Five Guys is probably one of the best fast food joints, in my opinion. They have the best fries among any fast food joint. Really like their cheeseburgers and hot dogs as well. The milkshake is also decent, thick and creamy, and hence very heavy! Cherry vanilla coke is love!
Was great to try five guys in London as we don’t have many in Australia ,,, the burger was fresh and it was nice watching the foot traffic go by in a central part of the city ,,,
Five Guys is usually very consistent, but this one is slipping a bit. Fries were undercooked and a bit mealy, bacon on my cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp. Next time I'll walk a few blocks to the one in Covent Garden.
Terrible food, absolutely the worst fast food ever. Your place should be closed for good. Hard to believe that you allow your selves to serve this. Simply stunned...
I have always hear that Five Guys are great, but honestly it’s nothing “wow”.
The meat is average, but overall, if you’re hungry, you can pop in and try the burgers picking your own toppings.

Five Guys at Piccadilly Circus is a bustling spot for a quick, tasty burger. Consistently great service and a customizable menu ensure a satisfying meal every time. It's a perfect pit stop in the heart of London.
We ordered 2 shackburgers with fried potatoes. The burger was 9.3 outta 10 ( was perfect ) but the fries were bad. We told the manager and he immediately offered us two more burgers and fries ( freshly fried this time ) for free. Big ups to this manager. Friendly environment good service. A total of 9.5 outta 10.

One of the beat burger joints. We had ordered shake shack burgers and fris. Fries were very unique compared to other joint’s fries. Good service too.

I had the cheeseburger with bacon and without doubt it was the best burger I have tasted the beef patties were full of flavour and not dry at all added to it was one of free toppings (I had the grilled onion) cooked and prepared well and this made it really good. The chips are really good and plentifully. All together a great experience,but be warned very expensive to eat there be prepared to pay at least 40-60% more than you are probably used to. It's probably a good idea if you can to go on their website before you go to get an idea of the prices but take my word the food is very good. Other members of our party had the milkshakes and were very happy with them (they also put whipped cream on top of them if you want to have it that way). A once in a while treat that proved to be part of a good morning out with my family.

+ When I asked the cashier if I could get my burger remade to just remove the jalapeño, he remade it for free.
+ I paid around 11 pounds for the small burger and small fries (the burgers are not small at all they are way bigger than at other small fast food restaurants around)+ I gave them a tip.

Not bad, way more ££ than McDonald’s but the quality of the burgers at shake shack are way better than McD’s. The only reason for the 3* is the cost and also the fact there are no meal options so I ended up paying £19 altogether for the below
Had a lengthy wait, which you were only made aware of when you look at your receipt and it tells you it can take up to ten minutes to get your takeaway food!
The burger was average, I’ve had far better. The brioche bun was soggy on bottom which wasn’t great.
The chips were the redeeming feature. Crispy and tasty.

Fantastic quick service. Very friendly servers. You could pour your own drink toilets immaculate. Service while you wait. Five guys know fries

Shake shack is so tasty. It’s one of the best burger places for a takeaway. I went for the meat and shallot burger, double burger with lattice fries and a strawberry milk shake.
The burger was delicious. The fries were ok but always more interesting to eat than plane cut fries and the milkshake is heavy and thick. It tasted like eating strawberry mini milks :)

What happened to this place? Burgers barely better than McDonalds. Dry meat and a piece of cheese at a premium price. Crinkle cut fries overcooked, more like crisps. Used to be amazing, will not return. Oh and why are your automated kiosks so tedious like using a website! Hilarious.

We came here last Christmas. This may be the highest quality fast food we’ve ever had. The chicken was tender, and the burger themselves tasted very good. We even went back once later in our stay. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick bite or fastfood.
Maybe the best burger of a fast food restaurant I have ever tasted. Soft bread, high quality meat, tasteful sauce. Few choices in menu but high quality. Also, the process of ordering and order receiving is well organised and the stuff is kind and friendly. The only negative is the pinching price (1 burger, 1 double burger, 2 portions of fries and 1 coke, almost 35£).
Better than Five Guys near Tower Bridge, helpful staff, however a smaller store with no lift access and less toilet cubicles. There is a security code to access the toilets.
Evreyone one knows Five Guys is the best. But this one is the best in UK! 🇬🇧

Shake Shack's quality has significantly deteriorated over the time. A Chicken Shack costs 9 pounds but the breast filet is half the size of the bun. After two very back to back bad experiences, I don't think I'll be going back. There are plenty of other options out there which gives a better return on money.
A truly 3.5 spot in London. The fries had the snap I enjoy, cooked correctly, and not over seasoned. I would not mind 4 pounds for them given the quantity and quality. I have had some of the best shakes in the world. This spot is called Shake Shack. They should be better. The flavors did not hit the pallette and left a dry mouth seeking water. For the 5 plus pounds, there isn't a reason to stop back by.
If you just need to... stop in, but do not expect the quality to match the price or fulfill the mindset of getting a great shake.

Our order came to over £60. After paying for ‘Large Fries’ x 2 it was extremely disappointing to only receive two small fries and barely enough to go round. Poor show really, for that kind of money, you should be doing better….
The only tastiest and freshly prepared burgers in town. The quality is superb, and the service is fantastic. The staff are friendly, and the burgers are a flavor explosion and fresh. Highly recommend trying their delicious offerings. A must-visit spot for burger lovers!
Some of the best burgers and chips ever. It is very pricy but the meal portions are unreal. A normal fries are for two people and a large is for 3/4. The burgers are so well done and they are always so quick. The burgers are so hot when they come out but not in the over done way. I like knowing my food is fresh and well prepared. Would recommend for a quick lunch. But not for a family of four or more unless you are wanting to spend about 50 pound.
I've never been here before. I'm glad we did. Burger and chips were the best, and an added bonus on free refills on any soft drink was great. We will definitely visit again
Pretty mid Shake Shack - probably due to the location and diluted standards as a result of always being busy - probably also not the best to take to go either. Amount of cheese on cheese fries is never enough, but the white truffle limited burger was pretty nice - standards at TCR location seem to be better, visit there if you want a Shake Shack in London.
I ordered a ShackMeister for 9,55 and fries at 09.05 pm. After ordering one of the staff told us that only Take Away is possible and no more Dine-In. Closing Time is 10 pm. After nearly 15 Min I got my meal. Fries were cold and the burger absolute not what I ordered or the worst burger I ever ate. See picture what it should be and what it really was. We paid about 32 Pounds for 2 Burger, 2 Fries and a Lemonade. That were the worst burgers we ever had. Absolutley disappointing!
Over priced for what it is, 10 pound plus for a little burger and 6 pound odd for a large fries although fair play they piled the fries in the bag.

In my humble opinion this beats “five guys”. The beef tastes incredibly good; the bun is soft and the salad always looks bright and fresh. I’m pleased by the selection of condiments on offer; in particular the French style mustard. Not the cheapest place to eat by any means; but in terms of fast food and quality; absolutely worth it!

Really delicious burgers, fancy crinkle cut fries. I’ve really enjoyed the meal and service as well. I’ve waited just 6 minutes for food even it was very busy. They’ve got vegan options and halal options(chicken) as well.
The price just keeps on rising. £20 for burger, fries and drink. I could buy a pretty decent meal in a good restaurant for that much. This obviously isn't the fault of any of the staff at this store, but 5Guys has reached the stage where their price is vastly greater than the quality of the food. Once a burger and fries becomes more expensive than my weekly food bill, it's too much. 2 years ago, the price of the burger was £3 cheaper than it is now. The fries have gone up by at least £2. At this rate, by 2025 you'll be paying £14 for the burger alone!
But hey, nobody is forcing me to eat there. I'm just shocked at how much the price has risen over the past couple of years.

I’ve never had Shake shack before but I wanted to eat smth late and it was honestly the best chicken burger I’ve had in awhile. The chicken was massive and honestly worth its prize. And their lemonade was honestly the best I’ve had and massive for its size as well!! I was glad I was able to sit upstairs as downstairs was crowded with people. Tables were actually cleaned and they had staff cleaning up rubbish often. Staff members were nice and quick with the food.

Really the best burger I've ever had. Went to the cinema to watch a film with my children but popped into five guys for a bite to eat and honestly the best burger, skin on chips and milkshake I've every had. The service, taste and atmosphere was top notch. 5*

Great burger and fries at a fraction of Hard Rock. Be warned, the burgers are BIG. Most everyone will be satisfied with the small cheeseburger and small fries. In fact, you could easily split the small burger and fries. Ensure to get all the fixin's. I got it ALL the Way, and was perfect.

Delivery is awful! All the chips missed off our order and the burgers were very expensive and subpar. Rang to complain and Five Guys could not have cared less. A bad experience can be forgiven but bad customer service can not.

Your only option for good late night food. It's located a few minutes walking distance from Soho Square. The burger was good and the same goes with the fries. I tried the buffalo burger and fries. It was delicious but a bit pricey for a small portion. But overall, still a great burger place. They close at 3 am daily
Every time I get to go back to Italy from Bristol Airport, I stop by the night before at Five Guys. By now it's a tradition with my boyfriend! Love to draw while waiting for my meal, even tho it comes to us pretty fast. The bacon cheeseburgers are loaded with cheese, the milkshakes are really nice and as always the fries too.
Never had shake shack before. I got a milkshake and fries. Milkshake was nothing crazy, and a bit pricy. The fries however made up for it. The fries were very good. This shake shack was ran extremely well for how busy Leicester square can be. Got my food in a matter of minutes. Service was exceptional.
So each time I head down to London, I always make a point of stopping of at the infamous shake shack for the amazing vegetarian menu! The shroom burger is the only thing I’ve had, it’s because it’s so nice I’ve never had the need to try anything else.

It's situated real close to cabot circus car park and its easy access from the main road is helpful.
The place was very clean, and luckily for me, not busy. I was served immediately and my order taken. It took quite a while for my Grilled Cheese sandwich to arrive conditioning it wasn't busy. Nearly 10 minutes I had to wait. Not great, but its fresh food I guess.
The seating area is spacious and plenty of room. With 2 outside seating areas to choose from too, getting a nice spot isn't hard.

Regardless of the burger that you get, you have to get the Cajun fries. That's by far their best side dish.

Gorgeous food, burgers are huge, you can add any of the fillings that you want or just have a simple burger, they are wrapped in foil to retain the heat. Large size fries are easily enough for 2 people. The shakes are to die for, you can mix flavours together and then top it off with a huge swirl of cream...scrumptious

Great burgers! Although quite costly, there is something special about these sandwiches. They taste fresh and high quality. The weakest link has to be the bun though, it is thin and has nothing special about it. The juices from the toppings and the grease from the patties soak the buns easily, so expect a very messy eat.

I visited with a person sensitive to noise. Spoke to one of the servers about turning the music down just a bit so we could dine here. He explained that the music has to be at a certain level, but he would turn it down just a tad while the person I was with dined. Five star just for him and he understanding this server was.

The best milkshake I had in the world is here in this Five Guys, fully recommend coming here. The service is very quick and defenetely uplifts your day.
went there because its very famous and want to tried good burgers.. ordered bacon cheeseburger and fries. I can't say the burger wasn't nice, it was ok but I didn't like how it's looked bun seemed to look old .. Liked the options extras what is possible add to burger like pickles fried onion etc.. fries was beautiful. and loved choice of drinks I had nestea raspberry

The cajun fries are by far the best from any burger restaurant. The burgers are so good too. I would highly recommend anyone that hasn't been, you must try this at least once in your life.
Our first Five Guys experience certainly lived up the the hype. We opted for 2 salted caramel shakes with regular fries. Wow, they were absolutely awesome!! Proper USA standards. So good. The regular fries could have easier served 4 people. Very large tasty portion with the skin on. £15 is on the higher price point, but it was certainly worth it for a treat. Looking forward to going back!!! Worth noting, don't run straight up the stairs to the toilets without knowing the door code... as you will be running straight back down again... I never quite understand the need to lock the doors in a restaurant...
This is one of the best burgers around no matter which five guys you are at. This one is especially good as there's plenty of room and a great crew running the place.

Do not know what is so special about this place the worst presented Burger ever although tasty. We had to sit outside with the pigeon’s and a waste bin because we had 2 Pugs. You have to buy the Fries as an extra and then free toppings.
We had to have one person at the table with the Puggies and l was in the restaurant waiting for my number to be called, not exactly ideal.

Can't fault the food here, when you eventually get it. I took the kids to the new five guys in Camberley as a treat, they ordered 2 burgers and 3 milkshakes, with 3 small fries. The place was bustling, but we did manage to get seats at the high tables. The shakes were ready pretty quickly, within about 5 minutes, the burgers however took another 25 minutes to get, so shakes were long gone before the food was ready.
When it did eventually arrive the food was good, as it usually is at 5 guys.
Juat think it's early days and the staff and line cooks haven't got the process down yet.
All in, I'd go back, but not for a while until the hype and newness of it all settles down.

So very disappointed with Five Guys Camberley. Very dirty place and our Veg Burgers came after 14 minutes - very cold. The story given to us was that they had to wait for the chips. Who has to wait for chips!!!! So let down. A manager could not be bothered to talk to us. Wasted £15 which we do want back. We even went when it was relatively quite. I run a restaurant so I know how easy it is to keep it clean and give hot food.
The experience at Five Guys was awesome. Right from my order being taken to when I took the last bite of the Hamburger and Milkshake I ordered, it was a customer's delight.
I will recommend anyone getting the fries to get the"little" option if it's just you and everyone if with someone. Besides that, every bite is a promise kept. Above all, I love the attention to details of the team at Five Guys!

Cardboard in the burger? Really??? Your branch needs to seriously sort itself out! I think this place needs to be avoided until they learn how to operate. Better off going to the Uxbridge branch. Along side finding cardboard in my burger and then picking cardboard from my teeth and must have eaten some also, the patties were over done! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!
So my first time visiting a Five Guys restaurant and I had always wanted to try the experience. The restaurant looked clean and busy, so a good start. Chose the Bacon Cheeseburger and it was good to be able to decide what I wanted on it without a staff member rolling their eyes - yes McDonald’s your staff do that. Had the Five Guys Fries and a Soda - with a constant refill 😁

After a short wait my order was shouted out and I collected my bag of food. I have to say I was surprised by the amount of fries I had, absolutely loads of them, and they tasted lush. Is it bad to complain about having too many? The burger came wrapped in a foil and upon opening it I was impressed by the quality. It looked and smelt great, and the taste was amazing. Quality ingredients, juicy patties, fresh salad and cheese that didn’t stick everywhere. And after that meal I was absolutely stuffed. The only reason I’m giving it 4stars is the price, the food though was top rated and fabulous.

Good to eat here! This was my first time eating at 5 Guys and it wasn't bad. I had a little burger with peppers and grilled onions with ketchup. Gotta say I was very impressed to be able to have all my favourite things on a nice burger. We had Cajun fries and they were unbelievable. Drinks, you can have such a wide selection of flavour and mixes and they are bottomless. How can you not love that. Just the drink cups were just a little too big for my liking.
Also, my boyfriend had bacon hamburger which he paid for nearly twice the price of mine and all you got extra was a patty. No difference in size of the bun or anything. I would maybe just buy two small ones as you will get more for your money. Other than that everything was amazing. Clean place, nice staff and great service!
