Didn't deliver - so tried to contact them. They don't answer the phone. Visited Antrim Depot. Clearly open - but door to reception locked and no answer when knocked. Wasted journey. Not sue if or when I might get my delivery. Has to be the worst company in the world. Why are business using these people. They should be boycotted and left to die as a company.
Parcel is wasn’t delivered and no card left nor any sort of correspondence as to why I didn’t receive my parcel, called 10 times and each time I’ve been cut off! Our usual driver Piotr would always leave parcels and have never had an issue until our new driver. Absolute disgrace
Would give -1 if possible. Managed to loose a £700 wedding ring and their excuse was our house doesn’t exist, the same house they’ve been delivering to previously with no issues. Drivers are thieves and customer service non existent. Avoid if possible

To many rules for drivers ; can't stay in cab even if drop trl have sit in a drivers area uncomfortable chairs well one chair rest are stools specially if you are here for few hours pay someone to come with that come on Amazon take your keys they got locks on ramps so no one going to driver of look after the drivers if in cabs specially on nights a few hours on the bunk would be good for the healt and safety for driving at night can't even give a this place score 0 , even if here for few hours tv not on cant find the remote lol 😂💩
It's not so much the Depot because the Employee I spoke to was really nice and helpful, but their telephone procedure needs an overhaul!! I was supposed to get a delivery on the Sat which was ok as I'd be home, but they tried to deliver on Friday without notice.. no one was home, so after trying to download the DPD app several times, I then phoned several times on Sat, then again on Mon.. needless to say unsuccessfully- I then called in after work on Mon their office was closed, and I went back at 5.30pm on Tues.. the box was battered, and the seal was broken - thankfully, I don't think any parts are missing!!
The main reason for my failure to continue is the bumps that were placed before entering. The car was destroyed for a fee that does not cover the repair. I should have thought about the honesty of the owne As I remember, between 20 and 30 bumps

Working with Amazon is amazing. They have this ability to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Plus, there's a mutual respect for everyone and it encourages one to do their best.
The job isn't difficult but it's super hectic. There's subsidized transportation and food and more recently for folk coming all the way from Cardiff,Wales, there's going to be a bus meaning less traffic on the buses going from Newport.
It's amazing how one is treated at Amazon. Other warehouses could learn a lot from them. As per the pay, well I'd say Amazon can always do better but I'm far from complaining about it.

Hi who works on this amazon, share your opinion about this warehouse, how many breaks are there? they feed there or you need to bring your own food (I worked in Poland on Amazon, they fed there) what is the attitude towards the workers? what are the shifts? how many hours do you work? Is there transportation to work? Do you work directly or through an agency? If through an agency, please advise how to contact them? Thank you!
Worst Amazon in UK, they didn't let me take 30 minutes break (i had only 20 minutes driving time left) didn't let me use toilet and kick me outside gate when after checking trailer left only 14 minutes to finish 30 minutes break. Very rude staff and very not understanding for drivers.

Speed bumps are horrible , they are mentally crazy with a fake safaty . Due stupid schedule should to wait for a trailer for a 3+h they don't allow to stay in site , so should to park at road next to depot ...

Terrible service. Said it was out for delivery on Friday, waited all day - nothing. Waited all morning Saturday only for them to say I missed them when no one came to the door or contacted me. Escalated it via Currys because it's £6 a call for the DPD helpline??? They then requested a priority delivery for this evening and still nothing.

They have delivered my 15kg /250£ parcel to a wrong address and person!
When I went to the office to explain the situation and ask them to correct their mistake, they were so confident that they have delivered the parcel to the correct address, even though the parcel delivery was signed for the wrong name on their website!
Totally unreliable service!
Next time I order something online, I will pass if the delivery partner is DPD.
A suggestion to DPD-> work with one time codes, where the driver needs to get the code from the receiver to close the delivery successfully.

I'm not entirely sure an attempt at my collection was made before I got a text saying they had called, but were unsuccessful. I work at home, looking out the window, so unless someone hid a van, put on a cloak of invisibility and knocked the door with a sponge, nobody came to collect. I left the item and the depot duly delivered. They collected the return and delivered it to me, two days early, so that made up for it. Normally a well-informed, painless process. I think sometimes it's forgotten that this is a high-volume and occasionally mistakes are made. They're grand.
The whole operation here is a stress, everything becomes late (unloading lorries, loading) the staff hate their job and are in very bad moods every single day. It’s so mentally draining just knowing your work is allocated at this depot. Not had a single issue at the other 35 depots I have been to!
Sent my parcel back to sender without attempting delivery. Tried calling for half an hour and nobody picked up. So I drove down (10mins) and in that time they put it on a van apparently. Useless. Only decent worker there is Michael the driver!

Terrible service and communications! I placed a recent order and received the standard confirmation of my order & receipt of payment. I even received a confirmation from the courier to say they were awaiting the order... Then nothing! I contacted OB, several days later, and advised it had been 'dispatched' and it was with the courier, therefore I should receive the items very soon.... Again, nothing, no delivery, no communications or confirmation from OB or courier. I had to phone again, then told the items have 'gone missing' and both items aren't in stock anymore...! In today's world of tracking and communication, things don't just disappear. Then I'm told I can have a refund, and now I have to wait more time to get my money back, and still no birthday gift for my partner because of their incompetence and lack of care.
Good place to work with good pay but some supervisor over here sometimes behave like dodgy. I will definitely love to work here again.

They don t pay you correctly and you have to fight for your money, lots of Romanians as supervisor who treats you really bad,this is not just my experience. I ve got at last 10 people who can agree.
