I’ve recently moved into my flat in the Tower, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the furnishings, highly recommended.
I would like to mention Jennaya, she’s been very helpful in helping me set up everything and been on hand to help me with any issues.

I have lived at the X1 tower for almost a year now, I have had no issues at all during the tenancy. The thing that has really struck me is the responsiveness and helpfulness from the lettings team at the X1 tower. In particular, I’d like to mention Jennaya. She has been faultless throughout, very proactive and helpful with any queries I’ve had. She’s gone above and beyond to help me out with any problems and always gotten back to me very quickly. She’s a real asset to the team! The move in process was also really easy and the team involved with that was were very helpful and responsive also.

The boiler in our flat was reported faulty in February, and not a single thing has been done about it. We're in July now, and regarding our efforts to contact X1, there has been no update regarding our issue. It seemed to cause issues with our electricity usage and thus enormously high bills. Again, we reported it and have not heard back. It's not the first time the office struggles with communication. Before traveling to Liverpool to move into the flat we were assured it had been checked and cleaned and is ready for us to move in. After our arrival, the office was surprised we were there and claimed our move-in date was different. It turned out that we were told a lie, as the flat was neither cleaned nor checked after the previous tenants, and we had to do it ourselves as we had nowhere else to go.

Been at the X1 The Tower for a couple of days now, been nice so far and Jennaya Baines have provided me with the information I need for the tenancy as well as been helpful in answering any question I have had.

I had the best secure parking ever here in yeovil court ash underground for 4 months. I cancelled my subscription due to moving to another state.The staff are really approachable and replies ASAP for any concerns, they also provide everything youll need to know. Easy to apply without worrying anything. It is accessible as it situated at town center.I strongly recommend this parking space if you want to secure and put your car into safety.

Generally good building with spacious offices which fit every need. A manned reception in the day and key access on the nights. Only negative side I can say is the bathrooms as they prone to needing maintaining.

Simon was extremely helpful, when our key to parking entrance would not work Friday evening, he responded extremely quickly and was very efficient.
Highly recommend.

They are not professional. I called them last Wednesday to arrange a viewing and “we booked a viewing for Monday at 11 o’clock”. Today I went there and I was waiting for an hour, finally they picked up the phone and they told me they did not have any viewing for today… I have a email where they sent me information about 2 studios because when i called them I said i was looking for a studio. Afterwards I called again and I said I was interested in one of the studio they sent me and I wanted to apply for it and what a coincidence they told me there was not studios available anymore…. Maybe that is why none came for my viewing appointment. I will not recommend this agency at all, they are very unprofessional and rude!

Over the last 7 months I have rented 2 spaces in the Northern Angel underground car park. The location is perfect as it's walking distance from my apartment, which unfortunately didn't have parking with it. The prices are very competitive with other spaces on the market too. The car park is secure with electric gates, which open with a remote key fob supplied. I feel safe leaving my car in this car park, definitely put my mind at ease knowing it was securely locked away out of prying eyes. I never had any problems with either spaces, both had plenty of room to maneuver aswell.

Communication was prompt, friendly and professional, can't thank Simon enough for always being at the end of an email, I even found I'd get an email response out of office hours wich is brilliant, and not expected!

Helped a lot when we needed a parking space in central Manchester. Really prompt customer service, and even worked late to ensure we got the space on the day that it was needed, which was very appreciated. Parking space seems fine (although the phone-controlled gate was broken one morning, meaning my partner needed to get an Uber to work, but we've been told that was a one-off), and happy with the price.

I rented two different spaces in Manchester City Centre over a period of 3 years via Parking Space Rentals and would recommend them to anyone as a result. Friendly and accommodating customer service, very prompt responses and extremely reliable. A fantastic option for anyone looking to rent a space or rent their space!

Nice clean office

Since they open this apartments complex till today, still there s no little esentials shops for day to day basics like milk,bread, etc . Need to walk 10min at least to reach to nearest Tesco s or opposite way same time spend it. If u don t have a car is hard with food shops . U can order online from big food stores but is not the same when u choose by u hand . Apartments ok, new brand development but, rents still expensive for what this city offer ,economical speaking and wages are paid . As always there s + and - everywhere

if you own a space which you wish to let out then I couldn't recommend these guys enough. I've been with them for around a year now (after my previous agent failed on numerous occasions to find someone which had my space sat vacant for months) and every time parking space rentals has advertised my space to the degree it has been picked up within days. not only this but the customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced, the responsiveness and assistance is second to none. if you have a space to let, use these guys!
