Pound stretcher is great for all the nic nacs you might want. Great dog toys too. Candles, incense, garden gems. Sweets, drinks, chocolate, crisps. GRAB a bargain. Staff are friendly and the space is clean and tidy.
Great bargains at affordable prices
I loved going to Poundland and get stuff for festivals as it’s cheaper and I can buy new stuff every year for festivals without worrying about wasting money. Today when I went to Poundland in burnt-oak I couldn’t find anything I like so without buying anything as I was trying to get to exit I was stopped by the guard cause one of the lady from the counter told him and he asked to see my bag.i have never steal in my life and I hate getting stopped at the exit thinking I stole something there were a lot of people just watching me and I had to show all the stuff in my bag even though I didn’t steal anything so this was embarrassing for me in-front of everyone if they have not seen a person stealing I don’t think they can go with anyone’s bag just by assuming the looks as I had septum piercing. So never going to this specific store again.

Easy to find, checkout and delivery. Everything was in package. The bird seed had leaked and the box was wet at the bottom, but apart from that overall happy with service

Everything and more in one place and great seasonal items available at a minimal cost. Could use more tills or staff on them at busy times as they have taken the self service tills away now, but that's minor and no complaints here.
The one in Borehamwood is brilliant along with all the other shops by Aldi. Have not been to Borehamwood for years so it was a pleasant surprise. No more travelling all over to get specific items from specific shops. All in one place😁😁

It is a Poundland they are all good and do exactly what they say on the tin (except I don't think they sell anything for a pound anymore)

Another “cheap” shop in Lisburn. Just another B&M/pound land. Nice and clean shop but sell the same as stores mentioned.
Staff is very uneducated, when you pay at the till, they don’t say hello/bye even if you do, one of them even makes faces. Very unprofessional. Never a pleasure to walk in there.
Called in today searching for a Meal deal. Bronagh at tills advised and assisted with deal offers. Got what I was looking for, thank you Bronagh! 😊

However, I decided to come here again after it had been years since my last visit. To my absolute shock and horror, I saw things priced at £2, £2.50 etc etc. I fell to my knees in despair, what had happened to the good old days?
Enraged, I got back up on my feet and STORMED out as fast as I possibly could. Rest assured I will NEVER return unless things go back to the GOOD OLD DAYS of being priced at ONE quid.

Shop in here several times a week, prices are much cheaper than other shops and supermarkets. The staff are friendly and can hold a conversation but also match Aldi staff for scanning speed.
Almost all variety items are available for you. Fresh bread items are available.
Due to its inconsistent selection, Poundland offers a mixed shopping experience. Although it has inexpensive things, the availability is inconsistent. Returning with the intention of purchasing earlier finds could be let down because it appears to stock goods that other suppliers are trying to get rid of.

I usually don't post reviews about stores because they are basically all the same. But this store is very organised and most importantly the best customer service. Manager was very cooperative and active. And i can understand why everything was perfect. A few days ago, I bought a charging cable in 5 pounds from another store and i was happy to see the same cable in 1.45 pound. The prices are very good. I think this is the best place. I have very good experience. Please ignore the negative comments because in the past the things may have been worse. But now, it was perfect place. I will definitely recommend.

Well I lovely this shop a bit if everything apart from a total food shop, but is does for those odd bits and different things in food like pack of pork sticks in the chiller, there ate so many items from bathroom products ,shampoos etc , toys, garden , a few clothing bits very small area for those , but again it's not a clothes shop , it's a discount shop would recommend
Excellent experience, visited today to collect order made on Tuesday, items not available at Thetford but duty manager sourced them from Norwich store for collection at our convenience, was over and about the call of duty, Excellent customer service.
Clue is in the title really, always a great bargain, seems to be low on staff but staff always friendly and helpful....I will be back.

Pretty standard branch of Home Bargains. A good selection of products and cheap prices that you'd expect from HB. Not the biggest of car parks though.

Be warned if you're thinking of parking in the carpark and doing a big stock up on essentials. Did this last weekend and got an £80 parking penalty through the post!!!
Lovely place for food household products
Not very happy about 20min parking , that doesn't give you enough time if you shopping stuff for birthday party and want to choose things, I think they loosing a lot of business because of the short parking
normally nice poundland always love it locally , come in today with mum and we look around the £1 brushes and products and we get constant back chat from this older lady worker . it’s a pound shop where we opened the item we were about to buy anyways still get the yapping from behind saying ‘it’s common sense ‘ not to open it . as a daughter i was disgusted that someone even thought to say keep saying fair enough the first time but where’s the respect gone awful lady no manners on her
Best place to buy some good inexpensive stuff. Similar concept of dollarland which have thousands of products with 1 pound tag.
FMCG products are there with slightly cheaper prices. Fresh veggies, frozen non-vegs and dairy products are not there. Lack of staff

Used to be a good store. But now most stuff is actually cheaper every where else and the que is ridiculous. 1 till open on a Saturday morning is just a joke
Quiet dissapointing. Tried to get lunch here. There were no more sandwiches left in the fridge. Then tried to get bread to make my own sandwiches but there was no cutlery. Disposable or otherwise.
Went in today and realised it wasn't a 'Pound' shop anymore the prices have gone up so much some items were dearer than supermarkets.
Very impressed with customer focus. Had an issue on an egg chair that was boxed and couldn’t have been known by the staff. They dealt with brilliantly, the manager was 5* and seemingly tries to set a high standard throughout the store. Leading any staff team these days is far from easy and mistakes will always occur and so it’s a measure of how the problem is remedied and I cannot fault the approach. Delighted with product too. Well done!
Although the £ shop prices have increased I still find the prices fair and most cases cheaper. They stock a great variety of goods My local Gillingham Industrial, has Great Staff. Who never seem to go home. Thanks I am rarely dissapointed.

Never leave reviews but the fella deserves it. Didn't get his name but older skinny guy with gray hair and a headset on was one of the most rude people I've ever seen, also blatantly racist to another employee, guy deserves fired.
It looks like it could have been a really good shop but it didn't really pop off for reasons like it's a very unknown brand and personally I didn't go there at all until the clearance pluse the employees were very nice and helpful if they worked a bit more on advertising perhaps or adding more necessities like bread and milk but apart from that one of my favourite shops to go to.

Place is a joke was in two weeks ago carrying my dog in with me asked one of the staff said it was ok,, was in to day with my dog and some of the staff petted my dog then as i got.to the pet isle i believe was manger came up and told me i had to leave as my dog wasnt a guide dog the attitude he had was ridiculous and pathetic as he didnt seem to ask the other person who was there wif a pup to leave joke of a placestore

Pound Stretcher sells a variety of products going from wood stones etc, to cleaning products, to electrical products and much more. And if you cant find what you need Wilko is nextdoor.
Not long opened in the shop that was previously Easons.. Quite a lot more expensive than B&M which is just across the road..It was more competitive when it was at the back of the Mall..I guess someone has to pay for its new location.

Went in today to return an Amazon parcel as they are listed as one of the UPS participating store with the option of No box and no label required but have been refused . Wasn't very helpful given that they came up as one of the closest participating store but when I went in they told me they don't accept.

I go in asking for a certain drink. The store owner then tells me they are in the back. When i ask him to go get them for me he says "No you go in" whilst reaching for a broom stick, I repeatedly told him i dont trust him and mid way through me talking he tried closing the shutters on me and keep me trapped in the store. I managed to run away. I am a 13 year old boy i thought he was going to hurt me

It's got bad lately, their stock runs out fast then they don't get the item back in for months, they don't have anywhere near the range of stuff that other ones have either, I'd give it a miss 😔
I had the most wonderful lad at the tills. My card wouldn't read so tried it again same thing n he called his supervisor. She cancelled transaction so he had to put it all thru again with her help n he repacked it again for me. He then signed off his till n helped me to my car (I'm disabled) he wouldn't take anything so i gave him a hug. I have always had good service at Boucher Rd Home Bargains n would recommend to anybody

Love Home Bargains. Can't wait for our new local shop to finally open here in Lisburn. The only problem is that when I visit any of their shops I end up spending too much money. Not because their goods are expensive but because I always see something else which I need. Great place, great shopping!

Always a great place to shop for some fantastic bargains. I am never disappointed as the goods are always affordable to everyone no matter what budget you have to spend. There is always a huge variety of pretty much everything you could wish for all under one roof. I would definitely recommend a visit and feel sure that you wouldn't be disappointed😀

Good shop in a handy location. Plenty of low cost products to choose from. The store is always busy but sometimes a little untidy or with empty shelves when offers get scooped. The Home Bargins at Belfast Yorkgate City Side is in my opinion a better version of the store with more products.
