My son is 4 years old and required wax removal. Donald very quickly built a rapport with both my son and his spectating sister, putting both at ease. They were fascinated to be able to watch each step of the procedure through pictures and videos. The job was performed well and all my questions answered. An excellent service from start to finish.

I have just left Donald’s office, I was deferred from the army for failing the hearing test and had to go to Donald to find out why and if we could fix it which he definitely did! My ears was blocked with wax and I was congested Donald sorted me out reran the test which I passed and explained all the science and made me feel extremely positive and comfortable. Never had ears checked before but definitely best experience I could have ever wished for definitely will go back whenever I need anything again.

Donald is a great audiologist. I had an appointment for ear wax removal with him this afternoon. Everything went very well! The process wasn't painful at all! Donald is very gentle and good at explaning things regarding ears. I highly recommend him as your audiologist.

I’ve just come out of my appointment with Donald and I struggle to find the words to explain what an amazing audiologist he is and how incredible I feel now.

I’d had a blocked ear due to wax for several weeks and I was feeling quite down about it.
