The restaurant is run by a husband and wife couple and the food is excellent. There's very limited seating but that should not deter you from dining in to enjoy a hot bowl of noodle soup on a cold, rainy day. We ordered the pickled cabbage and pork noodle soup and the dan dan noodles, both of which I recommend. I hope to return to try their other dishes!

Highly recommend, good food and service though small restaurant
Dirty, rude, zero English and extremely Expensive. 10p a litre at Sainsbury 2 mins away (but closes 11pm). I'm sure this station will appeal to Halal eating people hence they are willing to pay so much more than Sainsbury and Esso.
Came here for a birthday lunch with a friend. We were seated outside in the terrace, it was cramped and had nowhere to put my jacket and held it in my hand. I recommend sitting inside if you visit. I will still give the place 5* for the food and service.

Ordered a gluten free pizza, which was NOT gluten free! This restaurant cannot guarantee gluten free option! This is a serious health risk to highly sensitive coeliacs!!!!
Excellent pulled pork and wings. I expected more meat and flavour on the beef ribs, thought I would get a bigger portion. The dessert was exceptional, especially the rhubarb one! The drink selection was fantastic and service inside was friendly. Although, we had a reservation we still had to queue outside and wait for our table.
Never fails to impress, NYK has the best wings about delicious, crispy and tasty. Had my food delivered very efficiently. The guy on the phone was great help as my daughter has allergies. Overall, the food came piping hot. I would really recommend the spicy burger meal as well as the exceptional fire wings. Will be ordering very soon again on our takeaway night!!! CHEERS GUYS ‼️

Take away pizzas were awful. The cheese was so nasty I felt I needed a lie-down to recover. Stingy toppings otherwise (hardly any tomato sauce). Avoid!

Overall, we really enjoyed our evening.
Our Italian waitress was amazing. She was so lovely, the food was so tasty. We started with various starters from beef tartare to ox cheeks, sausage.
Main course most of us had beef brisket, but we also had the Rib of beef and pork belly finished off with a really good sticky toffee pudding.
Atmosphere is very dark and smoky, which adds to the atmosphere of what you’re getting, and a very busy venue.
However a couple of things could’ve been

Good Halal food. Love their Mexican pizza.
We absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious and I loved the concept of taking a few different things and sharing them. That way you can try more of the menu! You could see the smokers in the back and everything was homemade. The atmosphere was really lively and the waiter was super lovely too and made good banter with us. Definitely would recommend!

Was weary of the reviews but decided to give them a go as it's near the bus stop home. Pizza was delicious and affordable. They were also very efficient and only a 10 minute wait. I'm impressed. Will definitely be coming back again

I usually take takeout from here. Is always delicious. Moist meats (haha...), yummy salads and the choice of dishes is good. It isn't cheap, around 15-20 pounds for the best mains, but not expensive either. The portions are huge! Lamb chops with 2 mezzes is 20 pounds, and enough food for 2 people of not too hungry! So over all great value.

Always a great food experience eating at Smokestack. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional and the meat is always super tasty, juicy and literally melts in your mouth. The atmosphere is also unique. We were sitting next to the smoker and the smoky small was just incredible. Also very good cocktail! I would say, one of my favorite spot in London!
Strictly average food for all the hype around it. Chicken items in the platter were dry, and the kebabs had more atta and color than meat in it. The only saving grace is probably their indo-chinese veg items but the portions are extremely deceptive.
One other huge thing they absolutely should work on is the attitude and body language of the staff. Those not assigned with the table respond to queries as if they are doing a favor to you. :) Chicken shawarma with halloumi cheese AMAZING :) . Staff very friendly and helpful to choose menu items. The cafe was really good too. Highly recommended. Prices were great too. We would have taken a photo of our shawarma but we ate it so fast as it was so so good. Thanks. We will return if we are back to London.
Lovely halal Palestinian food in the heart of London. I ordered the chicken shawarma main and this was incredibly filling! The cheese pastry side was also very tasty.

The best pizza in town the pizza is the best mainly the callzone classic and the magharita the staff is very welcoming and the boss is a very nice man and a true gentleman.
Spicy burgers are always on point! Peri salted fries are also very tasty.
I recently stopped by the Shell garage at Guide Bridge, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness, which is in line with the usual Shell standard.
However, the one drawback I found was that the fuel prices were on the expensive side compared to nearby garages.
Despite the higher prices, the quality and service were what I've come to expect from Shell.

I had lunch here in late August this year. The sea bass was awesome! All of the sides were top notch. Everything was bursting with well balanced taste. The restaurant is very well decorated. They serve coffee with complimentary baklava. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Zineb.
Amazing atmosphere and staff with incredible food. One of my favourites is the spicy chicken burger meal. Definitely recommend trying it as the experience wont be regretful at all. No complaints at all
Worse customer service. Ordered a Pizza Ruspante and it came out not cooked properly as well as soggy rotten stuff inside the pizza. I said thin crust but they decided to make it deep pan; i don't know how much dough they used. I usually go to the other pizza restaurant down the road- I think it was woody pizza or something like that. Would not reccommend EVER! Not even a proper italian restaurant. No cleanliness or hygiene in there aswell!
Terrible. Went on Friday 30th Sept at around half 1 in the afternoon. Ordered a mixed grill and it came on a plate. Onions were raw and the chicken seemed recooked as it looked grey in centre. Seemed off. Shame as they usually deliver on point with mains. When I asked the waitress on the presentation of the grill, she explained it always arrives on a plate. Must be the only place on the planet then.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this Lebanese restaurant in London. The meat shawarma was absolutely excellent, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The speedy service was a pleasant surprise, and the staff, especially Mohamed and Hasan, were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warm hospitality added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful Lebanese cuisine experience.

I went to dine here only to find out there is no where to dine. There is a man standing in a kitchen making pizza and a snall walkway to order. My boyfriend and I couldnt stop laughing about it. We ended up going to Harlesden.

We stumbled upon this gem when looking for a late night bite to eat. Luckily they were open until 12. The food was delicious: we had the cold mezze and grilled seabass. The meat was juicy and the salads were fresh and tasty. The service was great, the staff was attentive and danced to lively music while closing.

Went to Hounslow last night after a while and went to this restaurant- good service nice ambience and pretty clean. Watch out for the steps though. Mixed grill was average to be honest with the lamb chops being burnt!! We did tell the staff but it nothing was said back!! The food in general was average to be frank - the daal was brilliant so was the salad - the other dishes very average for London standards im afraid ! Service was exceptional.
I made another order but his time not so helpful and rude. The pizza came with bacon, we dont eat that type of meat. No offer to replace and put down the phone. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

I regularly order from this place however I've noticed that the service seems to decrease in quality. At first I was given the wrong sauce, no big deal. I just called the next time and was given an attitude. I ordered some wings only to find a small blood clot, I started to check the other wings only to realise that they were undercooked.
We ordered pizza on Sunday (May bank holiday) for the first time. To start with, there was 1h10min wait for delivery, which in reality was more. Then, we wanted the "pizza deal" any 2 12" for £15.99. When the driver arrived, he said it was £18 because the deal is collection only (we weren't told on the phone). Then, he said cash only (neither we were told this). I went for cash, £20, he didn't have change! To be honest, poor customer service overall. The pizzas were OK, however very salty dough.

One of the oldest and authentic Indian restaurant in Hounslow area. The place has been able to keep up its food taste and quality over the years. Ambience reflects a Punjabi Dhaba and tandoor items are a must try. Vegetarian options are also in plenty. It offers bring your own bottle and overall pricing is pretty competitive. A must try if you love Indian food and in Hounslow.

Guy on the nights 07.03.23 roughly 22.50pm was rude. If I could give less than 1 star I 100% would. I pulled up with my Satnav on and he announced through the tannoy (very rudely) that I needed to put my phone away and then turned the petrol pump off on me at £17 even though I wanted £25 and then when I confronted him about it he announced through his tannoy that I should go home and have a smoke. I am never using this petrol station again.
The guy working nights point blank refused to make me a coffee ( I was on my way to work) and told me that I should come back later when they are open. Half past four in the morning and not a soul at the station. He couldn’t be bothered to get up out of his seat. I think the word ‘lazy’ is the best description here.

I love tops pizza and will always try and order from them no matter where I am. Second time at Willesden no complaints yet. Would give 5 stars but there’s always room room for improvement. The only improvement needed would be when I request you do funny stuff for a tip that you commit or try your hardest. I enjoy the laughs

I ordered a home alone meal and not only was the garlic bread dry and inedible but the ground beef on the piza was not fresh.. I can't even say that the barbecue chicken was any better...the whole meal felt like a waste of money. I wont be ordering from there again.
I been ordering from cricklwood branch for last two years … last 6/7 months it’s pot luck sometimes pizza is great sometimes terrible and dry . Reason I give it one star is that they add £1 on top of what the price is advertised!! That is out of order . Won’t be ordering from them till they get their act together!

They are liars as they don't give the customers the fill up and win cards that are available till November. When i went to the till today and asked the guy about it he said the promotion has ended and when i showed him the email about it being available till November that is when he give me one. Meaning they probably don't give them to any customers when they should which is a joke.

There is only one lady that works here and she is very rude all the time swearing at customers and gives less change back all the time on purpose. I hope the manager reads this and can teach her properly on how to treat customers !
Wood-fired pizzeria open till 8 to 1 a.m. in the morning. Looks very nice Italian traditional authentic pizza in order oven with all the typical delicious stopping at desserts to choose from worth having a look order and get head on the app. Helpful and friendly staff clean and hygienic well worth a visit I recommend.

Babu the member of staff who works here is very rude, impatient and has no respect for the customers. I was having car trouble (started to smoke when I pulled up to fill my car) and instead of helping he shouted over the tannoy for me to leave and threatened to call the police, I was pregnant and quite distressed...needless to say I won't visit here again I would rather run out of petrol tbh.

Some of the products are expensive as you would expect from a petrol station convenience store - but they do honour all shell app rewards which is great - some other Shell stations do not. Staff at this station are freindly and welcoming too. Every time. A great station to fill up.
Small petrol station, with atm outside it also has a rest room and a hot drinks machine. Like all petrol stations all food and drink is very over priced. The day staff are great very polite and friendly lovely ladies. The only reason it hasn't got 5 stars is because the night staff are just rude its like you have proper put them out. I ask for the cigarettes i smoke only to be told they dont sell them. I informed him that they do and i buy them all the time from there and had done for years. He then said he had run out with out opening the draws to look, i ask him what similar priced cigarettes they had for him to reply you tell me. He was just being an absolute fool. So went to a garage down the road who was polite and helpful. I will go in the day but come night time i will happily drive a little further and use another garage.
It's a british fuel stop......You can be assured the pumps are filthy, the air hose is broken, no water to refill your washer bottle and a Mars bar will cost you more than a litre of fuel. Sign...
Today after 12 I want to get my coffee mocha as I was doing for the last one year from the same petrol station and the lady Who was serving was very rude and polite and professional I told her that there is no chocolate in the machine and she start shouting at me telling me that they did the maintenance on Monday and after that she told me to shut up and get out I think you have to teach your employees how to behave with customers because the customer is always right and I want an investigation about what happened today as I was humiliated you can see what happen on the CCTV
Mathy provided excellent customer service. The pumps were promptly activated and he was courteous while taking payment.

Whatch out how you go here as the workers called the police on me as i just bought a car went there to fill up my new car and the worker checked my license plate and said that hes calling the police because it is sorn . A few of my friends told me too that they had bad experience with the same guy and hes rude. I will never ever go near the station and wouldnt advice anyone to do so as the staff is disrespectful.
The short sri lankan customer assistant (who wouldn't give his name) is one of the rudest ever. Used to buy petrol there regularly (long commute daily) but never will from now on.
Probably one of my favourite eat out places in Edinburgh. Good price and taste goooooood! Never once disappointed by this place. 🍜🥟

I love this Shell. There is a member of staff who is always so happy and smiley. It really brightens my day. Who would have thought petrol pumping could bring so much joy!

I had the beef noodles and dumplings. Bill came to about 18 pounds. The dumpling was 10 and noodle about 7-8 pounds. It was pretty decent. A one man show who is the chef-server-boss. The food came quick even though it was just one person . The restaurant is tiny and probably fits about 15 at most.
Friendly staff, no queuing for the pumps normally.
Still very loyal to this place, even though their website sucks. Forget their vegetarian pizza but their Calzone special is good, as is the tropical. Staff always friendly and delivery is usually pretty quick. I've bought many pizzas from them over many years, they are not the best, but they have trooped on, even though a multi national pizza rival was allowed right next door!
Great service station, great fuel, good price, nice coffee and snacks available.
