I don't now how people eat from Shaz there is no taste in the kebab chicken is dry and small amount of choice in the menu.

I ordered food off Uber eats and because they had run out of pizza they cancelled my whole order so I rang up and asked for my money back it has been well over a week and my money still hasn’t come through whatever you do don’t shop here becuase they will rob and scam you it’s a Pisstake this is how people end up with a smashed up shop.

I tried the small chicken shawarma. The chicken was nicely grilled and You get to choose the fillings / salad. Choose the sauce. Personally , I loved their mint sauce . And done. It’s quite filling for one adult. Very economical at 3.5gbp for a small yet filling shawarma sandwich.

I was visiting London and was craving a kebab while walking around Shoreditch. This came up on Google and at first I wasn’t expecting a street food stand but I’m glad it was! The chicken kebab was perfectly cooked over a charcoal grill, the salads were fresh, and the rice was the perfect complement to the plate. It was one of the best meals I had In London!
I feel like I've become emotionally attached to this place as I had my first real meal here in the UK delivered from this place when no other restaurant was accepting cash and I hadn't opened up my bank account yet. The first bite was emotional too 😭 lol but seriously I've ordered from here at least 6 7 times now and the flavours are always bang on! Fresh tasting food always too! Just attaching one picture from the many meals I've had. Their pizza is also super delicious!
This place is terrible. Just for a bit of context me and my pregnant fience ordered from this place as it looked good. We ordered the food on the menu with nothing extra in terms of special changes to the food and it got canceled because they couldn't cater to the special requests again of which are non. Never go here.

Appalling customer service. My Just Eat order was cancelled. Due to having an autistic child, I thought it would be a lot more simple to collect my order.
Initially, they refused to serve me due to apparent racism. 60 plus % of my family is of the same ethnicity! What I dislike is the fact that I apparently stated bumbaclart to them. Due to my skin colour I not only find that insulting, but racism within itself.
Then I was told that I had apparently threatened them (I'm a single female who just wanted to get my child their favourite takeaway).
I asked for the so called recording of the apparent racist/threatening phone call, Yet they were unable to provide me this.
What I was confronted with was 3 aggressive male (employees) that brought me to tears. And yes I contacted the police on my arrival home as I felt very scared after the ordeal.
Oh and I'm apparently ao racist below and you can see my child in their eid clothes.
Another Edit. SO DO NOT ORDER IF YOU LIVE IN A FLAT. NEVER MIND COMING TO MY ACTUAL DOOR, BUT THE DRIVER COULD NOT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO GET OUT OF HIS CAR AND MEET ME AT RECEPTION. And I must point out that these days they actually complete an order. As in the past, they would always forget something small like a drink or a dip. But for as long as I can remember, for a long time now all my orders have been flawless.

Ordered a takeaway and found a hair in my wedges, the doner was hard and overly greasy. The salad with my Chicken burger was pure onion and the burger bun was over toasted. In total, we ordered 5 burgers and asked to have them with wedges but when they arrived they came with chips.

Food was mediocre. Service is appalling. The delivery driver had the attitude of a pig. I ordered on the website and paid for a pizza and a can of drink, the can of drink didn't turn up, I mentioned this to the delivery driver and he shrugged his shoulders and said 'nowt to do with me'. Smirked on his way back to the car. Won't be ordering again.

This was a 5 * place but my recent experience was very bad. I bought 5 shawarmas with very little to no sauce on them because I wanted to get separate sauce. At the end the guy demanded more money for sauce. Very disappointed. I have decided not to return here again and advised the same to my family. Shame on the man who served me today.

Disappointed tonight, normally food is pretty good and comes correctly, but tonight 2 chicken and chip meals were covered in mayonnaise when we asked no sauce on the food. Didn’t end up eating either chicken meals and don’t have time to ring them possible wait for replacement.

The baba working there is so nice and chatty. I had home made somosa and a chiken burger... yummy somosa... the burger was a frozen fillet but tasty and fresh. ..... I recommend the kebabs next time.

Avoid absolutely disgusting greasy batter not cooked and so thick...fish tasted horrible when I found it under the mush...went in bin...although I had to get it back out again so they could have it back....don't waste your money and go hungry

I’m so sorry, I try to never make bad reviews, even if everything is not so good, but this situation is exceptional. I ordered mixed kebab and had the baddest food poisoning in years. I’ve eaten less than a half of portion. After keeping other half in a fridge overnight, smell was coming bad from it and I throw it in a bin. I spent most of the day in WC and lost today’s shift.

Just ordered from here for the first time. Delivery bang on time, the calzone one of the best I have had and my partner said his kebab was very nice definitely going to use this place again. Highly recommend.
This place is a local legend, been open for years great food they make their own donner not like many other takeaways. Menu is limited but simple. The nan's are not fresh, so I get the large special mix. Only 2 bad points the 1st The potions are small even if you get a large. 2nd The price is little on the high side but you do get quality over quantity.

When a meal like this comes in a pizza box you already know what the deal is. 10/10. Juicy, succulent, marinated well. Cost me approx £24 with a bottle of drink
Ordered from here a few times. Was a bit hit and miss on the odd occasion, with getting our order right. But nevertheless we ordered Saturday night (17th Dec ) for 7 people and they got it spot on! 👌 was perfect. We all said how lovely it was. I always order the chicken and lamb mixed shish. Nice donnor but need to increase portion sizes as it is very pricey. The large portions are very small compared to other takeaways. And at the end you still feel hungry which is a shame. I know a lot of people like their food but don't go because its not filling for the price you pay which is nearly double the pricing of a standard takeaway.

Went two days in a row whilst visiting family in Sheffield. Had their SFC meal which cost £4.79. Thought it was good value for money and very filling and delicious too. Will definitely be back.
Would have been a 4 star easily. However they don't do fresh naan and the portions are tighter than a ducks bottom. Being from the south of England were used to paying 7 or 8 quid for a kebab, overall service was just okay, overpriced definitely, food quality was good 2 be fair. This restaurant is in walkable distance from Tesco Extra, and it is quite busy place because people like shawarma more, had to be in the queue for a while to order but this was worth as I tried Chicken Shawarma wrap for £4 which was delicious, they also have space for dine in. Staffs are good. Highly recommended!
I have ordered three times at this restaurant overall. Always on Friday. Unfortunately today everything was burnt and hard. I think that was what didn't sell yesterday. I took pictures and, of course, exhibited reviews along with photos in other social places. You order at your own risk.
This place is very popular and very busy on Saturday night. Had large mixed shish with salad and chilli sauce. The pitta bread was placed in the lid of the container. Well thought out as this can become soggy when incorporated with fillings. Hot,fresh,tasty and plentiful. We will go back. Great kebab House! 😀

I had a doner kebab early hours of Sunday morning. An hour after the kebab I was throwing up violently and having symptoms of food poisoning. I went to the hospital today as I still have symtoms and they said its a stomach virus caused by contaminated food. Be careful what you order from here, especially if its a kebab!
Ordered food from there today, the chicken burger was bone dry, when i say dry i mean it could not have been any dryer. No one in the kitchen had the common sense to put salad, mayonnaise, sauce, cheese or anything on the burger. The chicken was not even a fillet it was one of them frozen patties that you get from the supermarket. Furthermore i am certain that the seekh kebabs were microwaved as they were wrinkly and sloppy in nature. I would not serve the food these lunatics provided to my worst enemy.

It was the best kebab in Cricklewood - it was. I have received completely cold mixed meat. Returned to fix it up in hope they will gave me at least new meat with old stuffing, but they just heat it up, so now even salad was hot, bread was gummy in some old oil - just discusting. I`ve been with them many years and it is over - keep my 7 pounds just shame to waste food - it landed in a bin. Good luck

I had the doner and chicken kebab on naan with mint sauce and salad on top and despite the portion being slightly small at first it definitely filled me up and tasted excellent. Afterwards we ordered gulab jamun and ice cream and Karak chai which both tasted excellent. The Karak chai was as good as the Karak chai from chaiwala and I definitely will come back here again.
This is genuinely how many chips they sent for a "large" chips!! £2.10 for these!

Called restaurant as seriously, I’d paid for large chips and got what you see in the photo! All I did before taking the picture was move the fish to see how many I actually had!
Apparently they were “filler” chips in the box with my fish and they’d forgotten the other box. We’ve ordered before and it’s always all been in the same box so obviously excuses but whatever. They say they’ll send some out but it might take a while.
Nearly 2 hours later and we know they’re not coming but I thought I’d call before they close.
Spoke to someone else who went from one story to another.
Initially he said they’d decided to refund. When I asked why they didn’t call to tell me that they say they’ll send some chips out in 5-10 minutes. Obviously I don’t want them so they say they’ll refund. When I ask why it’s been so long, apparently it was his colleagues fault because “he” only told him at 10. Why, has it been over an hour since then? Surely if “he” told him at 10 then they could’ve been here ages ago. Oh and it was a woman I spoke with before!! Person I’m speaking to the fumbles over his words and comes up with “well I don’t know him but he’s a boy so yeah, it was a boy not a man”, nope, 100% a woman! What an absolute joke!!!!
Never ever again. 1st order we had from them was superb. Since then we’ve had 2 large cod where one was half the size of the other with soggy chips, then burnt fish which we didn’t say anything about, everyone has a bad day, now this! Clearly the good one was the fluke and not the bad.
Oh and when I called Just-Eat, they hadn't heard from Sea World but Sea World did tell them on the phone it was ok to refund me! How generous of them!!!

Loaded kebabs full of sweet rice with lentils, chicken shish and what I think is new to be lamb kofta or just mince. Hard to tell as it was completely scrambled up. Could use more lamb in it for the price, but regardless, it has long queues but the wait isn't long at all and you see it all cook in front of you. Friendly staff
Went here for the 1st time and not impressed at all, over priced portions of the mix kebab was unbelievable, get better portion from Just Kebabs on Wicker and much Tastier than here, won't be coming here again.
2 12 inch pizza bbq pit special give them there due plenty off ingredients on the pizza but on the menu at least 1 chilli not a bit off spice at all and very disappointed £10 should be £5 at least just for the lack off flavour really does look the part but lacks the flavour
