We had the misfortune of being introduced to an extremely poor Management Company by the developer of a site in Trowbridge and endured years of appalling service and questionable practices by a Company we discovered had no qualifications to carry out Site Management work and were not affiliated to any of the professional Site Management regulatory bodies.
Then I contacted HML with a 'small sized venture' of nine units and Liam Donohue talked me through all the options we had and explained how we could move forward with HML. Liam is amazing in terms of his knowledge, professionalism, customer service and showed so much empathy with me for the issues we were having to deal with.
I have lost count of the number of emails we exchanged over the weeks as he explained every aspect of what is a fairly complex market and almost with exception he responded 'by return', sometimes up to 8pm or 9pm at night.
As a 'first point of contact' Liam is a credit to himself, HML and the profession he represents, with a passion for honesty, legality and professionalism.
As our transfer progressed Perrine Martin and Orsolya Szabados were introduced to me, as these two ladies are responsible for the Trowbridge area as part of the 'South West Hub', and the level of passion, professionalism, knowledge and experience has been more than maintained as we moved over our account/affairs/contracts etc to HML.
Our existing Site Management Company have tried to make the transfer as difficult as possible in so many aspects of our relationship with them, and both ladies and Liam have shown great tenacity in getting information passed over in a compliant and professional manner.
Having been a Regional Manager in a UK wide organisation employing 70,000+ people in a customer service/sales environment I appreciate experiences can vary, as others feedback may show, but Perrine, Orsolya and Liam, and others in the 'backroom' team, are of a very high calibre and based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any potential clients.
I'd also advise that the HML portal is a superb support tool. It provides Directors and Owners with excellent information and a is a great administrative platform.

Have dealt with HML since my property was built in 2014 and always found the local office to be very responsive and helpful.

Nathan Hockehull, and his team (Mellisa, Hillary, Jeremy et al) have been providing an excellent level of service at 2 sites in Bristol where I've owned properties, for many years now. Their attention to detail, responsiveness to leaseholders and residents queries, and ability to keep both sites up together and well maintained, is second to none.
I can definitely recommend this company to any leaseholders looking for an efficient level of service from their Managing agents.

Hilary Portch at HML has been brilliant at managing the repairs of the drainage system for my flat. It was a costly repair but through Hilary's hard work and persistence an agreement for the repairs to go ahead form all the owners was achieved. It was then suggested that maybe this would be covered by the insurance. Again Hilary worked with the insurance company and the drainage company to achieve a successful outcome. Hilary's hard work is the reason I am confident to continue using HML to manage the property as I have not had a good experience with them previously (hence 4 stars). I am looking forward to working with Hilary on future projects.
