It was a very unprofessional experience because of many aspects. 1) The agent who was supposed to help me arrange viewing appointments is very unresponsive. I rarely get a reply on the same day. Apartments get let agreed before the agent reply to me. 2) When the agent sent me suggestions they were all one bedroom apartments although I clarified that I want two 3) When I found an apartment on Zoopla that I liked, I sent it to the agent and they told me to provide the address as they can't open links. 4) When we arranged a viewing, I took a half day off and went there. I discovered that the address sent to me in the confirmation is different from the one I wanted to view. I called them ane they told me it's fine as that's what is their on the system but the agent will show me others. 5) I was told to wait for the agent in front of a restaurant. I arrived before the agent and after a while I got a call asking where am I because the agent has been waiting for me. It seems that I was supposed to be looking for them and not the other way around. 6) Then the agent was about to take me to view one bedroom apartments although all my emails were about two bedrooms and although the one I booked is two bedrooms. The agent then told me that this will have to be tomorrow not today.
Cauldwells have been managing our 2-bedroom house continually for the last 17 years and we are extremely happy with their level of service.
Susie Brown our property manager is 2nd best to no one, she is a quick communicator and shows a very high standard of professionalism. Susie is always helpful and friendly and we are always impressed with the quality of tradesmen she organizes for repairs and maintenance.

We rented with Cauldwell and the management team has been amazing. They came for regular inspections and also acted promptly to any issues we had. They got the issues sorted and things repaired very quickly when reported. Special shout out to Jas for her tireless support :)
Great square, full of restaurants and Travelodge is hidden in there. Lift/escalator to get to restaurants on first floor.

I was here for Xmas Victorian market..busy, obviously..but jolly atmosphere, lots of people enjoying the event..mostly with good humour!

Having been with SLS for a little over a year now, they've been the most amazing housing accommodation service I've used, super helpful in helping us find affordable student housing. Massive thank you to the wonderful Lee Parsons who helped us move in, he's always gone above and beyond for us and we couldn't have asked for a better landlord. We will miss having Lee as our landlord, we are extremely grateful for all of the help he gave us as first time renters! Thank you again Lee :D
Great place for over 55 living. Mainly 1 bedroom flats of a great size. Large residents lounge with a good community spirit. Warden on site during office hours during the week. Plenty of on site parking.
I have had a great time renting through them and they have helped me immensely as I have moved from a different country. They have also been very willing to help with anything. :)

Rented my property through MK Residential recently and found them very helpful and professional. yep according to them they dont exist anymore. very good I get slagged off when I rang your number to enquire about a property I know you had looked after in the past and was told we dont do that anymore only to be told by the tenant that you were who they dealt with.
I rented a property from this management for two years in a row, starting when the pandemic was still new and finding places to rent was a struggle for new students like us. The team were very quick in responses when we needed anything fixed in the flat and were always very informative and gave prior notice to everything! Just a very warm group of people working here, and would definitely rent form here again!

This building is all great, easy access to the city centre, and the waterfront including Albert Docks. Nice gym facilities but limited maximum weights. The staffs are lovely and friendly.

Not sheltered, it's for the over 55s. Flats for sale and rent. Spotless place, very well run. Lifts, nice gardens to sit in. Conservatory too
Had a great time here singing with Rock Choir as part of the entertainment ar the Worcester Victorian Artisan Fayre. Hundreds of fantastic stalls, lovely street food, Cristmas lights, Music, and and a party atmosphere that I haven't seen the like of for years. Lovely area and not to be missed.
Had a bad experience with Urban Property Maintenance. On day of work due to start they informed me that they could not carry out the work, since then have not responded to my calls/emails with no justification as to why leaving me in a difficult situation.
A great space opposite the cathedral .I went to view the knife angel ,well worth the trip.
I lived here for 2 years and loved the place, the location and the staff were always brilliant with me. The issues only began once I’d moved out. I spent a whole day cleaning what was already a pretty spotless flat and left it in far better condition than I found it. One month after moving out they sent me a bill. £64 towards a mattress and £36 for cleaning. I was also given threats and ultimatums over email until after about 10 emails from me and my guarantor that we would not be paying the fees, I never heard from them again. Disgusting service trying to pull a fast one on good honest tenants. I would highly recommend anyone interested to look for a more reputable property managed building if that’s what you are after.

He is very responsive, give you all the information and makes great decision.

It’s good place to live. The issue of fire alarm happened quite often in the last two years, particularly at weekends, no one working in the reception. But this situation has been improved in 2023. Kai is supportive staff there.
I couldn't recommend SLS more. I have rented with a lot of places in London, and SLS were by far the best people I have ever dealt with. They always communicated well with me, the service was often above and beyond, any flat issues were sorted immediately (not that there were many to report!) and I just felt very safe and like I could trust them.
The flat I had was, again, one of the best rentals I've had in London and the price was really reasonable. If my circumstances hadn't changed I would have happily stayed renting with them for the foreseeable future! Thanks for everything!

Unethical company. Visited one of their 4 bed properties and was told we could make an offer lower than the asking price as they wanted to get it rented quickly. We offered very slightly lower and this offer was accepted the same day. 2 weeks later, and 4 days before move in date we had completed all paperwork and paid deposit and first months rent. Was slightly concerned that they still hadn't sent over the contract (and were ignoring our emails). Then got a call saying that that we could no longer move in. They gave an unlikely story about the landlord coming back from holiday and realising he was in so much debt that he needed to do up the house and rent it at a much higher price. They told my friend a different story. We had already booked moving vans and given notice on our previous houses. Had to arrange last minute accommodation. Definitely think they took an offer and deposit from another group at the same time and strung us along. At my insistence, they ended up giving us 100 pounds each compensation, but this does not cover the costs incurred and time wasted. They then offered us a 5 bed house (although we were only 4 people) which we looked round on a Friday, but they continued to be very pushy and said we 'had by monday morning' to find another housemate and then sign for it.

Came across Taner Ismail’s contact from the accredited list of energy performance assessors, and I can’t even express how impressed how I was with Taner’s service! From the get go I could tell I was dealing with a true professional. Not only did Taner accommodate my urgent assessment request on his busy schedule, but his communication and time management is exactly how business should be conducted. Showed up 5mins early and was very friendly, all while maintaining all COVID regulations. To be honest I felt more comfortable than I do at my local Tesco. Overall 5/5, and he will be having my continued business.
It's always a struggle to find an agency you can trust here, although SLS properties are doing a great job, I've been renting with them for a while, never had a problem to reach someone to help me out in case. All the phases to rent went smoothly, the properties are clean and high standard. Thanks to the team for their help and reactivity. Highly recommand !
We needed a EPC report doing very quickly and at short notice. This company responded immediately. They arrived on time and had the report to me on the same day. Very efficient and a nice guy. Would definitely recommend them.
I stayed at Gravity for 18 months and my stay at Gravity was absolutely fantastic. The location is on very nice and quiet area few minutes walk to Liverpool City Centre. Surrounded with many coffee shops and restaurants. The building has a very close access to Liverpool Jamse street station. . The studio itself was well furnished with well maintained facilities. The gym is well equipped and available to tenants. The staff (Janine and Akilah) were especially supportive and were quick to address our needs whenever a situation arose so that I had a comfortable stay at our flat. I had a great experience overall and highly recommend the property to students and young professionals looking for a residence in Liverpool.

I was very happy with the work they Provided they turn up on time was very clean felt my home how they said the work would be done. They went above and beyond. What made my day is that they all had on shoe covers as I had not long ago had the carpet cleaned very professional would recommend to anyone to use

Great maintenance company! Farz was very helpful and reliant kept me updated with all the works that was being carried out. Every thing I ask for was done to a very high standard. Will be using again. Brilliant company.
very friendly, reliable, efficient, skilled in trade and excellent worker. He cleverly found and repaired the damaged water pipe joint hidden inside the wall and expertly did a lot of electrical and plumbing work. He also replaced rotten joists, fixed ceiling and a lot of other building work with a high degree of competency. I would strongly recommend UPM to people looking for an expert electrician or plumber or a builder.

The best thing about it is its proximity to the cathedral which I like to visit. There are a few places to eat, all of which seem very popular - I usually opt for ASK as I know what I'm getting, but I could be more adventurous! The square also features a very imposing and fine statue of the composer Edward Elgar.
Absolutely lovely residence. Modern fittings and centrally located.The building is secure, clean and well maintained. There is a fully equipped gym accessible to tenants. A very helpful concierge is always able to assist with the lettings consultants sitting in house to offer any further support. A huge thank you to Janine and team for making our stay so comfortable. I would recommend Gravity Residence to anyone looking for a new place in Liverpool
