Like an earlier reviewer stated my company used a company which was bought out by EPX. Previous company superb, new company more than doubled our fees and it has been consistently awful. All our staff say the same, urgent issues never dealt with within the day, despite our pleas. We will be soon moving elsewhere, looking at the other 'positive reviews' I'd question whether they are genuine local business served by EPX.

Orbex has been our go-to partner for all things telecom, internet cabling/wiring, WIFI, and numerous repairs to an old intercom system for well over 20 years. Orbex recently installed a new intercom system in our offices and penthouse flat above. As always, the works were carried out to our utmost satisfaction. The Orbex engineers are professional and friendly, work efficiently, and do their best to minimise disruption. Communicating with their office and support staff is easy and you are guaranteed a prompt and friendly response.
We had an outstanding experience with Orbex, specifically Mike Koziel who was attended our store. His professionalism and product knowledge were exceptional, and they offered multiple solutions. I appreciate their expertise and would highly recommend their services.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I raised a ticket on 15/02/2023 that I couldn't access our server, it is now the 21/02/2023 and no-one has rang to sort it out. We were with a previous company who got bought by EPX, since the purchase there is no-one to talk to and customer service is non-existent, I have called around 15 times in the last 5 days chasing a resolution and keep getting promised call backs that do not materialise.
We recently had a new telephone system set up at our work including new phones for all staff. The installation went really smoothly and the team were so helpful. The engineer stayed to make sure all of my questions were answered and followed up with really helpful support afterwards. I highly recommend Orbex for their great customer service.
Darren is a very friendly and approachable guy. Asked me how my day was and just generally very good customer service. I will return in the new year, where I hope he is still there to assist

We have been working with EPX for a number of years now and they have always been helpful and responsive to the IT Tickets I pass on to them. EPX are the perfect IT partner to have I consider them like my IT colleague as I work so close wth them. I highly reccomend EPX for your business if you are looking for an IT Contractor.

I've had a great experience with Orbex. I initially approached them for a door access control system project, as a part of a wider office relocation project. After finding out they also provided internet connectivity and network installation and maintenance services, I discussed a solution with them, alternative to a solution I had negotiated with our main IT vendor. I really liked Orbex's solution, their honest and clear technical explanations, their proactive approach in recommending optional improvements, without pushing them. I also appreciated their responsiveness at very short notice when we decided to tweak something or we realised we had overlooked some requirements. Their support team was very knowledgeable about the work in progress and promptly redirected our queries to the relevant people. The project completed very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Orbex.

I would like to say the customer service I received from a chap called Abid was exceptional, made everything very clear and easy! I am under the impression he works at the berry store in Manchester but couldn't locate the store so I'm leaving this here. honestly great guy.
The staff were awesome. Great help, only went in for a quick replacement phone for my brother when his broke. They didn't try and up sell us anything we didn't want and actively tried to get us what we wanted. The only thing was we just wanted sim free but didn't have much there in store, do have a lot more online but with stores closed a lot of people have been in buying there's out.
Would like to thank the young man at Worcester mobile phone shop for the help with my new phone swopping SIM card this morning 22/10/2010 very helpful explained what he done, think lots of young people could learn from him. Thank you again.

Dreadful aftercare, I lost my phone, guy sorted it out, and I was happy with the service, cancelled my contract, got new phone, locked old phone, sorted...or so you would think. Old phone found, cancelled new phone, was told old phone would be unlocked within 24 hrs, 36 hrs later I have no service, cannot get through to the store as no one picks up , am at work so can't visit until Monday. I am so disappointed, what started out as a very good service has turned into a disgusting service.

Terrible customer service at Worcester store ignored us while waiting 25 mins. I had to ask how long as dealing with another customer only then she replied I don't know as I am dealing with a software problem. No sorry, no nothing did seem bothered, didn't ask what we wanted. All she had to do is say in the beginning we may be waiting a while.

Unhelpful and condescending staff. Amazing that they can get away with it working for such a big company. I would never go back or recommend the Phone shop at Tesco based on my experience.
Went in to get a sim card on my travels and was very happy with my service the staff were very friendly and more than willing to help me and they were very attentive especially since I am in a wheel chair

ORDERED PHONE ON NEXT DAY DELIVERY, WENT IN EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK (THEY SAID THEY WOULD RING ME WHEN IT WAS IN BUT PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TOLD ME THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN) EVENTUALLY FOUND OUT THEY NEVER TOOK THE INITIAL PAYMENT FROM THE CARD THEREFORE THE PHONE HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED!

I went to replace my sons phone and was served by two very knowledgeable and polite lads who very patiently went over all the different options regarding contracts and call plans. Great and personal service and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.
Tried to contact 2 Stockport stores but no answer. Wanted to check stock before we went out. Tried to phone head office but no answer so i tried the online chat, they couldn't help as they said the stock checker system was down and there was no point phoning the stores as they never answer the phones no matter what. So now I'm looking for a different shop to get my new phone from.
I've known EPX for many years...principally it was Dan and Mark, but since those early days I've got know all of their team.....they provide my £35m business with expert support, covering so many different aspects of IT (if you ask they'll almost certainly know about it)...and they've gone above & beyond the call of duty many times for me, as IT problems often demand. And recently their software division, Offsight, has been helping me develop systems that will pushing our business onward and upward.
