This company refuses to call FedEx to update my address to that my luggage can be delivered. They shipped my luggage using FedEx and only gave them my name, city and zip code. FedEx cannot deliver due to incomplete address ( luggage is 10 minutes away). Air France the company who gave them my luggage has been emailing them 3 times a day for the past 7 days to no avail. This is unacceptable and I cannot believe they are allowed to have a business license.

This Sorting Office is close permanently. The Evelyn Street Post Office didn't help. The sorting office is now on Blackhorse Industrial Estate, it's after KFC and a long walk away! Opening is 8.00 to 10.00 week days only

We booked this company at short notice after our flight was cancelled and we were booked on a different flight the next day. We needed to get from Manchester Airport to Liverpool Airport to collect our own car.
Very well organised, driver phoned as soon as we landed, very pleasant and courteous, good journey.
When I later contacted the office as I needed an itemised receipt to claim cost back from the airline, they were very helpful and arranged / emailed this for me. Highly recommended.

Brilliant professional service - they totally saved us when we were diverted to Manchester aiport in an emergency this week, due to the Luton fire. Driver was lovely, came to meet us at 3am and got us home in 3 hours - so grateful to them! Can't recommend enough.

Shockingly poor, bag missing for >3 weeks, BA told us to contact this company directly. Supplied a picture of the very colourful case missing and told to merely ‘speak to BA’. Pathetic and literally zero customer service, the whole airline industry needs a huge reboot.

On 29 August my luggage was delayed but arrives on Manchester airport later that night. They keep saying to the airline baggage never arrived. I can see from my phone app luggage is sitting on their deposit. They never reply emails, what a bad service, worst ever. I came to work offshore for 8 weeks without nothing on me. What a mess

Absolutely hopeless company and abismal service. My bag was accidentally tagged incorrectly and was sent to Marseille. The person at the baggage desk then helped me fill out a form and gave me a sheet of paper with a number to contact that no longer exists… when you try to contact the number listed on the website, they say that the line has closed and are no longer accepting calls. They will respond by email within a few hours but they are simply copy paste responses and they cannot help you at all. When you ask for an update they simply say we have no update and will contact you later when they do, which never happened… almost 3 days later I got a call saying the bag was ready to collect and was told to call the number back when I was at the airport. When I arrived in the terminal I called the number but no one picked up… after about half an hour of trying to get through to someone, they eventually answered and gave me my bag. I understand that my bag getting lost was not this companies fault but the very unfriendly service and the fact you cannot talk to anyone on the phone made me extremely stressed and completely ruined my holiday as I got my bag just 8 hours before I had to go to Heathrow and leave the country.

If I could rate lower I would . Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Zero communication let alone an update on the status of your missing bag . Our nightmare stated 12 days ago to try and retrieve our delayed bag with zero updates. I have a GPS tracker on my bag I knew where it was at all times yet Global Baggage offered no status update to my urgent need for my delayed bag.

Very poor customer service the phone line doesn't work, staff don't know what they're doing my bag was in the Manchester Airport for a week they couldn't locate it to me, i kept on sending them messages after messages,really i don't know what they are there for!! absolutely ridiculous they don't help at all they kept on saying it with the courier company when I contact the courier company they will say they haven't received my baggage so disappointed with there services 😕.

After some digging for GBS's direct phone numbers at Heathrow Terminal 3 I want to give special mention for Muhammad at GBS who was working at Heathrow T3 on 06/08/2023 for being very helpful and reassuring and taking his time out in order to provide me with all the information to enable me to collect my bags the next day after they had been stuck at Amman airport for over 3 weeks! Also shout out goes to Sayed who reassured me that we were still able to collect them even though we were running late!

We have been let down before in the past so I was very paranoid (Honestly probably got on their nerves with checking in!) but they always got back to me promptly and assured me everything was ready.
On the way there they were actually early picking us up, and whizzed us to the airport in record time.
On the way back, we had a bit of trouble finding the meeting point thanks to Manchester Airports confusing parking system, but our driver kept in touch letting us know where he'd be exactly and even explained our original driver had some issues getting to us so he'd actually gone out of his way to make sure we get picked up on time. We were so grateful for that!
Absolutely amazing service and we will definitely be using for our future holidays. Thank you for making this so stress free the whole time!!!

We used the online booking which was easy to do.
Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to our flight being cancelled & although the policy stated no refunds they obliged & refunded our money.
They have my business going forward for all of my Manchester Airport flight taxi services as they were so understanding with a human touch.

My wife needed to go to the hospital yesterday night with our toddler. We called the taxi and they said that they'd be there in 5-10 minutes. 40 minutes later, and after multiple calls to the company (they reassured us that the taxi would be there in "5-10 minutes"), she had to call another company. Premier taxi never sent a taxi to pick her up. This is really poor service and I definitely do not recommend them. Just go with uber.

Terrible service (Heathrow airport). I had forgotten my baby's pushchair on the TAP's tray and just realized after leaving the luggage collection area (and going back isn't permitted). The airport suggested phoning them using and internal phone - tried more than 10 times in different times and no one picked up. There were 2 other people with similar issues near me and they had reported the same - no one picking up the phone. The only way I managed to solve my issue was by speaking to a random airport staff that works near the immigration officers - and she was keen to help even though it had nothing to do with her business. What a life saver!

The RM app is useless. Why do you have to register to find out when a post office is open? I googled the answer instead and got the answer instantly.

1. Recently, whenever our mail was delivered (when they felt like delivering it!) delivery times were not guaranteed.
2. I wasted days waiting for parcels that were not delivered when they should have. As a result, they left a card in my mailbox to schedule a redelivery or collect. And this led to a whole new level of issues because:
3. The code on the card doesn't exist and I can't schedule a redelivery!!! I tried every possible version of the digits/letters mix and there is no way to find the correct code!
4. The office to collect is open 4 days a week between 8-10am only. Closed on Saturday.
A piece of advice to Royal Mail: please shut this office down. It's good for absolutely nothing. With the money saved, employ staff that can perform such a basic job to deliver parcels and writing numbers on a piece of paper!

I was forced to take an expensive journey with this company as the last train home was full. All I want os a receipt for my journey so I can claim the money back off the train company. Apparently the only person who can authorise this is the manager who I'm not even sure exists. I've phoned the offices every single day and they keep telling me "he will be in tomorrow", "phone back at 10 in the morning", "phone back at 4 in the afternoon" I keep doing this and still nothing. It's starting to sound a bit dodgy now like they don't want to give me a receipt. It's for a lot of money which I need desperately.

Top guys. I normally use another big local firm. However their app seemingly overloads when there is a droplet of rain in the atmosphere. This is extremely sub optimal for reliability. I've been bailed out several times by the team here. Friendly, respectable drivers they have, and no issues with lack of local lingo either. Prices are competitive too.

Parcel delivery driver who always returns my parcels to a post office (Bramhall) which, I cannot access as I use a manual wheelchair; he knows this. He doesn't even knock! Or even write his i/d № on the 'collections' card.
He could take it to the P.O. where I live (Poynton). I know who it is and I can't wait to see him again wheelchair or not!!

By far the worst sorting office I have ever had to receive mail from. They lost one of my parcels, took my number to call me when found however I never got a phone call. When I visited the branch again to find out what was going on, it had been found but they just couldn't be bothered to call me and let me know! Great communication. However the worst of all is the opening hours. Even Great Yarmouth's sorting office has extended opening hours - til 20:00 some evenings! There is not one day of extended opening hours in this branch. The latest they are open til is 13:00! Considering the scope of ground this sorting office is supposed to serve, this is an absolute joke. How does this serve a community where many of those who work commute?
