Wow… been a while since I encountered with such rude staff. Lady in the changing room (dark hair with foreign accent) should really work on her attitude- especially mean, condescending tone, treating customers like misbehaving cattle. Cherry on the top was when the system went down and after spending 20 min in queue I had to leave without buying.

Over the weekend I had a very stressful experience at this store. Having found some clothes to try on I went to the first fitting room I could see. Once inside and trying on my clothes a male staff member opened the curtain and looked directly at me while I had my trousers down shouting at me that I was in the male changing room. Whilst this may have been the case, I did not see the sign and felt completely harassed, humiliated and exposed by the male staff member, who could have simply waited until I had redressed before politely telling me I had gotten confused.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store on Regent Street on Sunday, 30th June 2024, around 3:00 PM. The staff exhibited rude and disgusting behaviour that left me feeling very disrespected. They didn't even greet me as I walked by; instead, they intentionally looked away and giggled behind my back. I believe this behaviour was racially motivated, as I am Asian.

I am appalled that such unprofessional conduct could occur in a store with so many good reviews. Perhaps I was just unlucky, or maybe they intentionally treat some customers nicely while treating others like trash. I have lived in the UK for many years and have never encountered such behaviour.

I strongly advise against shopping at this store. The staff not only need training on how to be proper employees but also on how to be decent human beings. Their inflated egos and sense of privilege are astonishing. Professionalism should be their priority, not their misplaced sense of superiority. I will never be returning to this store.

I recently visited the Regent Street branch and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were made to feel very welcome, and I want to say a big thank you to Tahani, who was incredibly supportive and understanding. She guided us with such care and professionalism.

Tahani’s exceptional work over the weekend left us with big smiles as we left the store. Her outstanding customer service made our visit truly memorable.

I recently visited the Tommy Hilfiger store on Regent Street after work, hoping to quickly find a few items I had in mind. To make things easier for the staff, I even brought pictures of the items I wanted. Unfortunately, my experience was not that pleasant.

Upon entering the store, I approached a lady with black/dark brown hair who was standing next to the sale section. I kindly asked her, "Hi, do you have this item by any chance?" From the look on her face, it was clear she didn't want to help. She looked unfriendly and uninviting. Without a smile or any sign of willingness to assist, she coldly replied, "No," and then looked down, ignoring me completely.

I decided to give it another shot and went around the store to find another item. When I approached her again with my second request, I received the exact same cold response, without even a hint of a smile or any form of customer service. Her demeanor made me feel extremely unwelcome.

Feeling frustrated and unwelcome, I decided to leave the store. I even made eye contact with another customer, who seemed to empathize with my situation, as if they too noticed how unhelpful the staff member was.

Nonetheless, the security guard (I think he was security, he was wearing all black) was very friendly and welcoming once I arrived. He also suggested, after seeing that the lady didn't help me at all, that I maybe order online or check the big screen in the store. He was a way better salesperson than the actual sales assistant.

Staff are so poor here. There's no team work and staff appear lazy and happy to palm off customers to each other. They weren't even busy and probably lose alot of trade due to poor customer service.
Never been here before booked a course on Monday very pleased two sessions and already can see a difference and the girls that work there are so friendly and helpful thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 experience

Bought a white polo top from tommy hilfiger. first of all got charged over double for my purchase and had to wait 3 days to get refunded. got home from my trip (i live 2 hours away) and realised it still has the security tag on my top which i can do nothing about.

For the first time a really unpleasant experience in Ted Baker.
The Staff in the shop couldn’t care less for the customers. Not helpful at all and when I went to buy two items an expensive coat and dress - the girl at the counter was arrogant and disrespectful. She just mashed the clothes together and I asked her nicely if she could pack the clothes properly and she answered in the most arrogant way that this was the best she could do.
If I didn’t want the clothes as bad as I did, I would have left the shop without buying anything.
Definitely a shop I would never return to. I’d rather go 10 miles more for good service.

Aug 23, 2023 One lady who works there was arguing with this poor girl about her hours telling her in public in front of customers to “count with you fingers.” As her co-workers looked on uncomfortably, treating her Like she’s a child.

If you are a foreigner they are not patient. The dressing room lady got mad at this young lady who was not from the UK for leaving her 2 clothing items in the dressing room and not hanging them back up. and she was all the way across the store and the dressing room attendant told her to come back and hang up the clothes… it was clear that she was foreign and did not know the norm. Just very smug… it was just the manager I believe and the dressing room lady at 3:30 on this date.

Please be respectful… there are no signs that say hang your clothes back up and it’s inappropriate to discuss internal things in front of customers…

I am only writing this in hopes that a more welcoming environment for others not of the same nationality will feel comfy. Please do not discuss internal affairs in front of customers and if a customer leaves something. Do not embarrass them by having them come back through a crowd of people who are shaking their heads to hang up their two items, worse comes to worse you lost 5 seconds Hanging up 2 items again… be kinder and more patient.

Ted Baker is a very known prestigeous Clothing Store that we love as a family , and we tried different international locations for. Nevertheless , we had a bad experience/incident at Ted Baker Branch next to Harrods that I believe is related to employees not the shop management itself. My wife's iPhone 14 pro max was stolen there , most probably by one of the workers , and the Manager refused to see the surveillance cameras , like he knows the fact and dont want to go in trouble , insisting that I have to go to police to make a calim then to have order by Police to check the cameras , after all invistigations and searches we did , we were pretty much sure that one of the workers did that thift. We were about to leave london in one day and no time to visit police station and go through the expected hassle, especially that we gave him an exact time to check the cameras not that we're going to waste their valuable time. Bad management of the situation by the sinior guy in the shop turned our trip to a misery , not becasue of the phone cost But because of many valuable contents there in. He could see the cameras by himself and solve the matter quickly , but all our trails went in vain.
We left London , but I advise the management to invistigate the team at the branch to check their integrity as this impacts reputation. Time of visit was in Aug 17 /18, 2023. Regards Ahmad

Absolutely great atmosphere, you are welcoming by the staff team, making your shopping pleasant, no pressure, and they're there for you to help you on anything you may need. Clean and beautiful changing rooms with portable charger while you're trying new clothes, great idea. I would recommend everything from to them. Enjoy the season sales, it is a great time! Love it!

The socks manufactured by this German company are superb! Their online sales service is very efficient and they also have a superb returns service. I would highly recommend them!
Been going tan box for a long time and I’m so relieved to have found this place. Emma was welcoming place was spotless, decent sun beds but again super clean! Prices are good as well. Glad you’ve opened.. how a sunbed shop should be run.

What a friendly and fabulous place! Extremely clean and efficient! Fantastic deals on offer and an extensive range of tanning creams and shots to help enhance your tanning experience! The sun-beds always have perfect working tubes and are replaced often! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! 🤣
Literally the best sunbeds locally, clean very reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. Offer great selection of cold drinks and snacks aswell wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I don’t usually moan and I’m the easiest person to sell to, only wear Diesel denim, I went into this store in Westfield today, 3 staff visible, no other customers except myself, walked around for 10 minutes, no acknowledgement, walked past all 3 members of staff, didn’t even make eye contact, 10 minutes is a long time of browsing whilst staff do their best to be customer shy and purchase prevention officers.
I only wear Diesel denim, I needed 4 pairs today, sadly walked out without approach and empty handed, thank you Armani for taking my money and switching me to your brand!
Best local sunbed shop, the staff are all lovely and it's always really clean! Used the beds and had a spray tan and love it here x

Not sure if overworked due to the time of year or just inexperienced but thought the store staff lacked customer service skills. Came to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready yesterday and was told to only come back once I'd receive a collection confirmation which they could super easily facilitate by keeping on top of their online orders. Happy to have received my item in the end but didn't appreciate the store staffs behaviour and they could have avoided a lot of stress if they had a better understanding of how to deliver a world class customer service.

Brilliant store, loads and loads of sale items are always available. Excellent changing room facilities with seating for others to wait and charge phones. The cafe is the icing on the top, brilliant quality cakes and drinks for good value. Very helpful staff, couldn't give this a more positive rating.

Mitchell at Giorgio Armani in Selfridges Oxford Street was fantastic! I needed help selecting a shade in Luminous Silk Foundation and he was really friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable about the product and helped me find the perfect shade for my skin with golden undertones. You're a legend, Mitchell. Thanks again. It's difficult to find beauty experts who can match foundation properly for darker skin and I was lucky to have been assisted by Mitchell.

Thank you to Jay the store manager, I was looking for a dress online for my grans funeral and because of COVID it has been a nightmare trying to find a dress in my size and he was able to find the dress promptly and in my size and it was just the last one in store and was able to deliver it to my local ted baker store. [This is regarding Falke's onlineservice] Ordered several pairs of socks. One developed a hole after wearing in wide shoes for a very short period. Horrible experience with customer service - refused to accept fault or to provide a refund, after stalling for weeks, and very rude on the phone. Wish I had seen reviews online first. Falke items are quite expensive; it is shocking how poor their service is.

I bought a pair of shoes, after wearing them 2-3 times one of them pilled off at the back. I tried to contact support for assistance, but I was ignored for a long time, even if I took pictures and explained the problem. Today I received a message saying that my shoes will not be changed. I wonder, if your products are of poor quality, why not change them? Of course, I will not buy or recommend this brand to anyone! I feel that you stole my money because i haven't received any in return.

Falke socks are indeed among the very best. This entry made me think there would be a small Falke boutique inside Harrods, but turns out it is only a small sample against a wall. Probably best to buy online.

I stopped by Selfridges to update my Make up collection and stoped by Giorgio Armani cosmetics to see what’s new, I asked a member the team called Fadime to help me out and she was a Star! I can honestly say it is customer service that differentiates where you purchase, she helped me choose my foundation and colour matched me to perfection, she was so passionate and made you feel like a doll ( such a talented make up artist !) she didn’t rush you or push you to purchase things, she was so calm. She recommended me beautiful products which I was very happy to purchase ;) Please ask for her if you require any help! Would definitely go back.

Terrible. Just walked out of the store after hanging around for 10 minutes trying to catch the attention of any staff member so I get my size. Three of them having a chit chat in the Jean section and the one chap at the front of the store doing his best not to catch my eye. Online it is. The 'death of the store' may not just down to online but apathetic staff!

Be aware of FALKE company, who will supply you with the fake label (did it to me twice) so the return won’t reach them and it’ll be all your fault for not checking with them whether the return label they’ve provided is correct or wrong. FALKE customer service is rude and doesn’t cooperate, and so far it has cost me over £150 loss. Very upsetting.

Would not use again.

Ordered online with 3 day delivery. 6 days later and received nothing.

Chased up with Falke who offer no explanation nor apology and took 2 days to respond.

Have now attempted delivery outside of our office opening hours and have not left them in the safe postal box.

Expensive socks, but not the service to justify. Will stick with Pantharella moving forward.

A trip to Selfridges isn’t complete without a stop to see Yves at the Giorgio Armani cosmetics stand. This was by far the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever had. I have learned so much from concealer application to my personal skin undertone. He was so passionate and never rushed me. I’m really pleased with my first purchase and will definitely be back!
