Great store with very helpful staff on the shop floors. Bit of a wait at tills though is only off putting things there in crowded shopping times.

Great shopping center! Luxury items, top-notch service, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. A bit pricey but worth it for the experience. Definitely a must-visit in London!

when I was a kid in the 60s my mom worked at a famous department store in Philadelphia I fell in love instantly with department stores. arriving at Harrods I was at awe with its beauty and the amazing items available. the food shopping area was unbelievable the quality of product and excellence in service was outstanding. this is how a true department store is run. we then proceeded to the roof lounge for refreshments and a snack. The view of London was spectacular. it's a shame that American greed has ruined these experiences at home. but as long as Harrods exists my memories are safe.
Enough parking free for 3 hours when you shop for 5 £. Reasonable variety of groceries and wine
One of the best supermarket in uk. Price is reasonable. Few item really cheap. They really have huge stock. They also have pharmacy.
I have checked few items price little higher.
They also have clothes (unfortunately not much option for men's)

Doesn’t disappoint. It’s a glorious retail experience. And the food hall is a must-visit. There’s nothing like it. Just be aware they sell tasty, delicious, ready-made, ready-to-eat meals, but have absolutely zero seating. We sat on the pavement outside on a rainy day! It would have been helpful to know there wasn’t seating BEFORE we all bought our lunch.
It's a decent size store for food shopping and other household items decent overall. apart from having to get a tiny lift to the store it used to have a proper entrance I haven't shopped there for a while so they might of sorted that out by now
Shop is nice and some of the staff are friendly. My advice though don't use the shop and scan it's a disaster if you need someone to approve your shop.

Today I waited for 20 minutes while the one team members worked with another customer and ended up giving up and going to self scan. All of a sudden other staff seem interested that the shop and scan till had been abandoned to which I went over and explained why.. no apology.. no interest in helping just generally poor customer service.

I even advised the person running the shop and scan that they would need to clear the till - to which I was blanked by them with no response.

While I may shop in store again I certainly won't be touching the shop and scan with a barge pole. On ALL of my experiences it has been far slower.
family member was shopping in the Stockport store for years as a loyal customer. Today , She used the change counter to exchange some coins however she did not realise there is a charge involved which is fine. She could not read the relevant information on the machine. She went to the customer service desk to be served by (mid age blonde lady) which we’re not sure her name is. My family member said She wanted some assistance from her however she rudely replied that “she should be able to read the information on the machine as she lives in this country and she should know English” and dealt very rudely and unhelpful to a loyal customer all for a simple question regarding the charge on the machine. We did not expect this kind of behaviour from a place where we’ve shopped for many many years. I hope nobody else experience this kind of behaviour from this store.

I was walking to the cheese and yoghurt isle when a member of staff started breakdancing and did a 360 degree backflip then PROCEEDED to offer me a chippy meal with curry sauce and cheesy chips then everyone started dancing and performed the George. advert in a beautifully synchronised manor, I stood there giving a standing ovation and they gave me free parking. Good. I saw my mate Chantelle and she did a backflip and hit the griddy .As Chantelle hit the griddy, the energy in the air was electric. Soon, more people joined in, forming a spontaneous dance circle. Laughter and cheers filled the aisle as the impromptu dance party continued. Chantelle's backflip had set off a chain reaction of dance moves, each more impressive than the last. It was as if the entire store had transformed into a lively celebration of music and movement. Even the other shoppers couldn't resist tapping their feet and swaying to the rhythm. As the music reached its peak, Chantelle pulled you into the center of the circle, inviting you to show off your own moves. With a mix of excitement and nerves, you decided to join in, contributing your unique style to the dance-off. The energy was infectious, and you found yourself dancing like never before. The store had turned into a joyful spectacle, and you realized that sometimes the most unexpected moments can become the most memorable ones.

Amazing and kind staff! You could be greeted by 10 people once you walk in! One who would support you when browsing and choosing clothes. Please don’t stop doing this! 🤩
Not the biggest branch of ASDA so not all lines stocked. New layout inside makes aisles narrow and cramped

Shocking. Spent over £150 paid at the self check out of not many other tills open. No bags on the check out. Had to go to a member of staff who just stood with bags. Was then escorted to my checkout for the member of staff to scan bags. What a joke. Was made to feel like a thief, I managed to scan all my other items myself and they were more expensive than the bags. If you can't trust people to scan bags get rid of self service and get staff on tills rather than stood about holding 30p bags.

Honestly mixed reviews. As a luxury department store, it's huge and amazing. As a tourist destination, it's huge labyrinth of clothes and brands you will probably never purchase. If you go, would recommend going up the middle escalator because it looks cool and also finding the food sections on the ground floor because those are honestly amazing. Especially the giant chocolate room (lots of selection and options), but very very crowded
When returning/exchanging an item, Will and Natalie were friendly and helpful. And then my item was already at collection when I got there. Great service!
The main street entry/exit has been shut for a long time. Well over a year. Entry now is via a dark, unlit and unmarked door at the side of the store. That leads to a set of long ramps - which are also dark and very dirty - which take you into the store. Asda seem not to care. I have stopped shopping there - it all feels horribly unsafe to me. Avoid this store at all costs. There's a large Tesco further on - that feels so much safer to get in and out of.

Absolutely beautiful to spend the morning wandering around. Suitcases aren’t allowed in, so you can always make use of the ‘bounce’ bag drop opposite- download the app. Boutiques are stunning and the food hall takes your breath away. I treated myself to a Gucci item and the customer service was exceptional. I’ll be back.

Good asda but lost a star because of the messy parking. Not easy to park and go shopping. Having to mess about with the machines and go in store.

Lovely staff and they have sorted the messy parking out yipeee!!!! Thank you so much!!!

♿️ You get 2hours from the minute you walk into the store!!!! Put your blue badge in your window and off you go!!! Brilliant !! Finally happy shopper now 😃🥰😌🥳
Absolutely disgusting! Always come to this place most of the staff know me and I've never been dealt with so shocking in all my life. One girl hadnt seen my ID which was fine I said most of the superstore have seen this, I'm a regular. The manager then come down and had an awful attitude on her to the point of me actually swearing which isn't usually in my nature. I've always used this superstore and very reluctant going back in now because of the way this was dealt with. I've never been pushed off like that. Felt a bit like asda doesn't appreciate the people that come into them everyday.

Woooow! This place is Pretty cool! Epic details and designs. All the top brands and top quality products. Each floor has different themes, this is a MUST checkout. Save space for lunch at the bottom level because you'll want to try the food they have.

Harrods is the largest store I have ever seen, where you can spend your entire day and find all luxury products.

I don't recommend going with your spouse because they have all the season's handbags in stock. The perfume section probably has every perfume ever produced in the world. I had the chance to try and purchased perfumes I've never heard of or smelled before, and their prices weren't exaggerated.

The home decor section was another floor that caught my attention. Don't even look at the prices; the Fendi armchair I liked was $25,000 for a single seat. I decided to sell my car and buy a sofa instead :)

Another thing that surprised me was the presence of a fish, vegetable, and grocery section. They have a wide variety of exotic fruits and vegetables. They offer all kinds of fresh fish and mussels. One can't help but wonder if this fish is Hermes or if those bananas are Gucci.

They have every brand you can think of, so it's a good idea to call your bank and let them know your credit card will be loaded. Even American Express got excited.
Theres a pouch of Nescafe Gold Blend in the coffee aisle that hasn't had a price on the shelf in 2 months (21/7 you have replied and STILL NO PRICE ON IT SINCE JUNE 1ST) 28th july still no price
The rude staff make the experience even worse rather drive down the hill to the other Asda way better staff products and shopping experience.

I had a long list of things to buy and short of time and was very pleased when 3 staff members ended up running here and running there to find everything i needed.
It was such a help as some of the products were now slighttly different in the package design and also price.
They were very enthusiatic and charming which is a pleasure to see nowadays and definately made the whole experience less stressful.
Also the people on the checkout were still cheerful and helpful even though the shop was closing and there was a big queue.
Asda Manchester Road, Reddish.

The bike park is not really fit for purpose. It looks like someone thought “oh, we need a bike parking place here” and stuck one in the corner of the car park. There should be dropped kerbs all around to gain access but instead I have to negotiate a kerb first to get in then a kerb down into it. It should be accessible like their staff bike parking lockers with dropped kerbs all around, (though, in all the years that I have been going there for years, I have yet to see anyone either locking their bike up or taking a bike out.

The motorbike parking is no better really as there is no posts to secure your motorbike to. I would never take mine there and besides you have to first get round the cars that shouldn’t be park there in the first place!

Come on Asda you can do better than this!
Bought a standing fan today because the weathers so hot and it’s sticky at night. The box was taped together, 100% a previous return. I’ve got so far in putting the fan together only to realise that I don’t have all of the parts and now I’m going to have to go back again tomorrow. Only gave 2 stars because this usually doesn’t happen and they are quick but things just aren’t checked over :/ I’m missing a grill nut so can’t even use the fan tonight and a safety screw and nut. What am I supposed to do without them?😂
Good products at great prices. Pity that there were no service tills open.
A great plus is that the petrol station here is one of the cheapest in Stockport.

Had to join more shoppers to find a trolley today before i could shop, again! Was face with a topless man while buying my fruit and veg, not a pretty sight why is this allowed. This was saturday 10th June around 2pm.

Managed to get a good selection for a child in need back in Africa. Found the staff alot more friendly and helpful today, especially the young lady called Fatima who displayed amazing customer service and care. She was helpful, polite and friendly. Keep up the amazing work 😍
An unreliable Asda that doesn’t have everything that I need, and can be overly busy for such a small place… makes me prefer other stores much more but it is what it is. It can be fine for light incidental shopping however
This place just gets worse and worse. Complete lack of products available, absolutely no shopping trolleys in the place, other than the lucky 5 or so people that managed to get one, making doing a shop incredibly difficult!!
Think I will find somewhere else to shop from now on!!
Most unwelcome Asda store I've ever been to. Never again. Came to buy one item on the way home 15 min before the closing at 4.30. Found myself in the store car park I had to pay to get refunded upstairs if I spent 5 pounds. But this for the feature reference only for half an hour so people avoid. The machine mas so temperamental i had to try for 5 min. I would have left but I needed a ticket to get out and needed to be refunded upstairs. I'm not leaving them a £1 (even so) for nothing. So managed. Went to the only entry through dirty and smelly car park to find out there was a lady at 10 min before closure not letting anybody in. I explained I just want my refund so i need to get in and i need to make that £5 pound purchase . I didn't made those rules...I stood there arguing with her and there was other people confused and angry about the same issue. She finally let me in with massive fuss on her face. I ran in bought that one item which took me 5 min because going in taking that long through very long ramp. Managed to pay on time but the other people were literally shouted at by I think young manageress where they been approached the till at the time minute before the advertised closure they won't be able to be served now! I felt so gross and uncomfortable I never before. In Altrincham asda I always shop its nice and people are polite to each other. I know they want to finish work but advertising shop being open not service at specific time should allow people to enter. The workers work longer past the time shop closes. I would never come for a huge shopping few min before closure but one small item i don't feel uncomfortable going in. But you can't here. You just pay to park and lose your money..avoid at all cost. I feel sorry for the workers there as I bet the management there is the same as they are to customers. Happy to live in Altrincham not Stockport.
Good shopping experience, wide variety of stock. I do like the self service machines for fast service, easy to use and no fuss. Great clothing section for men even suit and ties! Wow.. and upstairs cafe' as well. If I lived closer I would use it more often, good value compared to other stores, nice layout. Booze, lottery tickets, meal deals, smartphones, cashpoints, A bit of everything is going on there.. If the main town shuttered up for good and we still had asda, I wouldn't be too fussed, the needs of the people are served well here. Staff are helpful as well. Reccomended.
Very well laid out. Clean, really helpful staff and the toilets were spotless! The only thing I had trouble with was parking, it's a big parking area, but very very busy on the day I used it. Wouldn't put me off returning to it again though.

This branch seems to focus more on ladies' wear and less on men's clothing. Personally, i found that the new season menswear wasn't to my taste. Apart from this the shop is large and appears to have a good selection for ladies.
Your 'fresh' pastries are anything but fresh. I'm not sure what has happened over the last few months, but they are definitely yesterday's pastries. I have been calling in on my way to work each day to buy them for my boss and myself. This week we decided we won't be buying them again. Full price for a stale pastry. Yuk, no thanks!

Amazing staff at Harrods Fendi ask for Alex, Barbra, kat, Edward, Raoul and many others who are willing to help in every way. Thank you all for being so kind. Last but not least Patricia, JP and Jacki I thank you all for your hard work.
Very poor treatment from the staff here. They can't use common sense I their role.
Most times the items are not available right away for collection when order online.
Five star for parking facility, its free but you have to pay 1£ first and once you do 5£ worth of shopping you can get the 1£ return in exchange you get 2 hours parking which is great, or else 1£ for 2 hours parking which is also good. Quite a good size Asda good customer support and everything is available as you expect.

I was completely lost and confused in harrods and overwhelmed over the crowd and due to that I separated from my husband in the shop and went with my son to the children’s designers level. The SA in Burberry kids was the finest and nicest I could ever imagine. She noticed that I’m overwhelmed and looking for my husband while trying to entertain my little son, she helped me to entertain my child while looking for my husband. We did not finish buying anything from burberry that day but it reminded me once more of the high quality of service I always received by burberry. Thank you so much lady. I will always remember your kindness.

Professional, affordable, Personable and reliable local business. Quick turnaround, great fit and good customer service. I’ve ordered sweatshirts, T-shirts, hats, hoodies and even some personalised Christmas gifts. Thank you Creating Brands :)
Quick turn around time, great communication kept me updated on the process and most importantly a high quality finish! So impressed with my T-shirts and Sweatshirts, they both feel premium! I’d highly recommend to anyone and I’ll definitely be back to order more for my business.

I reached out to Creating Brands asking for a particular style of what I wanted. I straight away got a response and began to go through the details. T-shirt, Jumper and joggers. By the end of the week creating brands had done absolutely everything I had asked for. The style the font and the clothes themselves. Very impressed with the company and the quality of these products and the customer service that had come out of creating brands. I will be back no doubt. Thank you.

WHAT A GREAT SERVICE!
I have been using them for a few years now for my work hoodies, T-shirts ect..
Always great communication, quick delivery and quality products
Can’t recommend creating brands enough!
I am absolutely livid with this store. My family have just been evicted (landlord selling the house) we have had a gruelling month of packing and moving. Two of our children have disabilities, we are carers and life is incredibly difficult without house moves and Christmas on top. We have no heating, no hot water, I’ve got pneumonia from this whole ordeal. It has been the worst situation of our lives. All we wanted was a nice Christmas, the children have not had one at all. We have worked so hard to get the house sorted in 2 days ready for Christmas Day. The reason I have told you all this is to make you understand how badly we needed a nice Christmas after the awful, terrible month we have had. Wake up this morning and go to prep dinner with the £30 turkey I bought from you .. open it and it is absolutely RANCID. I have nothing to feed our guests - 10 people you have left without food. It had a sell by date of the 27th but it has not been stored properly. The smell is still lingering in my kitchen. You have completely ruined Christmas Day. I will never spend any money in that store again and I urge other customers to think twice over trusting this store to provide safe, fresh food on such a special day. Don’t let this store ruin your Christmas like it has ours!
Went in to buy a cheap phone as I lost mine, was going to get a cheap one to see me through to new year, but a girl, charlie, gave me a heads up and gave me some great advice, ended up buying a Google pixel 7 instead, and she was honest when I gave her too much cash. Hope she gets a pay rise!!
I just wanted to thank your staff Amrita who helped me a few days ago with my purchase and kindly she set up my Argos account and card. Brilliant service. Recommend
Surly teenage staff that obviously don’t want to be there, unpleasant and condescending.
Unbelievable experience this evening at the click and collect, I got there at 17.30 (should have been ready between 4-5) as my order on the app wasn’t showing to find out what the issue was only to find two other customers had been waiting for over an hour without anyone updating them as to what was going on.
I went into the store to speak to a manager and the helpful staff on customer service went to ask for the store Manager, Mr Gill who would not come to speak to me. (Apparently it wasn’t his department!)

I went back to the gate and spoke to the person called Martin again and he actually said to me he was sick of people moaning at him about it and then ignored me to speak to delivery collection driver. When I asked him to get someone to come out to speak to me and tell me what was going on no one would and he then just shrugged his shoulders.

Eventually after I went back into the store the lady in charge of click and collect spoke to me to apologise and mine was finally ready. I was shocked to learn on my arrival home that lots of items were missing such as washing powder and bananas yet the store must have them in stock!

It would have been quicker and better customer service to just tell me they can pick the order snd I’d have done the shopping myself!

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with clearly no leadership in place. I won’t be shopping here again after over 3 years of using this service.

Edit - Order 8892258000477 as requested
Absolutely shocking slow service when products were ready to collect. Staff talking across the store to each other and through headsets and stood around, or hiding rather than handing out the items. Dysfunctional store with untrained staff in customer service, manager also seemed to have little authority over staff as they weren't even listening to her. Will be avoiding.

This is by far one of the most beautiful and uniquely designed stores I've ever been in. Every area, let alone every store front is individually designed and different from the rest.
The chocolate area was incredible along with the deli and produce. I didn't even expect to find those.
The escalator is a work of freaking art!

Couldn't afford a thing. Bought a 9 dollar bar of chocolate though 👍

I saw a $150 pair of swim trunks and nearly fainted

I arrived at Redish Asda petrol station at 9.45/49pm - online its stated you close at 10pm. When I arrived at the petrol station which was coned off and a gentleman with a large white beard was in the hut. I approached him and asked if the petrol station closes at 10pm as I need fuel to go to work tomorrow and this petrol station was the cheapest one in the area, he told me to go else where as he has to close at 9.45 so he has time to close everything down. If you close at 9.45 then it should state this online to accommodate to your staffs comfort. I am quite frustrated to be quite honest, I drove 3 miles to your petrol station only to find out it was closed and then to be spoken to in a demeaning tone. I work shifts in the NHS and this was the only time I was able to get fuel that day, but he told me about a garage round the corner which was over 10p more than Asda.... Thanks 👍🏽. If I wanted to put in over priced fuel I wouldn't have driven 3 miles out😑
JULY 18th 2023 - CAR PARK STAIRWELLS ARE FILTHY AND THEY SMELL LIKE SOMETHING HAS DIED IN THEM. JULY 22nd IT GETS WORSE, NOW THE FLOOR 2 DOOR GLASS IS BROKEN AND THE HANDLE IS FALLING OFF. WHY HASN'T SOMEONE FROM THE STORE RESPONDED AS THEY HAVE DONE FOR OTHER REVIEWS? DO THEY ONLY RESPOND TO POSITIVE REVIEWS? I have been posting on this subject for months. See photos.
Quite good choice. Some different things not seen in other supermarkets.
Although many of my "staples" were same price or even a little more than normal Morrisons or co-op which was a surprise.
Quite good parking
I came here on Tuesday 24th of May to buy myself a new watch Karen the lady. Who served her was extremely helpful professional friendly and Courteous a big ten out of ten from me. The Manager here should be very proud of themselves. And more importantly their staff
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Extremely rude and incompetent staff, worst customer service I’ve ever received from both JOHN (apparently manager) and NAT. I was a extremely loyal customer coming here my whole life however now I definitely will never be stepping food in here again. Politely asked John to write down the number for complaints for me to which he replied “don’t tell me what to do”. How an earth did he get the job with this attitude? He is ruining the store
Thought car park was 2 hours so was not bothered when stuck in store waiting for heavy hail storm to pass. Parking Eye ticket now for half hour overstay! Should be free parking if they want to encourage shoppers.
Staff are very friendly and lovely to deal with. I bought a TV which was damaged and they sorted it out for me very quickly in store (they weren't so helpful on the customer services phone line which I know is a call centre somewhere, 3 calls made and 3 different answers...the last call and the staff at the store are the reason why its 5* and not zero
As i never been in argos store and never ordered in store so i had no experience how it would work but thanks to ASHLEIGH and ERIN they were really kind friendly and helpfull it was so easy to get what i wanted tha ks to them and will definitely come back again

Genuinely nice and kind gentlemen was trying to help me to find a purse I wanted to buy inside Harrods store on the ground floor (the small Burberry station). Couldn’t find the ine I liked but I was stunned with how polite and respectful he was!
Not very crowded but a hot day + i donot think any aircon In shop
Good selection of free from items and free from ready meals. Helpful staff and usually plenty of parking space. The nectar points are useful especially as you can convert avios points into nectar points now.
Absolutely terrible every single time I've tried to order it wouldn't let me then the item ends up selling out or it's only at a store I can't get to. Just bought a hoover then as mine broke and I desperately needed it now bought it for collection straight away then says after I bought it can't collect until tomorrow bloody ridiculous

Very unprofessional customer service. After more than one month impossible to know where to service Burberry watch.
Not a bad store but toilet facilities should be around especially for disabled. On a bad point I thought that Asda had a policy that no longer provide plastic bags for fruit and veg.

Fab service from Lydia Chu at Burberry. I bought a cashmere scarf for my wife's birthday from the Knightsbridge boutique. I wanted it to have her initials and wasnt able to go back to the store to collect. Lydia got it delivered to store, repackaged it and made it look wow, then got it delivered to the restaurant that I took my wife to for her birthday. She made sure that it got delivered before we got there. My wife was thrilled to see it get bought over by the waiters as she was not expecting it. Thank you Lydia
If you go to london like me sometime, i always visit harrods because de decoration is very nice and you can find food of the world
Some of the staff were friendly while others were not as helpful. One staff was unaware of my statutory rights to return or exchange goods for up to a month in accordance with English law. This also applies to jewelry. Know your rights as a consumer and fight for them.

Food taste average, but the service of staff is very friendly and hospitality 👍
This is a very pleasant Asda!

There is ample mome car parking. It is accessible from the City Centre.

Disabled parking facilities and access are good.

The store is well stocked with s good range of groceries, clothing, items for the home and a Chemist.

The staff were superb. When I asked for help finding an item they took me straight to the product. They were polite and courteous.
Good selection of products but has the worst service. I base this also in comparison to other stores in harrods, grumpy employees and despite being empty waited a while to be served...considering there were 3 employees?

Beach goods , clothing , drinks etc.
Handy for beach.
Nothing spectacular but bits at reasonable prices
We ordered a gaming chair and a side table our friend picked the items up on Saturday. And we found the that we needed to come back on Monday because we were a parcel short . This has happened before to us and we just let it go. I understand that you are very busy but we have our own business too and can only really order items on line. So we are a little disappointed to say the least
We you able to get up and you can come over and i hope you are
