un plaisir, malheureusement pas là… on a pas le temps d’apprécier les bâtiments liés aux informations émises ou de prendre des photos tant le train va vite.

We did this a year ago so perhaps my experience is outdated. The pass was overall fantastic although it took more work than just buying the Pass. Once we had the Pass, we still had to go online to reserve times for the Louvre and many -- but not all -- attractions and museums. We didn't have to reserve a time for the Arc de Triomphe, for example, and just walked right on in. If you buy the Pass it is crucial to check whether places require reservations as soon as possible. This prohibits a lot of spontaneity, since Paris is one of the most visited cities in the world and a lot of people want to do the same things. The food portion of the pass was wonderful. We visited some of the chateaux on the Pass and they were astonishing. We are already planning on returning and the Paris Pass is part of our plan when we go back. The 4 star rating instead of the 5 star rating is simply due to the complications in ensuring reservations above and beyond buying the Pass. It gets you in free as long as you make a completely separate reservation on the museum website for what day and time you will be there.
I had booked a Louvre "closing time tour" a month in advance, but it was cancelled just 4 days before the tour date. We ended up not visiting the Louvre as it was difficult to book with another tour company on such short notice. No reason was given for why our tour was canceled. I would not use this company again. The 5 star rating on Google is very misleading.
I'll start by saying if I could rate this lower than 0, I would. This is absolutely one of the biggest wastes of time and money I've ever had. Customer service is awful. They trick you on almost everything. Ex. Tell you you have access to something. After you wait 2 hours, they reject you. They send you digital tickets but make you have to pick up a physical pass after waiting in line. The timings are limited on many things. Ex. Many attractions don't operate Monday and Tuesday. I can't believe how bad this pass and service is. Read the fine print before buying.
What an amazing experience! Valerie was absolutely awesome! I have never enjoyed museums... until now! She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, she absolutely made this tour a wonderful journey through history with art! I can't say enough great things about Valerie... tour with her and you will be wowed!

Great activity to do in Montmartre, particularly if you don’t know where to start and the line is crazy for Sacré Coeur. It’s also pretty cheap for the value. You can book in advance (but we just showed up and did it). My only critiques are that it goes a bit fast in some places, so the train shakes a lot due to the stone-paved which makes taking photos difficult. I also think more context on Montmartre’s history would have been nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
Une fois arrivé enfin en haut de Domme, nous avons eu envie de faire le petit train de Domme. L' attente a été extrêmement longue pour avoir les billets, et après pour attendre le train. Malheureusement cela ne valait pas le détour du tout. La ville est incroyablement manifique. C est un village classé " plus beau village de France " mais autant aller s y promener a pied. Car le train n apporte rien de plus. On entendait rien dans les haut parleurs qui racontent l' histoire de la ville. Le train secoué beaucoup et on fais un minuscule tour.
I recently did a "Hop on Hop off" bus tour in Paris, and it was a fantastic experience! The customer service was excellent, and the agent near the Louvre Museum was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this tour for a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the city.

We booked the semi-private Louvre tour. We only had 6 people total, it was very cozy and efficient. Our tour guide, Malaika was very personable and enjoyable. She went over the history of the building and then did a wonderful job weaving in all the most popular pieces. You won't be disappointed!
I was unhappy with our purchase, mostly bc of one bus driver. We ended up at stop one after getting on at 10 while we waited 15 minutes to get like 30 people in a group. I should have followed some of the other guests and gotten off and gotten on the buses behind us. I understand you have to let a group on, but once the group got on, this person continued to allow more and more people on. It was really ridiculous. Another person said something to the driver and he got no response. We came down stairs at that time bc it was extremely hot after sitting in the direct sun for 15 minutes. At the next stop, the same thing happened again but not as many people and not as long, but still. Unfortunately due to this prolonged stopping it almost made us late for our Eiffel Tower tour and we had to hop off, run 10 minutes and then call a cab. I understand you have to stop to pick up people, that’s why it’s hop on and off. I noticed the Toot bus which had much better covering on the top, way less people, and it looked like ac in the lower half, not 100%, sure, but worth looking into. We may try the Toot bus to compare, but honestly there got to be a time limit at each stop when there is already a full amount of people on the bus. It is unfair to the others sitting and waiting.
A nice way to visit Mont St Michel. We were glad to let our guide drive us there and navigate getting there. We did a small group of 8 in a van—I recommend this! Our guide, Jean-Pierre, was very friendly and helpful. The afternoon was beautiful! We had time to explore the monestary on our own and enjoy lunch in a local restaurant.
This is a fun experience to get on the bus while in Paris. We absolutely loved it. It is alot of stops and it's a guided tour that tells you information about the stops you visit while on the bus.

We opted for the North Burgundy option, and Luiz was wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with.
He was so patient with the whole group as we enjoyed the towns he brought us to (so picturesque!) and made learning a bit about the wonderful wines we got to try so accessible and fun.
If you’re thinking about doing a wine tour and want something as fun and relaxed as it is high-quality and informative, Luis’s tours are the right fit.

I’ve been in Paris a few times and this Hop On Hop Off is really convenient specially for family with children or seniors. No haze to use the stairs of metro and the stop is right at the heart of the site.
The itinerary and stops are good as usual.
Some of the bus has partial roof in the first two or three rows and others have fully open rooftop, I hope all busses will come with partial roof as it’s sometimes too sunny. However the cool breeze of Paris on May compensate from it.
Another area of improvement is to remind passengers not to litter or keep the bus near and tidy, sometimes the headphones are everywhere.

We booked a semi-private tour of the Louvre with Sunday as our guide. She was an absolute gem who really knew how to explain things/give the history on the different pieces of art in a way that drew us in. The Louvre is huge and it would be impossible to see all of it in one day, but the tour covered several main pieces in detail. I highly recommend booking this tour especially with Sunday as your guide! You won't regret it!

The Tour guide never showed up!! We waited in the cold for an hour Apparently our Louvre tour was cancelled even though they sent a confirmation email the day before. We cannot get in again now and have missed the opportunity to see the Louvre because of this company. Terrible customer service. Choose another company just in case they do this to you, not worth the disappointment

There were three lovely gentlemen at the bike shop this afternoon, surrounded by bicycles. It was very pleasant to chat with them, but, sadly, they do not rent the bikes out. Since I was there for a rental, having seen this service advertised on the web site and having failed to get through by telephone, I regret that I must rate the shop poorly on this count. When I pressed the question of when I might in fact rent a bike, they suggested that I could return in March to do so. At this time of the year, in January, it seems that they only play a support role for organized bicycle tours.
Best tour of the Louvre ever, Skip the Line, and “see the Divas” as our tour guide put it. Do the tour, and pray you get Hugo, he truly is the Boss.
We usually get the big bus tour while visiting cities and they are always very informative. Luckily, we got a closed bus with open windows. So, it kept us warm while enjoying the views of the city and taking photos without glare.
Incredibly Horrible!!!!!! Don’t do it! We called ahead of time due to flight delay, upon arrival our group was told to run catch up with the group. We were not given the envelope with the tickets until a hour later, we had little direction on navigating the tour, it was delay after delay. Florence was horrible she just wanted to get our envelope out of her had. We were told no refunds! We flew to Paris just to do this excursion !!!!!!!!! No refund no nothing!!!! Not even a complementary voucher. I understand rules but all of this was horrible communicating not allowing any exceptions, I requested a refund but was told I must do it 720hours before the excursion. Really!!! How did I know Air France would be delayed. Horrible visit to Paris because of Paris city tours. Not recommended go with another company please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wine Tour Paris is amazing! Luiz couldn’t have been a better guide on our adventure through the champagne region. He was passionate, knowledgeable, and very much admired/respected by all hosts on our tour. We visited multiple locations that provided all manners of perspectives when it comes to making wines and champagnes. The amount of tastings we received was more than expected and the people were fun to be with. Luiz is opening a wine school this fall and that alone may get us back to France.

It was the perfect tour for what I was looking for. Didn't feel rushed, great stories, history and hit the main highlights. Hugo seemed very smart and had a great sense of humor. My husband and I booked the Champagne day tour based on the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. This full day goes by fast as you tour and taste your way through the Champagne region. We learned so much and had opportunities we never would have had if we tried to book such a day on our own. Luiz and Caroline were fantastic hosts - kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They provided helpful, detailed instructions for booking the train tickets and arriving at the designated meeting point. It was a pleasure to spend the day with them and our fellow travelers! I highly recommend this experience, and hope to join them again for another of their tours in the future.
A tour was booked for me and my kids for the Eiffel Tower and the tour guide never showed up. There definitely was no miscommunication as to the time and location for the meet up for another individual had had the same reservation. We were both early and waited for over half an hour.
Leo was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgeable, fluent in English, and is passionate in sharing information about the catacombs. She gave plenty of time to ask questions and take pictures. The tour took us into two restricted areas. I highly recommend the tour.
I can’t say enough good things about Luiz. We visited Barcelona and Paris on this trip. And I can say, without a doubt, our day spent with him was the highlight of our holiday. He really imparted a lot of knowledge about Champagne, both the region and the drink. His tour was very well organized, we never felt rushed, and the wineries he took us to were top notch. We didn't have a lot of time in Paris, and I didn't research it enough ahead of time; however, it was worth the cost to have access to most attractions and even breakfast at different cafes. Note: you must pick up your Museum Pass at the designated pick up location before attempting to enter any museums, this includes the Louvre.

I was going to attend to this bike tour and agreed a time to join to group tour but when I came a guide said me a group was full and you could not join to a tour a day was spoiled because it is affected all my plans
Best way to see Paris. We opted for the week-long pass. Do not make the same mistake we did! There is a separate museum pass (that is included in the Paris pass) but a physical booklet must be picked up. The location can change so check your confirmation email for the location to pick up the red museum pass.
One of the best things to use the pass for is experience some of the food in Paris. Use the Crepe and cheese tasting coupon. It was worth it!

My wife and I were in Paris for our honeymoon and we did a semi private tour of the Lourve with Mathieu and it was awesome! Mathieu was not only friendly and courteous, but so knowledgable and genuinely enjoyed teaching us so much about the museum and the art throughout the tour. He knew so much and we had a great time.
Very busy, but also very pretty. A good atmosphere on a nice day if you don't mind crowds.
Waited at the sign for the Montmartrain at Place Pigalle twice, for well over 45 mins each time. There were no other signs anywhere nearby for the train so we hoped we were in the right place. No train appeared! We even tried emailing to check the place of departure but got no reply. Had bought a ticket to avoid having to walk up the hill, but had to do so regardless in order to catch it from outside Sacre Coeur. So very disappointing and a lot of wasted time. Whilst on the train we discovered the train stops somewhere else, not by the sign as you would expect. The ride itself was average, a strong smell of diesel throughout. No comparison with the equivalent in Marseille.
I had booked 4 tours with Paris City Tours for May 2020; due to the COVID pandemic, all tours were cancelled. To date, I have not received my refund after several requests. This is the only company that did not immediately refund my money. This is not a company you want to do business with.

It was a great value, but some things were off. The Eiffel Tower open times flexed unpredictably due to 24 Olympics prep. We were in Paris 18-28 Sep 2021. The Arc de Triomphe was covered with fabric as an art exhibition and Paris Pass did not cover admission. Also, train, bus, metro fares were not included. But we just bought books of ten Metro/Bus tickets at 16.94 euros per set and bought train tickets as needed. You need to make timed reservations ( no cost with Paris/Museum pass) on line for Louvre, Orsay, Versailles and some other attractions. Buy Paris Pass on line, then go to 11 Rue de L'Opera to pick up your museum pass and big bus ticket on day you want to activate. Our US CDC Covid Vaccination card was accepted everywhere. We applied for French Pass Sanitaire 2 wks before we left and did not get them until we came home. If you dont have a vaccination record, the other option is getting antigen test at local pharmacy, 25 euros, good for 72 hours.
A wonderful tour. A great tour guide and many interesting timelines about French culture. We had many other stops include in the Normandy tour near the coast. A 2-hour lunch and city tour and frequent breaks.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could! A simple classy incredible tiny business that gives the best service and transformed my Parisian holiday from an expensive transportation nightmare into a reasonably priced sightseeing JOY! For 40 euros for 5 days and 60 hours of safe biking all over the Paris capital in a well maintained sturdy machine. Thank you so much for the 4 hour city bike tour to familiarize me with the most culturally rich, historic but hip areas in the downtown core. And for the well maintained bike not to mention the training and experience to safely and courageously navigate the cobblestone, the cars, the pedestrian and just the wild make no sense street traffic ...as well as the non stop 24hr goings on safely! All staff are warm, friendly and super informative even to non french speaker. I will be back! I hope the world reads this and gets to know the best side of Paris sightseeing affordably. All readers save your money and Bike Paris from these knowledgable helpers! One more quick note: Veleb street bikes are fine but expensive and complicated for non French speakers to navigate purchasing and only go by the hour. This is the place to go not those ones on the street.
WALKS is a great tour agency that has tours all over the world. We did the louvre after hours and it was three hours of “WOW”. Our guide Violetta, was super amazing. She was a knowledge ball of energy. She took us through a whirlwind of historical trivia and explained details that brought each aspect of the tour alive. Not just boring works of art when you hear the stories and backgrounds of the events, artist and reasons for odd aspects.
Hitting the museum late in the day also gave more time to enjoy the displays without standing in line. Violetta would jump to addition facts and stories when we got held up by an occasional competing tour group. My wife and I will be booking more tours with “Walks” in the future and I’d tour the Paris dump if Violetta was leading it. She can make a piece of burnt toast sound interesting.

If you go to Domme on a hot day, this is a real life saver. It is quite a hilly village and little legs might prefer the train option. You take it from the car park to the centre square. And then you can explore the village before hopping back on the train for the return. Tip: take headphones with you. They have a voiceover in French, but other languages are available. Or buy them for €1.

Guide Ferret was wonderful.We went by Train and private bus reached the Abby in 3-3.5 hours before the crowds and after lunch went on a trip to explore the environment around the Abby and my 12 year old and rest of us had a blast playing in the quicksands.Returned to Paris by dinner time.
Definitely recommend this trip

Very satisfied with France Tourisme. Booked tour before going to France and arranged to be picked up from hotel then driven to coach departure location. Made it far more pleasant getting there, worth the extra cost. Our coach tour, in a luxury coach, was about an hour an half each way. Tour guide was knowledge and provided information enroute. Bilingual; France, Spanish, and English. At the venue informed the group the best vantage points. Would use France Tourisme again.

We were picked up at morning from our Disneyland Paris hotel and visited the Paris locations without time limitations. We went to about 25 places and we were served fee soft drinks and given free printed books to read. The sightseeing locations were really amazing. Drivers were extremely polite, friendly and guided us along the journey. Overall an excellent journey. Highly recommended!
