Absolutely incredible service here, all the staff are so lovely and helpful but Joe really stood out and gave the 5* experience. He eased my worries and made a stressful experiment so much easier. Really helpful to us and went above and beyond to help get the dream suits for our wedding. We honestly can’t recommend the team here enough if you’re looking for a suit for an occasion you’d be in the best hands!
I had an excellent experience at Slaters Cardiff this week. Upon entering the store, it's clear theres many suits, shirts, ties, shoes and all manner of gentlemen's apparel to suit almost everybody's requirements.
I was immediately greeted by a friendly associate who quickly helped me find the suit I'd researched online.
I was offered a fitting and after a second pair of trousers (I'm a little wider since last time), we discovered the fit was perfect off the shelf, I was however assured I could pop back for adjustments if I needed to.
I was passed to a friendly sales assistant at the tills and my transaction was completed quickly and professionally and I left satisfied, goods in hand.
I want to thank the staff for being welcoming, knowledgeable and exquisitely dressed for the occasion.

I was looking for a mother of bride outfit with only 6 weeks to the wedding. I had ordered numerous outfits online but not found the right one. I noticed some online at Pretty Perfect Boutique and thought I would contact them to see what they had in stock in my size before travelling from Bristol. Naomi was amazing. Naomi sent me details of the designers and codes of dresses for me to google for those she had in stock and when I found some others online that I liked, she tried her very best to order them and get them in. Naomi responded promptly to all emails and phone calls and went above and beyond. Even coming to find us when we got lost when visiting the shop. Naomi made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in finding my dress. I would definitely recommend Pretty Perfect Boutique. The service is appointment only. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will certainly be visiting again next year when my other daughter gets married. Thank you Naomi for helping me find my perfect dress and hat.

Got my "triple white" trainers home and the Nike badges were lilac took them back for a refund and was refused it and offered store credit instead even though if someone is "not as described" I am legally entitled to a refund. Going to give trading standards a call

Beautiful shop with a stunning selection of dresses at all price ranges. Hannah did a great job, helping my daughter (patiently!) to choose and narrow down her choices and we were delighted to purchase a stunning prom dress today. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend Pretty Perfect Boutique to anyone - thanks also to Naomi, who was also on hand to support.
My experience at the pretty perfect boutique was amazing! We couldn’t fault beth in any way, she was so welcoming and helpful and i left with my perfect dress! All the staff were lovely and the prom dresses available catered for all different styles and colours. couldn’t recommend more!
I can’t say anything about the store, but the assistant manager is incompetent and irresponsible. I bought football jerseys, one of them had a defect, he examined them and said that there was no defect and refused to return the goods since they were used once
I was greeted with a smile by Jennifer when I visited the Cardiff store last week. I have a few body confidence issues, but needed a dress for a wedding.

I've not lived in Cardiff very long, and this store is an amazing find.
I'm on the very large side, and I was so pleased to be able to find clothes that fit properly. I got two pairs of trousers and a pair of shorts, for a very reasonable price.
The shop has an amazing range of clothing and is well worth a visit. Especially for the outsize customer.

Fantastic experience buying a new suit from Dean. Absolute pleasure from start to finish from a true gent. Asked all the right questions for a smooth experience and made it all so easy. Prices also very good and quality great even for an entry level suit. Would highly recommend.

Had an appointment to discuss, try on wedding suits etc, no discussion or input, no shirt offered to try, had to ask, no cuffinks offered, no shoes offered, no bow tie offered, no alternatives offered. All in all a very poor experience, not what I expected at all.
Ich war nur kurz in dem Laden. Es waren mehr als 3 Verkäufer anwesend und alle unbeschäftigt, dennoch kam erst nach 5 Minuten jemand auf mich zu und hat gefragt ob er helfen könne. Er zeigte mir zwei Anzüge und ging wieder. Da mich auch die Qualität der Anzüge in keinster Weise überzeugte bin ich dann wieder raus. Ich hätte mir bei den guten Bewertungen mehr erhofft. Die Preise sind okay, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Anzüge zum größten Teil aus polyester sind. Wer wert auf gute Kleidung legt kauft woanders.
This is the second time I have found the most beautiful dress at this gem of a boutique. Firstly for my sons wedding last October and then this week for my nieces wedding this coming August. The welcome is so warm and friendly, Naomi and Beth make you feel so relaxed, listening to what you think you would like and then showing you the most beautiful dresses to suit. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. There is no pressure and you are given plenty of time with your dress on .There are also beautiful accessories to match enabling you to come away with your entire ensemble. I highly recommend this boutique, the experience of getting your mother of the bride/groom outfit here is so special, you will

We had an amazing experience picking my daughter’s prom dress on the weekend. The girls at Pretty Perfect Boutique were so lovely. Beth in particular was so attentive and gave us the best advice to narrow down her choices to the perfect one 😊 she was made to feel very special, thank you.
Today, 22 January, I bought a suit in the best suit shop in Cardiff, I walked into Moss bros and John knew sizes as I walk in, truly skilled master, John and Alonso then got together and sorted me out a jacket trousers and shirt, all fitted me great and I’m a slightly odd shape. So so happy, thank you guys.
My partner recently bought a dinner suit from Slaters. He normally buys his suits off the rack and hasn’t had a suit fitted previously. The service at Slaters was fantastic, the assistant recommended a suit, fitted it, and helped him match a shirt and shoes. We were so impressed, he would definitely only buy a suit from Slaters this way in the future!
We were served by Dan and he was just amazing. His eye was great he was quick to size and super easy to talk too. He wouldn’t pester and came exactly at the times when we needed him. Even when giving him a little shout when we did need him again he would come straight away. Super kind cracking jokes was just brilliant. Great customer service. Raise in salary is definitely needed 🤌🏽

I remember coming into Peacocks in Thetford when I had to attend a last minute wedding and I needed to buy black trousers and it was quite late in the day but I managed to come in here and get the trousers I needed. The staff were lovely however I do have to comment that this isn't exactly plus sized friendly and it's often a struggle to find something that fits. The trousers did fit me yes but it took a while to find the specific size, I think had I bought it online and had it done click and collect then it'd be much easier, lesson learnt!
Was looking for a wool sweater. The shop is stunning in the staff was so incredibly helpful. With their help I found the perfect size and color. Also picked up a few gift items.

So much to say about this branch and this brand but in summary - if you have Sean looking after you - you don't need anything else - he is the backbone of this brand and company and has saved me on multiple occasions - buy without hesitation and smarten yourself up

Sean Hubbard-Read helped me find my size in the Haincliffe Tweed suit at the Ballater location while I was on vacation in Scotland. I ordered it when I returned home to the US and it arrived in ten days. I love it. Looks great and it's the most comfortable suit I've ever owned.

Absolutely fabulous service from Naomi. I accidentally stumbled upon this little gem while looking for inspiration for my MOG outfit. There was so much to chose from but she made the process such a lovely experience I couldn’t fault it. She found me the most gorgeous dress, the detail was phenomenal and just the thing I had been looking for. I thought I would be spending weeks looking for the perfect outfit but it only took one appointment thank goodness. Would highly recommend they have wide variety of dresses for most budgets, made my sons wedding and myself feel even more special!
Just had a really poor experience with 'Holly' on the ground floor desk. Honestly can't believe how awful she was. Thankfully an embarrassed colleague took over, apologised on Holly's behalf and served me.
Went with my fiance to look at wedding suits, had made an appointment which consisted of a guy rushing through the rack and picking out a jacket trousers and waistcoat all different sizes as there was nothing available and told to just try them “even though it wont go near you” so rude -then he just left and went to talk to someone else. Bad service just so glad we didnt end up buying from here.
When I was there getting measurements for my suit, the man measuring me and the staff was welcoming. Even though they was really busy with a lot of customers at the time, they was very communicative with each other, got to apricate the team work they have and I did tell him to take his time cause I noticed he was really busy and yet he still rushed to mine and everyone else's needs and got the job done.

Stopped shopping here as the customer assistants made me feel inferior. Not a pleasant experience considering I’ve made many purchases. I continued to shop at the Cardiff store after this low service but still felt the same atmosphere particularly from the lady who is the store manager. Not shopped there in months and no intention to return.
Quality does not match the prices. The shirt sizes are off and there's never enough choice in sizes either. The sweaters I've bought here have faded really quickly compared to other shops and the leather belts have left marks on my shirts and trousers. There is a good changing area though and the self-serve tills are hassle free.

Steer clear of here for your own good. The only thing this store has going for it are its low prices, but even those won't tempt me to shop there again. The staff here are incredibly rude and obnoxious and sadly the manager is the worst of the lot of them, actually encouraging his subordinates to be rude to customers. I was at the back of the store looking at shoes today when I heard him at the other end of the store firstly being rude to a customer with another member of staff and then, when the customer left, he said to his employee, loud enough for everyone in the shop to hear, "don't worry, you can give them what they're asking for and they'll still moan". I put down what I was going to buy and walked straight out. How he has kept a job, let alone been put in charge of a store, with an attitude like that is a mystery to me. Anywhere I've ever worked I'd expect to be fired for treating customers the way Sports Direct staff do. Having witnessed this behaviour in various SD stores now I won't be shopping in any of their stores again. I'd rather pay more for goods and receive good service than save a few pennies whilst being treated like a piece of dirt.
My grandaughters liverpool kit was 6 to 9 months and she is nearly one, it was a perfect fit for her. Also next day delivery.

I went into this branch last week to look for a jacket for my son. After wondering around for a while, we couldn't find what we were after. My son (11 years old) approached a member of staff. His name was Lewis. He explained what sort of jacket he wanted, and Lewis explained that as they are a small store they didn't keep everything in stock. But, instead of leaving it there he took us to a computer and we browsed the web page. We soon discovered the jacket my son wanted was out of our price range, so Lewis showed us some different jackets in store. My son tried a few on and Lewis went above and beyond to help us by checking the warehouse to see if he had his size. Meanwhile why my son was being sorted my daughter found a coat she liked. They didn't have her size on show but again Lewis checked the warehouse and came back with her size. Both of my children came away with a coat each and a stress free mummy.

Clean tidy store. The lady who helped me as I'm only 4'8 & size 18-20 was really friendly,helpful. She sorted a short leg trousers for me. We also bought a jacket for my husband. I'm sorry I didn't get her name as she deserves a mention. Her customer service was spot on.

Crew seems to me to be a slightly more preppy take on clothes to Fat Face next door, have found a really awesome jacket here before. Look up when in store and there is a whole boat race style boat above you, weird but cool.
