It is always lovely to visit the farm shop, and I look forward to a Broomy Breakfast. Homemade sausages, black pudding and the best toast. Never change you wonderful lot. X

Last time I visited, there were flies landing on the uncovered meat and my previous buy resulted in meat that had a foul smell but I gave them the benefit of the doubt until now. I find a lot of the meat shops in longsight need another hygiene course, this place has gone downhill for sure. If you want maggot meat then buy from here. I'll get my meat from hulme in the future.

This is a very nice Halah Butcher in the heart of levenshulme. I have been going here for a year, and I can honestly say the meat is always fresh. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this butcher.

People need to AVOID this place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the first time I noticed the weight of the meat was less than I paid for. I thought I would give them another chance yesterday, I requested 600g of chicken and came home to realise I was robbed again. They call themselves Muslims but steal weight that customers pay for. I will be in contact with the local authorities. From previous reviews this seems to be a reoccurring issue.

I bought £76 worth of meat from him, the worker is a thief, he stole some of my meat and put it aside, when I told him he said no meat, I told him to weigh it and he refused. Yes, I don't want the meat, I said give me my money, they refused, they stole the rib meat.

After the recent refurbishment the place looks amazing and the meat looks of very high quality, couldn't see any markings of bruising or injury to the cuts of meat or any bad smells that you get when you know the meat isn't fresh. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will be visiting again.

Been here numerous times and I must say it's been amazing. However went today to get tickets and there had been a misunderstanding. A staff member had told me on the phone that if cash payment the ticket prices where £5. As their was quite a few of us going together it was worth the 7 Mile ride to save the extra money. Wow... one staff member was so abrupt and rude. One minute she wasn't the manager the next she was. She snarled at me and said you've drove to save £1.95!.. her mannerism was far from ok. This staff member needs management skills (if the manager) or customer service skills if a staff member. Needless to say I left empty handed and will not return in the near future. Such a shame as its a loverly place for the children. #Please learn to be kind.
Second time I bought beef (keema) and it has a very disgusting smell 🤢 and it’s spoiled .
When buy something most of time they charge few pence more than its price and you won’t realise. I checked it after my friends recommendations and he was right. It happened to me three times in a row. I’m not going back there anymore

Shop had a wide range of local products and meat from the farm. Local beers/wine/gin, 3 for 2 on sausages. We think the meat was cheaper than at the farmers market so worth the drive if you buy a larger quantity. The coffee shop was excellent, breakfast meals until 12 then a lunch time menu. Range of all days meals, bacon roll for example. Bacon roll was outstanding, 3 large thick slices of flavoursome bacon in a soft roll. Childrens meals good value.

The owners down to the staff are amazing. Best customer service I've had from not just any Asian cash and carry but any shop. They keep their prices competitive and also support community charities. One thing to note is they've had the same staff for years which reflects how good the management is. Everywhere else locally has huge turnover. May God increase them and grant them success
A great store with a large selection of Asian vegetables both fresh and frozen. The fresh vegetables are always of good quality and I always buy them from there.

I went into this shop and bought some halva and some other Asian foods. They have got a variety of Indian fish. My experience was good but the prices are a little high. Anyway, it is expensive everywhere now in the UK.
Best lads ever brilliant customer service I got a halal turkey off them for Christmas 2023 thank you very much got some beef mince in January 2024 shared it with friends everyone was very impressed high quality meat lovely group of lads

Excellent choice of meats, amazing sausages (you have to try the beef brisket sausage) great produce. The staff (Craig and Karl) are friendly and helpful. Best butchers in town!!

If you shop here and order Lamb or sheep whole or half ,make sure you stand and wait till they have cut the meat and you have personally seen them put everything in the bag. They will sneek and rip you off with the lamp chops you're supposed to get? This has happened to me numerous times. Best to go to other Cash & Carrys if you can
Had a phone call randomly from this place at 9am this morning. Tried phoning back to see if it was a wrong call however was spoken to rudely then the phone put down on me.
AN ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING DISGRACE OF A PLACE. Please, whatever you do, DONT GO HERE. They were so rude to me. Yes, it won't happen to everyone, but it stinks. It's a nasty place. They don't even bother cleaning, and I'm not joking. The meat is horrendous. I had a lot of hits or misses. MOSTLY MISSES. very appalled, rude staff, overpriced everything. Great quality meat at good prices. Beef is always fresh
Fresh Asian produce at great prices. Parking is tight so be cautious of busy periods. There is a car park less than 100 metres away.
Perhaps best meat shop in this area. I am very picky for my butcher. I tried number of places when I first move here. Now, I'm their loyal customer. Meat quality is very good. More importantly, the shop and workers are doing clean.
Great store and great staff! It is still the same, busy as always, but the staff still recognise and acknowledge me. The produce is usually excellent and happy with this store. Nothing has changed and quick to sort out my mistakes. Some of the checkout staff have changed, but the service is as good as always.

I went today to this butcher shop on recommendation that his hand made Lebanese/Syrain sausages where good tonight I cooked them and I can honestly say they are the best sausages I have eaten in the uk!! They were absolutely delicious full of flavour.I will be back again !!
Very big Asian super market. Halal meat & poultry section within the store. Fresh fruit and vegetable at reasonable price. Plenty of groceries items available. Some free parking spaces available around the store.
We were in @Ikea and needed Indian groceries. Nearest by 0.9miles.. Great store for everything from fresh-frozen. Eastend Ambchoor 85p... Gits Papar £1.39 each. Good prices on several items. Spent just under £40. Clean & tidy. Would definitely go there again.

I am a regular at this store, even though their prices are quiet dear I don’t mind paying it as the quality of produce is good. However, when I went earlier this week they had priced up their yogurt wrong so when I paid for it I was overpriced. I confronted the staff about it and the guy was very understanding and kind. The lady, when told to refund me 60p, threw the money on the counter at me. I was so disgusted as I was a regular customer here and it was their mistake that I was overcharged. I was so disheartened by this experience and won’t be going again after I was treated so disrespectfully by the staff.
High quality Halal meat, friendly staff, other good stuff such as Sojuk, chicken, etc. You can also order stuff through phone and go to shop for fast collection. Highly recommended!

Took my friend Finlay to Broom House for a day out in the summer and we had such a great time. The forest adventure was full of different quizzes and games for us to enjoy and we could have stayed in there all day. Stopped off at the coffee shop before leaving as well, which was full of some great looking cakes and snacks - including some gluten free options for Fin. Overall a superb experience!

One stop shop for all your essentials. Especially with Ramadhan drawing close have a good selection of essentials needed for savouries. These spring roll pastry currently 2 for £3. Also managed to find this shaan butter chicken spice.

I bought 2 kg of Lamb from them for £20 and I told them that a friend for them send me to them M@@@ to have a good meat. They give me a meat doesn’t cooked at all , very hard and bad quality, while the meat I take it from Nasar butcher at the same time ( another 2 Kg ) to see the difference it was amazing , soft and nice. I have builders in my house whose I made the lunch for them.
They finished Nasar meats and leave most of Withington meat.

Very friendly place, clean and good quality meat. I have been all over Manchester and you won't find a better quality meat than them. Avoid the somali man that work there he doesn't respect queuing and will serve his friends or someone he know ahead of you otherwise i would give 5 star

The selection of meat is outstanding. The two brothers are really great and helpful. They know their meat and barbecue technique.
Really don't understand how anyone can post anything negative about the owner and staff at MHM. By far the cleanest and best quality meat I have bought in Manchester. Prices are priced accordingly to quality and unlike majority of meat shops, did not over inflate prices when demand was high during the start of the Corona pandemic.

First time in my life I become a regular/loyal customer to a butchdr. The reason for this, I think is that because they're easy people, happy to help and always have have good meat. Also, when you buy ingredient for more than one meal, they start throwing some discounts without you asking for it just to make you happy.

Anyone who says the overpriced means they know nothing about quality, and know more about cheapest. I normally order all my halaal from W.B Organic because there isn't a single clean, proper halal butcher. Most look at you like a idiot if you ask them about steak cuts ie tbone, sirloin, ribeye etc. This guy is not only the most clean Ive seen, the meat is fresh and not dry under like most other butchers and does gourmet burgers without all the food preservatives - he also makes pastarami, turkish sucuk and makes kebabs. I tried the fish this time and its also amazing. My go to place for fish and meat from now on.
The butcher on fish side mr.fadel is extremely disrespectful & fowlmouth to customers , very bad on asking questions about fish & photo he flipped crazy & order to get out of shop . He said customer has no rights etc etc.

This place has a hygiene rating of one which can be checked easily. DO NOT get your meat from here as it will make you I'll. I've seen how they handle the meat and it's disgusting. Asda hulme does the best halal meat.
I had minced beef from Nassar and it had a lot of fat plus when i cooked it the smell wasn't good and it had a horrible taste. It smells like (Zankha)
The meat is not Halal! Butcher is also known to cut corners and supply bad meat and con customers.
