Beautiful place, good fantastic and service absolutely amazing! It was a Saturday night, and the DJ was also great, her music was fitting for the mood!
Roman was our host for the night, he was respectful, lovely and attentive. I also appreciated their honesty when it came to my desert, the manger came to me and said he doesn’t think their strawberries are good enough and if I could choose something else because he didn’t want to serve me a desert with not so good strawberries!
Over all fabulous experience and that’s all that matter! au revoir

Although the food was good I found the menu very limited, personally I hardly found something to choose( same for the people setting at the table on my side. Very nice staff, great service, pretty setting, nice music.
Rude service, average food and extremely long waiting time despite the food being ready / prepared and lined up in containers. We dined here on the 24th August and were met with very cold attitude from the two ladies serving at the restaurant. My tip is to enjoy the Parisian food when in Paris and skip this restaurant as you would not satiate your craving for India food. Disappointing!
Stunning romantic terrace with great food and beautiful wines. Professional service. Awesome! It’s a pity the roof top bar serves the last drink at 11:00 pm

Had lunch here right after my visite to Versailles. Great spot to sit down and select items from their buffet display. They also have a menu but only for dinner. Sat outside, great flavor and great service. Highly recommend
We had a table in the garden that was lovely. I had been to Sunday Brunch in beginning of June and the food was wonderful. Today August 13 it was dreadful...the menu had changed. Whoever cooked the soft-boiled eggs had no idea how to cook them. We asked for the Carte des Vins at least 4 times and they kept bringing us the food menu that did not included the wine list. Once we got to order the wine the waiter didn't know how to open the wine bottle! And they did not bring the wine till we were into the second course. As this was a special thank you occasion and I had raved about the food...this was a dreadful experience. Let me know if you go back to the the other menu and I will bring my own wine bottle opener!

Absolutely the best little restaurant to eat at after Versailles. All the dishes were freshly prepared and delicious, including desserts. The service is a little slow because she cooks and serves you alone, so not for those in the rush. Don’t miss it, under the arch in the middle of the block.

I'm Indian food and culture fan. Lived there. This restaurant just takes me back there right away. Though some rare times the dishes are not exactly similar (change of cooks!?) The remain particularly delicious. Everytime I come to Paris I have to go there. Price is reasonable, food is served very quickly. It's a very simple place, but an absolute must if you want to enjoy tasty Indian food

We went on Saturday 8 jul 2023 but we were informed by the restaurant next door that the Bistro Canaille had closed permanently :(
After finishing both challenges (trying all the Michelin 3 Stars and all the Parisian stars in 365 days), I’m now redoing a lot of them but also trying the “main” 2 stars.
Indeed, during my tour, I often ask chefs for 2 Stars advices and La Grenouillère name came up several times amongst their recommendations. So here I was. Please note that this review is one for the restaurant.
So what’s extraordinary here? Well a word of advice and a second one.
First one, is that indeed, La Grenouillère is often mentioned and expectations can be high, but more importantly, distorted. Just like a movie, after hearing so many feedback, your experience may be polluted. So my first advice would be not to read to many reviews about it (which is a bit ironic coming from me, I admit…).
Why? Because some reviews may induce you to go into an intellectual read, where I think one must first simply relax and experience it before thinking of it. It’s a challenge indeed, not only because as I said you may have hear of the chef and his cuisine before, but also the atmosphere, the design, the foodie crowd may incline you to it.
Resist. And let yourself dive into the nature first. The freshness of the radish. The pear. The scallops. Just enjoy it, and then enjoy them, and then you may wonder how they are connected, what effect they produce on you and so on. But the last part is an option, or at least a consequence, not the goal.
I guess the goal is just to bring you closer to his nature, by that I mean region, by breaking it down and playing with it.
The crowd was foodies and couples. The wine list had some the right names on it.

A very solid two stars
Great Mexican food with a French touch. I highly recommend the aguachile dorade; simply sublime. The decor is impeccable, as is the outside space (a little oasis of green and peace). Great service (polite and efficient staff). The value for money could be higher (i.e. I found it slightly overpriced). If you come for the rooftop bar as well, please keep in mind that you won’t have access before 17:00. Also, if you go for lunch and want to return for a drink, the restaurant won’t be able to make a reservation or add you to a waiting list to access the rooftop bar; you will have to queue outside when you return. All in all, recommended.

Name is krishna bhawan and no respect for God krishna. They use God photo as on table top paper, how some one can use the tissue and place it on that God’s photo paper. Is is respectful ? The lady who serve us has no manners to talk to behave. May be she dont like that work …. ? Sorry but dont want to come again 🙌🏽
It was a good experience and relatable to Indian cuisines. For single person the cost can vary from 12 Euro upto 20 Euros.
In a laneway off the main road, this is a good value restaurant that serves mainly grilled food with fries. In touristy Versailles, we found it good value vs the other offerings.
Service and food was excellent. Our needs were well catered to. The surf and turf is truly a must have. Very unique and not too rich. Do try the broth as well. The lamb from the champs elysees set was also excellently cooked, I would recommend this with a dry white wine if you like.
The restaurant has a section of preprepared food that is warmed up with Chef Mike (Microwave). Some of that section is bland and not worth the price.
Krishna Bhawan Restaurant is authentic Indian taste. Food is delicious and yummy. Price wise it is reasonable. We got our food packed.

Everything was good. Service could have been better because I was left waiting a big while when I arrived without giving me the menu…. But other than this, the food was good.
If you are expecting good South indian food, then this is not a place for you. Food was below average ( if you have eaten at a good South Indian restaurant before then, you would understand it), and when it comes to the service, it was below average (actually poor). The price of dishes is low for this reason. Undercooked food ( they cook food at high heat so it looks cooked but is not). Only go there is you have no other option
We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Constance made our first night here a night to remember. She had wonderful recommendations and made us feel like friends by the end of the evening. Camille warmly greeted us every morning for breakfast and was quick to seat us. She was wonderful at making sure our every request was met. The rooftop was amazing as expected, and the rooms were perfect for the length of our stay. We’re certain to stay here again next time we visit
Food was absolutely wonderful! Plates were beautiful and the hosts were very attentive and kind. I wish I took more pictures but was too busy enjoying a delicious meal! The beef cheeks were incredible.

J'y vais pratiquement toutes les semaines et je prends généralement que des tacos. Mais , ce tacos est d'un goût qu'on ne rencontrera nul part. La sauce , les viandes , la sauce fromagère sont incroyablement bien gérés. Je recommande fortement.

This place was a short walk and was fantastic. I had the shrimp pasta while my wife had the fish and rice and both were prepared perfectly. The olive oil base of the pasta made it very satisfying and I left this place very full.

Very good food. The soups were tasty. The cantonese rice was cooked well. The pork spring rolls were delicious
For two students on a budget this was a great stop. The food was delicious and affordable! Exactly what we needed after a whole day of walking around. Im not upset the food had to be heated up, clearly looks as though its made fresh in the morning but needs to be warmed up.
Amazing meal, love the ambiance. Jeanne was being super helpful and so is everyone, all employees are well-dressed and well-mannered. Location is close to everywhere, must try Michelin restaurant in Paris!

Although some complained about the service, it wasn’t bad. Just that one the two ladies who worked there spoke neither French nor English well, so it was a bit hard to communicate.
The food was not bad, but they served curries COLD, which I was told by many Indians that shouldn’t happen.
Also, they no longer serve Nan, which was disappointing because I went there to get Nan set. Overall, it wasn’t bad but not good enough that I wanna go back.

If you are looking for a fantastic meal and experience EAT HERE!! We had the pleasure of joining them for NYEdinner and I was blown away probably my favorite dinner experience yet. What a wonderful place!!
The management and customer service are unacceptable. A booking for 2 rooms already paid (larger amount) in 2019 is no longer recognized or is completely ignored. Multiple emails to claim the booking after the lockdown phase were ignored. Instead, new offers with exorbitantly high prices were sent without addressing the already paid booking.

Gladly we would have been a guest again or alternatively would have accepted a refund. During the pandemic, we have NOT immediately reclaimed our already paid booking or even sued to support the hotel! The question is whether it is simply an unprofessional way of working or greed for profit. Or a combination of both. Neither argument should be a benchmark for a hotel with such standards. The facts are simply unacceptable and more than annoying!

I mean this food, OMG! JUST DELISH! So far Portuguese cuisine in France been so fantastic. I got hooked with fromage/jamon with vin(wine). Katty and Hubby great hosts and so much fun taking to.
We wanted to go the French food next door but was fully booked so settled with this Chinese restaurant. It is very authentic home cooked Chinese food style no frill very pocket friendly. Food are all nicely done. Highly recommended.

They have a few tables outside and a second floor serving area with small stairs leading up. The rest of the ground floor is basically the kitchen.

All in all a good place for a cheaper meal and less of a tourist trap than many other restaurants in Versailles. Just don't expect a gourmet experience.

Satisfying meal. Classic dishes executed well. Some dishes were a touch salty and needed better balance. My lamb was cooked well but my partner's was a little overcooked on one side. Desserts were simple and classic flavours. Service was great, had a very attentive female server.
The hotel had something renovations and updates and kept its warmth and charm. Our room was clean and bright with plenty of privacy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. We had never been to St Tropez and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. They recommended beaches, restaurants, and sightseeing so we would get the make the most of our stay. We felt very welcomed and at home. It was the perfect place for a belated honeymoon.
The fragrance of the hotel was so unforgettable - clean and warm and I will always associate it with the time we spent at Hotel Tartane.
To the thoughtful staff at the concierge, the chefs, the bellhops, the housekeeping staff who lent me an iron, to the valets and shuttle service - thank you so much for your hospitality!

I highly reccomend this excellent restaurant close to the Versailles palace. The food was delicious, tasty and affordable. The restaurant was neat and the staff was very polite.

#18 in my Parisian Michelin Stars Challenge. Actually I’ve already wrote a review the 26 August 2019 but for some reasons it’s gone (and I have trouble republishing… it’s flagged it as potentially « Obscene » lol ). The pictures are still accessible online though. Anyway, as I enjoyed it, I went back and actually also sent some friends there. The point being: I have more feedback now, and it’s quite consistent. Follow me to see the reviews of the other Michelin and the updates.

What’s interesting here?
Context: you’re in the one star of the Alleno powerhouse’s Pavillon Ledoyen. To the right you have l Abysse (two stars Japanese), upstairs the 3 stars Alleno (both reviews are published). Pavyllon is the more casual one star. A bit like Joel Robuchon Atelier, you have a long counter with the kitchen behind, making the kitchen the beating heart. But it’s more spacious, you have more light and you have the choice to eat at a “normal” table or even at a terrasse.
Basically, you can spend a meal in your little bubble, focusing on food, the staff working and the person with you OR you can spend a night in a beautiful place to see and be seen. If you’re not at the bar (which might be better if you re a group), the design of the restaurant gives you an opportunity to appreciate the crowd. The vibe is cool. It’s a one star, not a three stars so people are naturally more relaxed and here to enjoy.
I think it’s perfect for lunch (business or family/friends/relaxed), but also for a dinner on les Champs with a feeling of being removed from its busy atmosphere. I did recommend it to friends visiting. Actually I went there with a friend from abroad. She was delighted ! You have the voiturier, the building is quite unique, and (little secret) very often the 3 stars staff helps (and comes to share best practices), so you can be served by a three stars staff. So she was extremely happy about the night. I had the chance to see Chef Alleno but when he came to say hello the wine guy would not stop speaking so I missed my chance to speak with him (which I regret to this day, and as you can see I’m still a bit upset about it ;-)). Still, my experience with the service has been great both time.
I mentioned Robuchon at the beginning because there’s a connection. The food, It’s not classism, it’s closer to Robuchon with the pleasure and yet great classical foundation. But, it’s more modern and especially more international. It’s very well put together, makes sense in the overall strategy of the place.
And most of all, even if you don’t pay to much attention to the food, you’ll spend a great time.
Definitely a very solid one star, centered on the pleasure.

A hidden gem, loved everything about La Tartane. The staff, the food, the rooms and the beautiful pool area, everything was amazing. Definitely a new favourite, we will be back.

As an Indian, I was disappointed when I visited this place to quench my hunger with some Indian delights. But, to our surprise, even the tea wasn't good. It was too sweet, even when we told them to make it medium sweet. The dal makhni we ordered had a totally different color and a sour taste. Rotis too had a lot of dry flour on it. Palak paneer was abysmal. Was just disappointed. Maybe they did changes to suit the taste of local Parisiens.

Joliment décoré, ce restaurant est situé sur une place dallée.
Des oliviers sont plantés juste à côté. Les plats sont copieux avec des produits frais et délicieux.

This was the best meal of our lives. We still talk about it! The service was stellar and the flavors in every dish were mind blowing. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful as well. If you’re looking for a delicious fine dining experience, this is the place!

Hotel room was small and few things missing (shower curtain, electric plugs not working and door to the terrace difficult to handle, but was told these would be resolved the week we left). Definitely nice but for that price we expected not to encounter little things like that and a bit better explanations for everything.

Best place to have good Indian food. Ate Samosa for starters after long time it was gooood.
Ici le patron est sympathique, le lieu est propre et on y mange de bon cheese naan. Simple et efficace pour un repas rapide sur tourcoing centre. Attention à ne pas se salir en mangeant, souvent la sauce s’accumule au fond du naan et peut dégouliner par le bas.
Best food ever. Katty is super nice and friendly and works both as a waiter and as a cook. Nontheless, food arrives hot, quickly, and super well presented. It's exactly what you want when you are hungry and craving for a good filling meal.
Also I really appreciate that food was exactly as I had seen in the pictures.

Excellent hotel - relaxing, great service and delicious food. The rooms are well decorated, comfortable and unique with a private patio. Parking is easy and a constant shuttle to beach and city (15 mins away). This is a great place to come to if you are looking to switch off!
Extraordinary. So good that we booked again for august this year, so looking forward to it. Great service, great food with wonderful wines and an excellent hotel experience.

We arrived quite late from a day with +10h of driving (20 minutes to closure) and the asked if we could still get something to eat. They accepted when most of the restaurants wouldn’t. Then, we ordered some vegetarian dishes and deserts and they were all very tasty and not much spicy 🤗 the correct dose of everything! Moreover, the overall price we paid was really fair too: 1 entrant + 1 cheese naan + 2 main courses + 1 dessert + 1 tea = 35€!! PS. Try the cheese naan if you like cheese, you won’t regret it!!
The chef doesn't like when people take pictures so that people can enjoyed their meal, focus on their food and be surprises so no pictures in this review :)
We had a beautiful experience their for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. There were 6 of us and we were given the table facing the kitchen. There you get the memorable and immersive experience to be in Alexandre Gauthier's kitchen. It feels like you are in a Netflix episode of Chef's table as you see the incredible ballet of people and duties happening! We indulged with 4 bottle of wine which we were very happy with and a bottle of Cider which was an unusually good idea! We had the tasting menu (155euros for 11courses) and added the frog legs supplement (the classical ones with garlic parsley were best, I found).
We had a beautiful time and particularly enjoyed La Raviole Rouge, le Sandre, the mimolette bite and all of the nibbles we had for aperitif. We also had the privilege of having the chef personally serving one of the dishes to us.
Tableware was beautiful. The space is a play between light and shadow. It has a lot of modernity to it mixed with the classical countryside details of the imposing chimney or heavy wood tables. Bread was delicious especially the wholemeal one. Butter was too mild temperature for my taste, making it too liquid and spreadable. Careful to not indulge too much on the bread as you are very full by the end of the menu.
We also had the opportunity to stay on site in the lovely rooms where a lot of thoughtful details are included. From the infusion in the drawing room when you arrive, to the fresh apple juice and waffle In the room, including the Davines bath and body products in the bathroom. The breakfast was also a nice moment with some eclectic selection of tastes, nothing being quite classical (rhubarb jam, fennel and vergeoise brioche, propolis honey...).
A beautiful memory and hope to be back sometimes soon again

Magnificent restaurant by Alexandre Gauthier in the very green countryside near Montreuil-sur-Mer. One menu, local products, focus on fish & vegetables, very creative desserts, open kitchen. All 3 additions to the tasting menu are worth trying : especially the lobster and the frogs legs !
Service ultra rapide. Mets cuisinés maison. Accueil agréable. Sur place ou à emporter. On vous offre même le café...voire même en deuxième tournée ...et je précise que je ne suis pas un ami du patron !
Produits de qualité, cuisine maison, service agréable, la clientèle y est fidèle et ne s'y trompe pas ! Parfait pour la pause méridienne quand on travaille en ville. Certains regrettent des plats qui reviennent trop souvent et voudraient davantage de variété.
What a wonderful place to stay in St Tropez! The property is beautifully designed in French Provincial style, our room was large, quiet and well appointed with a private outdoor area. The pool is perfect to relax by with the always attentive staff. The restaurant is perfect for lunch or dinner, or just to relax with a chilled glass of French Rose, The shuttle service to the local beaches and into the town was a great service. All the staff could not have been more helpful and kind, all spoke English. When I asked what time check out was? the response was perfect, “Around midday”. So wonderfully relaxed.

Lieu agréable, restauration en libre service pour un rapport qualité prix correct. Les plats proposés sont essentiellement de saison, la carte est limitée mais c'est un gage de fraîcheur. À essayer sans hésiter pour un repas du midi car il me semble que c'est fermé en soirée.
Naturale est bien le mot. Tout est fait maison. Nous nous sommes régalé , la soupe est exceptionnelle, le café est offert...😊 Petits prix, grands sourires, le patron est très sympa et aide aussi souvent les gens de la rue....🥰 Nous recommandons même si ce n’est ouvert que le midi....

Je suis une cliente régulière de Casa Natural et cela est toujours très bon ! Fait maison avec des produits frais ! Sur place ou à emporter, les salades, sandwichs et wraps sont aussi très bons. La déco est sympa et le propriétaire gentil et généreux. Dommage que cette rue ne profite pas de plus de passages. En plus, il est aussi ouvert en soirée (pas tous les soirs) et on peut y boire la bière de la rade, bière locale de Toulon. Je recommande !
Le plat du jour que j'ai acheté est correct, le dessert est bon cependant l’accueil est décevant.
Pas un sourire, Monsieur a la caisse cris "suivant" au lieu de dire bonjour à ses clients peut être un mauvais jour, le dernier pour moi.
Surtout quand la concurrence est rude !

If you did not try you do not know what real kitchen is. Please do not hesitate to add the lobster in a bush, which is a must have.

Love it here... Indian cooking at its best ...vegetarian meals too..cosy, friendly but definately book in advance ..its for all tastes mild to spicy hot ..recommend it highly. Quality of the meals excellent ..great chef ..

I never leave reviews, but this place is so amazing and I really wish I had noticed it during most of my stay in Grenoble.
This is amazing Indian food. I am leaving Grenoble soon so I haven't stopped going in the past weeks and trying out all the different dishes.
The naan bread is freshly made and incredible (you can order it plain, with cheese, with onions, garlic, etc.), the Massala sauce is succulent; I would recommend the Lamb Botti or the Chicken Murghi. The Samosas are delicious as well.
Do not hesitate if you are looking for:
- authentic;
- quality;
- delicious Indian food, you won't be disappointed!

I can't believe it has taken me this long to visit these guys from Rajasthan. Awesome butter chicken, superb fresh naan, lovely samosa starters, and kingfisher beer. I'll have to revisit sometime to check on their more tomato based sauces, but from this initial visit they get a 5 star.
Update Nov 2015 & Jan 2020... Great starters and the Chilli chicken was good. Not hot, but good quality ingredients and good flavours.
The tandoori chicken was super tender.
Visited again in 2022 and asked for a chicken vindaloo. Not on the menu but they were happy to make it, and behold it was good.
