I compared my landlords insurance and it was around £80 cheaper than reputed insurance companies via comparison site, but choose to go through the property quote direct and bought the insurance on 07/08/2023. Over a week later policy documents hence phoned but was advised will get it resend, which I never received hence rang again on 21/08/23 and I gave them two different email id’s still not received hence asked to send one via post which never received too. Rang on 05/09/23 and said what has been happening but the guy said as they system will shut down in 2 minutes will send it via email first thing in the mot and asked me to send a test email from my email which I did. 06/09/23 at 10:15 no sign of the policy document so rang again and this time the guy send it straight away. As it all feels bit sketchy rang my home emergency cover provider to see how f the policy was active, they don’t have a clue about my policy, as paid £419 for a landloards policy don’t want the policy not to cover when needed and as the property is let don’t want any issues so rang the legal and rent guarantee cover guys and guess what they don’t have a clue what so ever. Rang back and I was told legal cover starts after 60 days and emergency cover after 14days and we are on the 06/09/23 which is well over 14 days so the guy said will pass the details to emergency provider. Great to save £80 pound I have put my hand into some sort of fishy company. Quote was through property quote direct and the brockets are before insurance and the policy providers home insurance, and emergency cover, legal cover are provided by completely different companies who don’t have a clue about my policy. Will be making a complaint to FCA as not sure if the practices are legitimate and appropriate. My advise to any one is just buy through reputed companies, instead of saving you are risking everything and you will end up paying for a premium and to cancel you still loose money stating the policy is over 14 days but when you want to claim the policy is not active. I don’t get it.

Diabolical company. Cancelled my insurance without any warning. Only reason I found out I was no longer insured was because I by chance checked my email while out with the vehicle, to have an email saying it was cancelled with immediate effect.

Spoke to an advisor, who claims I was given notice. Lies. No email received, junk mail checked, no letter in the post. Something as important as that you'd think they'd make a phone call, or have a duty to inform the driver.

Terrible customer service, difficult to deal with. I phoned up want to simple take out an insurance I was quoted for online and the agent mad it very difficult and told me that I had to just set it up online because he couldn’t be bothered to go through the process with me over the phone. I rang back to unfortunately greeted by the same advisor who passed me on to another advisor. Quote was higher due to a slight alteration on my part but was not happy with the service to I chose not to use them.

Do not trust their on line offers. If you have to use them make sure you speak to someone and go through it with a fine tooth comb.

I bought an insurance from this company that was supposed to start a month later. They immediately took the prepayment of 111 pounds from my account and the next day they sent me a text and asked me to contact the company. I realized that I accidentally got the car purchase date wrong. I have put it in which was even ahead of its production date and they offered a new price which was 3 times the previous price which of course was not acceptable to me and I asked for it to be cancelled, they charged me £90 without even a second of insurance.

Refuse to refund you fully when you cancel. Even if it is before cover has started. This is against your statutory rights, despite their 'terms and conditions'. Avoid them, and if they have done the same to you, report it to the FCA, trading standards, the referral site if you used one, and raise the issue with your payment provider.

Absolutely shocking. Pretty sure they're not actually even an insurance company. They exist to take payment, mess you about enough that you want to cancel and then want to retain a cancellation fee which they neither deserve or need, especially when the policies haven't even started. I have already reported to comparison sites, they shouldn't be on there, and to rogue traders. Please don't tell me to email you, I've done that all day, it's like pulling teeth. It's just a shame there's not a zero star option. STAY AWAY!!

The worst insurance company. Avoid Avoid!! They are scammers charged me 90£ just because I’m unhappy with their service and my account wasn’t activated from their side, too slow using rubbish system and unprofessional staff just to be in the safe side I requested to cancel with them and obviously they are getting a lots of cancellation and they are making profit not from the insurance from the cancellation fees.

Had a great experience dealing with CSJ for our first home. Faham was our agent who is friendly, efficient and committed to helping us get the right property. Communication was very punctual and he kept us updated. Questions we had were answered quickly and gave us peace of mind. Chris phoned me at 8pm on a Friday evening to ask if I was still looking for a home. When I remarked that it was a bit late to be calling he was rude and said not to worry ill remove you from our list - and hung up. Completely inappropriate to be calling at that time on a Friday and rud - plus they messed me around with viewing flats that weren't ready and tried taking me to see different homes 3 miles away which is pointless.

Excellent communication and customer service! A massive thank you to Matt who helped us around the clock and was able to help us close a deal within our deadline. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking professional yet friendly agents.

Very professional and responsive estate agent. We recently bought our first home marketed by CSJ and would have nothing but positive words to describe our engagement with the entire team at CSJ. They were prompt in answering any questions we had about the new development we were purchasing and swift and efficient in liaising with the seller, where needed. Overall, a very positive first impression of the firm and a particular call out to Faham Lashari's hard work on our transaction - a very pleasant and extremely highly recommended estate agent!

On the whole we found CSJ very frustrating to deal with.

They were fine with moving in and really quite helpful when it came to moving out.

However, during tenancy they were hard to get hold of and frequently left us without response to issues. The best (though not only example) being that in Autumn 19 we made them aware of and asked them to fix a damp/mold issue in the bathroom.

Despite raising this multiple times we didn't really get a response until in autumn 2020 we were told by one person there that they couldn't get sign off on getting something done about it. Appeared to blame one of his colleagues for the issue as if that was a justifiable excise. Was not a pleasant thing to live withnfor more than a year. would say they failed in their duty to represent their tenants here.

When we moved out, it was promptly sorted within days for the new tenants. Quite disappointing.

We were extremely impressed by the manner and approach of Faham who is a true professional and one of the best agents we have ever worked with. Relaxed, willing to let you take your time & no hard selling at all. We cannot recommend him enough!
