Great square, full of restaurants and Travelodge is hidden in there. Lift/escalator to get to restaurants on first floor.

I was here for Xmas Victorian market..busy, obviously..but jolly atmosphere, lots of people enjoying the event..mostly with good humour!

Had a great experience dealing with CSJ for our first home. Faham was our agent who is friendly, efficient and committed to helping us get the right property. Communication was very punctual and he kept us updated. Questions we had were answered quickly and gave us peace of mind. Had a great time here singing with Rock Choir as part of the entertainment ar the Worcester Victorian Artisan Fayre. Hundreds of fantastic stalls, lovely street food, Cristmas lights, Music, and and a party atmosphere that I haven't seen the like of for years. Lovely area and not to be missed.

Chris phoned me at 8pm on a Friday evening to ask if I was still looking for a home. When I remarked that it was a bit late to be calling he was rude and said not to worry ill remove you from our list - and hung up. Completely inappropriate to be calling at that time on a Friday and rud - plus they messed me around with viewing flats that weren't ready and tried taking me to see different homes 3 miles away which is pointless.
Excellent communication and customer service! A massive thank you to Matt who helped us around the clock and was able to help us close a deal within our deadline. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking professional yet friendly agents.

I just want to say a big thank you to Faham Lashari@CSJ , from Day 1 we had our first viewing in September 2020 to last week where we got the keys to our first home , Faham has always been there beside us helping us in every administrative process , gave us support and confidence that all will end well and in the end it actually did . He is thoroughly professional , very kind and always very flexible to accomodate our requests to view the house multiple times in the whole process , ensuring he answered all our queries and always made sure all our requests were communicated to the developer . I once again want to Thank Faham and CSJ team for such a wonderful home buying experience. You guys are Amazing !!!

This is the second time we have used The Instant Group and they have been superb at locating new office space for us, obtaining exactly the sort of deal and price we required. I would highly recommend them.
Very professional and responsive estate agent. We recently bought our first home marketed by CSJ and would have nothing but positive words to describe our engagement with the entire team at CSJ. They were prompt in answering any questions we had about the new development we were purchasing and swift and efficient in liaising with the seller, where needed. Overall, a very positive first impression of the firm and a particular call out to Faham Lashari's hard work on our transaction - a very pleasant and extremely highly recommended estate agent!

They were fine with moving in and really quite helpful when it came to moving out.
However, during tenancy they were hard to get hold of and frequently left us without response to issues. The best (though not only example) being that in Autumn 19 we made them aware of and asked them to fix a damp/mold issue in the bathroom.
Despite raising this multiple times we didn't really get a response until in autumn 2020 we were told by one person there that they couldn't get sign off on getting something done about it. Appeared to blame one of his colleagues for the issue as if that was a justifiable excise. Was not a pleasant thing to live withnfor more than a year. would say they failed in their duty to represent their tenants here.
When we moved out, it was promptly sorted within days for the new tenants. Quite disappointing.

Shares customer contact details of enquiries to third parties and tells lies about it. I am totally irritated with instant offices. The don't seem to know the meaning of GDPR and discretion. Horrible experience dealing with them, dealt with them twice.
We were extremely impressed by the manner and approach of Faham who is a true professional and one of the best agents we have ever worked with. Relaxed, willing to let you take your time & no hard selling at all. We cannot recommend him enough!
The best thing about it is its proximity to the cathedral which I like to visit. There are a few places to eat, all of which seem very popular - I usually opt for ASK as I know what I'm getting, but I could be more adventurous! The square also features a very imposing and fine statue of the composer Edward Elgar.
