My husband bought home flowers today from Bloomingdales that cost him £50 for our wedding anniversary. When I saw all of the beautiful pictures from this florist online and the wonderful reviews, it's made me so sad that my experience has been the opposite and doesnt really even look like they have come from a florist.

Isabel was absolutely on the dot with my flower inspo and I can't stop admiring them in my photos. I highly recommend her if you care about your flowers and have inspiration photos, as mine delivered well over expectations. Her process is smooth and she really cares about each customer. I can't recommend her enough!

Was sent the loveliest flowers by a friend. They were just beautiful and the scent was too, which is sometimes not the case with delivered bouquets. I will order from here myself in future.
I wanted to send flowers to a recipient in Cambridge from myself a resident near Newcastle upon Tyne. After googling I decided on the Flower Project and spoke to a lovely assistant. Although it was a Saturday morning and the delivery person had just arrived they said they could manage to fit me in.
Having received photos from the recipient I can only say how delighted I was with the order.
Customer service was outstanding as were the flowers. I’d use this lovely buisness again when requiring flowers in the future in that area.

Got a beautiful bunch of flowers from my daughter through the flower project. The bouquet has so many different flowers included and is arranged in a natural and relaxed style - I love it!
It was delivered by bike. The flowers were wrapped in a piece of hessian cloth around a special piece of fabric to keep the flowers hydrated during transport - not a piece of plastic in sight! The hessian complemented the relaxed style of the bouquet, just lovely all round. Thank you!

Isabel created our perfect wedding florals, they were just what I wanted, our beautiful bouquets, button holes, bud vases and venue decorations were spot on, the floral arch with baubles added was simply stunning, Isabel is so talented and really cares about her work and service she offers, highly recommend.
I used The Flower Project for our wedding flowers and they were absolutely amazing. I gave some vague guidelines and let them be creative and I'm so pleased I did. They were the most beautiful flowers I could've imagined. So so happy that we decided to use them for our big day!
We cannot praise Isabel enough for the amazing flowers she did for our wedding! From the start she has been great - with a few meetings beforehand to go through what type of arrangements we would like / colours / types of flowers right through to service and delivery on the day! We were lost for words with the incredible bridal bouquets, flowers at the church and at the venue! We just popped in to get a 50th wedding anniversary bouquet. We spent £20 and it’s such an absolutely beautiful bouquet. They were so friendly and accommodating. It was such a quick process to get a bouquet personally made rather than a ready made one. The shop itself is lovely inside with lots of gifts for friends, relatives, teachers, etc. The gift and card selection is high quality and the prices are good. I also bought a small Angel statue and it’s absolutely beautiful.
I’d highly recommend this local florist. Please patronise your local florists and not the big supermarket chains to purchase your flowers.

The pictures show flowers my husband bought me 8 days ago from Bloomingdales they look just as beautiful as the day the were bought! Can't fault here always lovely staff and my wedding flowers from here were stunning too. Never buy flowers anywhere else!
Wife recently used this florist for a bouquet of flowers for both my mum and sister, have to say they looked fantastic and both were very happy. The flowers were exceptional and some are still going strong after two weeks. Will be using them again and happy to recommend to others.
Had 2 lots of flowers now and the Flowers were absolutely beautiful both times. Would highly recommend. I was treated with such professionalism and nothing was too pick an ask. Even ordered the last bunch at short notice and she didn’t disappoint me. Absolutely amazing person and fantastic at the work she does.
