I have been a customer for many years and have always had a lovely experience. Everyone is so kind and caring. As someone with profound hearing loss, it has at times made me feel quite isolated. However, it is reassuring to have the expertise, support and understanding from the house of hearing. For over 2 years I have had the pleasure of seeing Louise who has helped improve my hearing capabilities with super Bluetooth hearing aids which have greatly improved my quality and confidence. My son is 4 years old and required wax removal. Donald very quickly built a rapport with both my son and his spectating sister, putting both at ease. They were fascinated to be able to watch each step of the procedure through pictures and videos. The job was performed well and all my questions answered. An excellent service from start to finish.

I have just left Donald’s office, I was deferred from the army for failing the hearing test and had to go to Donald to find out why and if we could fix it which he definitely did! My ears was blocked with wax and I was congested Donald sorted me out reran the test which I passed and explained all the science and made me feel extremely positive and comfortable. Never had ears checked before but definitely best experience I could have ever wished for definitely will go back whenever I need anything again.

Donald is a great audiologist. I had an appointment for ear wax removal with him this afternoon. Everything went very well! The process wasn't painful at all! Donald is very gentle and good at explaning things regarding ears. I highly recommend him as your audiologist.

I’ve just come out of my appointment with Donald and I struggle to find the words to explain what an amazing audiologist he is and how incredible I feel now.

I’d had a blocked ear due to wax for several weeks and I was feeling quite down about it. As soon as Donald greeted me at the door he made me feel reassured, relaxed and confident that he would fix it. His empathy is unbelievable, he was able to explain exactly how I was feeling and what I’d been experiencing with my ear and every day life.

The appointment itself went on to be enjoyable, relaxing and fascinating. Donald explained everything so clearly and was such a nice guy throughout. He is a wonderful combination of experienced, confident and easygoing.

I’d never had ear problems before so I had no idea what to expect - but I was not expecting a full hour of endoscope, iPhone photography, meticulous wax removal and having my ear washed and dried, then followed up with a kind email including after care and photos!

He helped me to understand that audiology is important and I will always go back to Donald if I need help in future. I can’t recommend highly enough.

I saw Donald today about a blockage in my left ear. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to chat everything through thoroughly before actually suctioning out the blockage. I found the video footage of the procedure fascinating! He also

I was on holiday in Edinburgh. One of my heating aids stopped working. Boots could offer no help. I tried Edinburgh Hearing Practice. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Within minutes the problem had been solved and a new filter fitted. My thanks to All.

Took my 85 year old father-in-law to have wax removal and ascertain the state of his current aids. Smooth process and thorough hearing test very professionally conducted for a very deaf man with dementia.
Once details of current aids and previous test analysis were compared we got fair and honest advice with no sales push.

My mum is dead in one ear so needed an urgent appointment to clear her hearing ear. Everyone was so helpful, spoke to two people on the phone and both couldn’t do enough. So polite and kind.
