Long delivery time to deliver the orders, also poor Delivery Service from the warehouse staff, unable to check order details before loading the order to delivery trucks and shipping partial orders instead of the complete order. you need wait for weeks to receive the missed items.

Great service in store (from Sami) and the delivery team were friendly and punctual. Very happy with the process.
Very good experience from start to finish on our purchase of a new super king mattress. I particularly like the communications all the way up to delivery. Their drivers/delivery people were polite, courteous and friendly (even removed their shoes👍). As far as how good it was on the first night, I can't remember, because I was asleep 😴

We went in with a pretty fixed idea for what we wanted as we were shopping for a small, odd shaped room. When the item we were looking for wasn’t available Mohammed came over to us. He looked at the measurements for the room and showed us something completely different but that would work for our space. His knowledge of room layouts and what works was excellent and his customer service was amazing.
Purchased a bed and mattress in store on 6 May in the Reading (kiln rose industrial ) store. I was assured by the sales assistant Rita that within a week I would be contacted with a delivery date. She promised she was going to personally contact me. And that under no circumstances would it take longer than 6 weeks for delivery. It’s now 26/5 and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. They are happy to take your money and make lots of promises but once you leave the store , you don’t exist. I am never ever going back to that company.

why I give this 2 stars is a bed was badly made and hate to be sent back 2nd one broke in just over a year and on my 3nd bed in two years build quality is not good and took over two months to get a replacement
The delivery service I have received has really put me off using bensons again. Pedestrianised town centre living is becoming the norm and your delivery teams should be aware, capable and not causing unnecessary stress to your customers. It’s a real shame as Ian in the store was an absolute delight and I enjoying going through the buying journey with him.
Helpful from the start they didn't crowd me.
I new they were there for any questions.
The sales person who finally help me was very patient with me as I made my final choice.
He talk through everything as he was filling out the form on computer he was very understanding.
Great customer service, call an hour before delivery, delivery slot a few days in advance of delivery & delivery team delivered to my room of choice with a smile on their faces.
Ant and Hessy were friendly, polite and helpful. My bed was put up in good time, all rubbish was removed. Thank you
Would just like to thank Mick and Kelvin for a great delivery experience. They rang in advance and arrived with a smile. Even put on shoe protectors so as not to get our carpet dirty.
From visiting the Croydon showroom to try out the mattresses to getting the one we picked delivered, our experience was great. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and kept us well informed.
From start to finish, my experience with Bensons for Beds has been fantastic. Showroom staff were helpful and made purchasing our product easy and stress free. The delivery was stress free, the drivers, Mick and Kelvin were polite, courteous and went above and beyond. A credit to Bensons for Beds!

very helpful, pleasant sales rep (even though he supported Crystal Palace), he was there to answer any questions we had and wasn't pushy in trying to get a sale
The delivery team were on time, really helpful and friendly. Delivered new mattress and took away the old one within 10 mins! Great service. Thank you.
Thr ordering process was great. It was just disappointing that the final hurdle was missed by your delivery team.
Benson for Beds is a light airy shop with plenty of stock but also plenty of room to walk around. Their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and explain any questions I had. It is a relaxed atmosphere and I had plenty of time to try out the beds
The staff were helpful and friendly and really explain to you what you would need. The delivery experience also just great! No regrets in choosing Bensons :)

Staff is rude, they don’t talk to you and when they do they’re quite dismissive. Also, I came straight from the other Zara Home in Westfield to this one in Kensington and I noticed things are more pricey here.

Just a classic in-store Zara experience.

I ordered a dressing gown online. It arrived smelling of washing powder, and a plastic tag was broken off and reattached by tying a string. So clearly used. I found that disgusting & annoying, having paid for postage and now having to make a trip to return.

I came to this shop next day to return it. The typical, blazé Zara employee at the till did not utter a single word of apology when I mentioned my experience. Inspected the item-which is fair enough-and asked when it arrived(that was yesterday). Gave me a refund with a blank expression. I knew to return thr next day, to not be accused of doing this to the gown myself. That’s right-at Zara, you can expect to be treated poorly, so you need to think ahead. Stressful? That’s your problem, not theirs. No responsibility is taken by anyone at Zara. The company is pretty faceless to me, just a giant cash cow, customers are to be milked and treated like the necessary evil by staff.
Went in, looked at beds, bought a bed - all very straight forward and easy to do. Staff are very helpful and friendly without being too sales-y. A better experience going in store than online where some pricing options were not entirely clear - in store was able to clarify the whole experience.
Jordan and Karl provided an exceptional delivery service, effortlessly handling the 200kg wardrobe delivery to the second floor with unwavering professionalism. Their remarkable dedication was evident as they navigated the task without a single complaint. This experience stands out as the best delivery service in my life. So impressed that I'm almost tempted to place another order just to relive such exemplary service. I genuinely hope others in their field emulate the standard of excellence set by Jordan and Karl. The product was in perfect condition and of great quality as expected

Absurd there is only one person working returns and then1st floor and only one person at check out on the ground floor on a Saturday. Also they re tag and hang things as they take each piece back which is very inefficient and wastes customer’s time
Initially they were very willing to help when making the sale, turns out we were ill advised. When asked for a refund we were told there’s a fee for that, but given our reasons they would take it off, except they couldn’t on the store system, we’d have to ask customer services. Customer services on the phone say they can’t, we have to ask the store. No one taking responsibility for what we were told claiming it’s the system, no it’s policy, cs can do it, no, store can do it. An absolute waste of time and still not had a resolution after staff have made all the blunders.

Like Replacement assistant also 3 guy's work with me through indeed flex
My shift time is 7 am to 4 pm
Nd all guy's have same shift same
Time. But Unfortunately they finish Early like 12 o'clock and they gone.
So all Work Load on me and manager was angrey. My shift finish 4 o'clock nd work didn't finish yet so what can I do that time.
Manager said you have to stay here but they didn't give extra money
Even behaviour like very rough.

I'm working through indeed flex and they give me down rating only for i finish my shift on time and didn't stay there.

So this is the way you do with all people who work with you in your store.

ZARA is big Brand they have to look this problem what they are doing with people who work with them.

We were sent an email saying that if we come to Zara Home in Kensington today (26 August) we get a free tote bag. Nothing about making a purchase. We went there and asked about it; and showed the email; the staff member who knew nothing about it showed the email to the manager who said that we needed to make a purchase of above £70 to get a tote bag. Nothing about this in the email. Zara Home: this is deceptive advertising and you should be ashamed of yourselves (in addition to it being illegal).

I'm writing this review for Zara Home, not this particular shop! There's absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for the online purchases! If you order something that is a bit larger and you want to return they require it to be by home pick up. Online it says this should cost £1.95 but they charge you £5.99 and they give you a 48H (!!!) window for the pickup!! like you have nothing to do but to sit at home waiting for them! When you try to contact the customer service, since there is only chat, it invariably goes to (they say!) Zara fashion! the agent will tell you to go to the chat on the Zara Home website and you will and it will be the same! They'll say they're not Zara Home! It's nuts!!!! You cannot get assistance anywhere!!

A nightmare to return a item from Zara home!
You can’t returns it in a regular Zara store , it has to be Zara home .
High Street Kensington store is closed for refurbishment, but the website or Google do not mention anything. I came all the way from Wimbledon and completely waste my time !
They close few stores … so , it’s very difficult to found a Zara home store!
I won’t buy from them anymore.
I have no time to try to found a Zara home store that is actually opened!
