Pharmacy team never answer the phone , I’ve been inside and it’s not busy so not sure why they can never pick up , staff should at least answer phone and tell us to hold if it’s that busy ridiculous
Both the optometrist and the sales consultants were helpful and polite. My visits resulted in my acheiving all my eyesight goals.
Disrespectful stocking clerk rudely asked my friend who sat on one of the chairs briefly if he was getting his eyebrows done with a very condescending and rude tone. Is that how you treat your customers? If you don’t like your job, maybe quit instead of spreading misery? We were too polite to escalate the issue but felt bad for the boy’s next victim(s). Other reviewers seem to have encountered this same employee. Embarrassing behavior.
Everytime I went to this store I had an awful experience. Their customer service it's not their strongest. Super arrogant and rude. I just see ne reason to let it slip this time really.
This morning I had tried on a mascara which was unsealed and looked like a tester. This lady from 7o counter rushed and shouted at me and grabbed the mascara from my hand. She could have explained in a calm tone but she instead decided to cause a scene in front of everyone. Rude.

Really helpful staff that helped my friend during a small medical emergency. Very nice and understanding.
Well stocked and great variety of brands but if you require assistance with specific brand staff is very “ territorial “ can’t advice as they don’t know ( or simply don’t want to help ) if is not brand they represent.
In relation to the Pharmacy counter: I have been getting a regular prescription here for around 5 years. I have no idea what happened here about October 23, but the place has gone downhill.
The staff disappear (all of them) between 1pm and 2pm. A simple paper sign is put on the counter to advise of this. The website makes no mention of this. Area manager is probably not even aware of the practice. Very poor as this covers a lot of working peoples lunch break.
Newish staff never smile, are unhelpful and give off the distinct impression that the work is beneath them.
An unpleasant experience. I am switching to the nearby Asda

I recently went into your Broadmead store to purchase some mac makeup, but unfortunately the male that was on the counter didn't seem at all interested in helping me, I felt like he just couldn't be bothered so I decided to leave without purchasing anything and brought my mac products else where. I really don't know how these types of people get these jobs. Staff training wouldn't go amiss!
I visited was well-stocked with a wide range of medication, healthcare products, and medical supplies. The staff was knowledgeable and provided excellent assistance in finding the right products. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a professional atmosphere. They offered a variety of over-the-counter and prescription medications, and the prices were competitive. Additionally, the staff was courteous and willing to answer my questions about different products. Overall, my experience at the medical shop was positive, and I felt confident in the quality of the products I purchased.

It was bad enough before with no staff at the medicine counter. Now the medicine counter is completely closed, everyone has to queue up at the pharmacy counter, where some people are waiting a long time for prescriptions, others need detailed medical advice taking up to 15 minutes. I'm in pain and need an OTC med and supposed to be able to stand queuing until the end of time. Boots just seem to get worse and worse for the customer. Such a shame that their monopoly has shut down most independent chemists and now Boots as a company shows contempt for customers who are ill, elderly or infirm or otherwise have difficulty standing.
Had enquiry about my refund that wasn't properly processed, dealt with it online and was told to come back to the store where refund was processed. Manager didn't even bother to say Hello or advise me of the process/apologies, told me that I should have receive e-gift card via email. Advised him again that Boots Customer Care told me to come back to the store. Eventually he processed it and gave me physical Boots gift card and told me that he can place an order for me again as this card only works in store and not online which is not right as gift card worked online and I was able to receive cash backfor the order.
Love this shop, even if to just browse all the art supply's and the the staff are always super friendly and helpful

If you’re advertising a service perhaps you should actually do this service. Late night pharmacy advertises both online and on the outside of your premises open til 11. Absolute joke
An artist's wonderland. So many craft and art supplies at a fair price. Also really good to pick up a quirky gift.
I booked a child's chicken pox vaccine here and it was cancelled twice at very short notice, with less than 2 hrs notice before each appointment. Quite annoying because there are barely any appointments to choose from anyway so rebooking is tricky. They must not have enough staff or something. I'm trying the Cribbs store instead.
Have been ringing the pharmacy since noon until 13:45. No answer. Assumed lunch would be finished by now. Went in and the sign said shut until 14:00 for lunch. I got there at 14:06. A staff member said they’re shut from 14:00-15:00. Absolutely ridiculous.
Leaving a one star review as bought a foundation and a concealer from Lancôme. A lady called Meryl served us. Spent around £70 which isn’t cheap for a foundation and concealer but wanted to splurge as saw good reviews on it. Originally on the purchase date, the lady was very helpful however advised me to get the same shade of foundation and concealer. I later went home and realised that the concealer needs to be lighter hence didn’t open it and just used the foundation. I came back in on my next free day with the receipt and the unopened concealer and the lady wouldn’t exchange it for a lighter shade as it was ‘opened’. Really unfair as I never opened it in the first place and she was very rude about not being able to exchange it. She opened it right in front of us and said ‘it’s been used’ and turned around and continued with her previous job. Very unprofessional! Lady that works in the Clinique stand that apologised to us was lovely. Won’t be buying here again though, very disappointed 👎
My daughter was desperate to visit the Fred Aldous store. The Manchester store is huge with over 5000 stock items! If you need any funky gifts or items for drawing, painting, card work or practically anything creative, you will likely find it here.
Nostalgic return to this shop. Remember being like an Aladdins cave of all things craft wise. What you couldn't buy wasn't worth talking about. Today's trip was hugely disappointing. Just a fraction of the stuff that used to be available, lots of overpriced tat on the ground floor, with the basement offering small selections of arts n craft stuff that can easily and cheaper be found at hobbycraft. A HUGE disappointment. I won't be returning.

Worse Boots chemist in the entire world. Pharmacy is a complete joke with usually only one person to serve a huge long queue of people. Never enough staff, those that are there have an attitude problem. No wonder Boots is going broke, a shadow of its former self back in the glory days.
Sabrina is one of the first members of staff you see as you enter boots, and she is always so friendly and helpful, and has extremely good customer service skills. I have been lucky to have been given a couple of Benefit cosmetic makeovers recently, and she is credit to the store. She has convinced me to try out a whole new brand of make up and has helped me understand what looks I feel comfortable in and which also suit me and make me feel more confident. Sabrina is the best worker I have seen ever and made me feel so welcome and has very good conversation skill and has helped me become more confident in make up as a whole. The picture below has to be one of my favourite and made me feel so happy and like I can feel myself (excuse my tongue). I loved the new brow products and all of the skin care products as well.

Booking a ‘free’ online hearing test within Boots couldn’t have been simpler. Their online system was easy to navigate and the appointment confirmation sent almost immediately. I went to the Boots store within the St James quarter, easily accessible by bus. I have posted pics of the store, the testing both reception area at the farthest right corner of the store and a convenient public seating area near to the store entrance should you arrive too early. The audiologist (Kirsty) attended to me promptly…no waiting time involved. Kirsty explained the hearing test process which involved sitting in a sound proofed booth with earphones on then Kirsty sent a series of beeps, at various frequencies, to my ears and I simply had to press down on a button whenever I heard the beeps. The actual test took no time at all. Kirsty then talked me through my results while showing me graphs on her pc screen. This made my understanding the results much clearer. I was then given a letter showing my test results for my GP which would be helpful. I was also offered options and advice for keeping my ears wax free to avoid any hearing impediments going forward. Finally, Kirsty informed me that she has noted my test on her system along with a reminder to take a further test two years on. I couldn’t recommend getting a hearing test more keenly, particularly to anyone like me reaching mid-sixties, who hasn’t had any hearing test previously. Kirsty’s friendly, informative approach, coupled with an easy to access service made the whole experience pleasant and one I have no hesitation to recommend to others.

Fitted me in very quickly, the most pleasant, comfortable and efficient customer service I have ever experienced! Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very welcome, I totally recommend!
Best place for advice, medical or beauty. Very competitive prices and good stock levels. Very polite staff.
Great for all art supplies, with a huge variety of high quality brands and stationary. Would recommend to any artists looking for materials, especially with it's wide range. You can find lower prices on some products in nearby stores though.

I visit Macclesfield boots regularly, the pharmacy every 2weeks all the staff are very helpful however I really want to make a special mention for Lisa and Amanda who are absolutely a credit please pass on my thAnks😁

I went in early morning and was served by a beautiful lady with pink hair.

This branch is quite big. All you need you can get here from drugs to soaps and shampoos, recommended.

Great place with cool stuff. I would give five stars if it was not for the arrogant staff with glasses and moustache. I was in line of one of the three cashier counters, which there was no instruction saying you have to line up from the counter furthest from the entrance. I never tried to cut in line, just thought you wait in line of the next available cashier. Don't like his attitude and I've always met nice people here except for him, what a shame
Visit Boots regularly, normally to collect my prescription, which I always find the staff helpful and extremely knowledgeable in their area.
Also have found some really good bargains in this Boots store, especially useful for Christmas time.
Have even used this Boots for my yearly flu jab and there is never much of a wait for the doctor to come out and give you the injection, then they keep an eye on you for 10 minutes to make sure you don't have any reactions to the medication received.

Large boots in the shopping centre. Had plenty of Christmas presents and plenty of offers too. The shop has 2 levels, gifts upstairs and the perfume shop downstairs. They have mainly self checkouts for cash and card.
Could buy the reasonable but useful skincare
Went there this week and the two items I wanted to purchase not available,Would need to visit their store at Hempstead valley or order them as click and collect which I had to do.One item was Perfume the other Hand cream.Now I have to fork out on more petrol and parking ticket.Both popular items.One other comment the store looks very drab.

Went today to get my prescription for asthma inhalers. The lady at the desk who served me was extremely kind and signed me up for a repeat prescription which I wasn't even aware of. Great service and very kind
Was so excited My 1st day off christmas offer pinged in my email. Choose items only to be told by a must unhelpful young boy in st james store that I could not use the offer in that store and just go to princes Street.
Fantastic store for any creative person! Everything you will ever need as a painter or artist of any kind. Three floors in total. Absolutely worth a visit!

Visited the store. Couldn't find the products I was looking for. I asked a young guy working there with the name badge Thomas and was super helpful and polite. Straight to all the products I needed. Great store knowledge and a very pleasant chat whilst taking me round the store.
Called yesterday for an emergency eye check, never received a call back. But boots is amazing so ofcourse something was wrong. I went to them they helped me within minutes. Checked me in by Mr Neil and he was amazing. So kind caring. AAA service as always.
Nothing too much trouble for the staff and loads to choose from, I really like the ranges for baby with clothes, food and baby care, really affordable prices too! Very clean store and not far from ample parking.

Such a great experience at Boots in the St. James Quarter. I went in looking for a concealer and Alisha (worked at the makeup section) helped me find the correct shade for me, was really friendly and sweet and very knowledgeable! Also, gave me tips on how to apply it and was extremely helpful all around! Thank you Alisha! :)
On Saturday I stupidly fell on my face and hurt my nose. Luckily for me one of your staff members, a lovely kind girl called Gen, came to my rescue. She gave me a pack of tissues and took me to see the duty pharmacist who I think was called Carl(?). He checked if I’d broken my nose, cleaned my face and patched me up. The kindness that was shown to me by these two members of your staff was exemplary and deserves credit. Thankfully there was no lasting damage, except to my pride! Nan Hughes

I handed a prescription and mentioned I have missed few days of my medication on a Wednesday. The prescription woman with glasses said to me she will have it ordered that day and will be probably ready next day Thursday. Friday came no text and my husband came to check at this Boots pharmacy husband said they are only ordering it today and will be ready Saturday. This means if it was a serious health issue required medication

Couldn't accept medication for safe disposal today and I had to ask a member of staff just standing in the shop floor to serve me at the till. I didn't want to use the self service check out.
I bought a new shaver back in May which stopped working this over the weekend. Luckily I had kept the receipt. A delightful lady looked after me, and in 10 minutes I was walking out with my new shaver.

Needed help finding something today, asked member of staff on perfume and she told me it was self service(makeup area) and she couldn't help me. Then I asked her where item might be and she told me they were due a delivery and not available absolutely fobbing me off. I persevered and found it eventually myself. I've never known this to happen before in this store what's happening
I went into the pharmacy in the Sittingbourne branch and the assistant was quite rude. She gave me the purchase to which I replied thanks. As I walked off she said very loud in a sarcastic tone Thank you as if to make a point that I hadn’t said anything. Maybe she should pay more attention to her customers rather than worrying about being sarcastic.

Great place to shop for health products. Good bargains if you have an advantage card.
It seems Boots has given up with business in the High Street and yet the staff are helpful and there are alot of good products at a good price. I found the store dark and there were lots of gaps on the shelves. The shelves needed a dust and stock needed replenishment. The make up on offer on the cardboard stands was missing and it was hard to look at as the plinths were on the end of the aisle with people going by. No samples out so didn't buy anything.
I came in store for a gentleman's reason and the staff were AMAZING, two lovely ladies answered my question with pure confidence and kindness. The product they gave me worked alot better than I was hoping or expecting. Definitely deserve some kind recognition for their knowledge and respect for the customers. I am one, very, happy customer 😁
The security guard pictured was watching me shop and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I asked him to stop he used physical aggression, assaulting me by grabbing my arm, using very abusive language and stopping me from walking past. Unhinged and unprofessional security working here - be careful. The guard who assaulted me is pictured.
I came in today to buy a birthday gift for a colleague. I was a bit overwhelmed as I had no idea what to buy her. Luckily a lady called Abbie noticed my struggle and came over to offer to help. She helped me find a lovely gift set and told me about all the offers available. I am so grateful for all of her help.

Don't use this store alot but when I do they always have what you want.
Useless pharmacy staff. A Chinese pharmacist did not want to provide me with the free morning after pill because 'he did not have the time,' and it 'takes too long to do.' He advised me to go to the pharmacy by Sittingbourne hospital where he stated it was free. He wrote the address on a receipt. I went there and they said they do not offer the free pill and charged me £25. Do not bother with boots pharmacy in Sittingbourne. They will not attend to your needs.
Reasonable choice of products. Sadly my dog is not allowed, so I don't go anywhere near as often 'local' as I otherwise would!

Visited this store for my Booster. Very friendly and courteous staff. Was slightly late for my appointment as there were road works on way and took me more than an hour to get to the centre. Staff very accommodative and checked me in later. Stay safe.

Fabulous shopping experience on Saturday great range of products and snagged a few sale items too. The staff member who served me was lovely and the gentleman Pharmacist was really lovely too. A big thank you to Boots in Street. It reminded me of how great service used to be.
Nice central store in the village of Street. Friendly and helpful staff. The staff are knowledgeable on the products available in store. There is plenty of items available in store, for the size of the store. There is even a kiosks to print off photos you have taken on various devices. With plenty of phone connections.
I usually go in to print off photos. I also came here to take the photo for my driving licence. The services were excellent and nicely priced. There are also some gift ideas for your photos.
I must admit I know the staff in here and they are very helpful and lovely. There are digital photograph machines in this store so you can print off your own photos, any problems ask one of the assistants. All in all you can get most things you need in this store.
This is a superstore of Boots so they can stock a very large amount of household items, lingerie, health care and foods, make up for women, men's products, electric gadgets and diabetes food including sugar free sweets and chocolate. Also sugar free biscuits and jam.
I went in to purchase something comfortable for my poorly feet. After asking a member of staff for help I was most disappointed to find that they didn't even sell boots. It's seems a bit of a cheek to call a shop Boots then steel all sorts of stuff but not boots.
