I came in for a consultation on Friday for hair restoration after seeing pictures of their results on friends before. After having my first treatment with Falek I have been satisfied with my experience here and will be glad to carry out my treatment at Arden clinic. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Botox treatments from Dr Anna, from the moment I walked into the clinic, I was met with professionalism and care. I’ve been coming to Arden on a regular basis for mostly HydraFacials (I’ve also purchased the entire Obagi nu-derm system) and I can honestly and sincerely say that it’s one of the best places I’ve visited in Bradford. Absolutley fantastic team here at Arden Clinic. I have had the Aqualux treatment and the results have been amazing. I really can’t recommend The Hampton Clinic enough. I made contact when my skin developed rosacea and I was in a lot of discomfort. The clinic fitted me in for an appointment at very short notice, from the moment I arrived everyone has been super friendly and welcoming. Sarah has been incredibly knowledgeable and gentle in relation to the condition, going above and beyond to try and help treat/calm my skin. I really can’t put into words what a difference it’s made. Thank you!

For 6 months I have had a chemical peel treatment with Joanna Buczynska. She is professional, hospitable and you feel at home with her. ( I have a really new face)

I had an intervention about my lip filler with Julie Brackenbury, she is the best!!! My lips are very natural and I am very happy (I have to say that I am a very simple girl And I don't have big marked features. But I loved the result)

Finally I had a massage with Rhian Amos, just great, 60 minutes of massage for contractures. A great treatment again that made me feel very comfortable and relaxed!!!

I’ve been coming to the Hampton Clinic for treatment on my face. As soon as I enter the clinic the friendly reception team greet you with a warm smile & the atmosphere is relaxing. I’ve been receiving treatment by Sarah & Beth who are both super gentle & calming which has been so relaxing during treatment, as my skin is going through a stressed period. I look forward to coming back every week for my treatment.

I've had numerous positive experiences at the Hampton Clinic. Rhiân, who I've been seeing for years, is warm, lovely and a perfectionist and does a beautiful job of both my nails and eyebrows. When you see someone regularly for longer appointments it's such a treat to look forward to seeing them and know you'll always love the end result.

I've also seen Sarah for laser hair removal and she is equally lovely and super knowledgeable, I'm really happy with the progress there.

I saw Beth for my very laser hair removal consultation and first session, what a lovely experience! I was very nervous but she walked me through the whole thing and is just a ray of sunshine. I would definitely recommend her & I've already seen some improvement after just one appointment (which was a breeze). All the staff at the clinic are sweet and attentive.

The woman who done my teeth whitening was rude and lacked customer service skills. I was 15minutes late and I had booked a session for an hour. The woman explained that due to my lateness the 15mins would be taken off from my session if the next customer arrived which I was happy to do so. However, when the procedure began she was extremely hostile and also ended my session after only 30mins even though no customer had arrived- she clearly was more interested to run back to her phone! The session did nothing whatsoever to my teeth! I wasted my time and money.

Genuinely one of the best salons I've ever had a treatment in. The lady Garsha (sorry if spelt wrong) was absolutely amazing. So personable, genuine and friendly. We had a lovely chat during my treatment and I felt so comfortable. The salon is so beautiful too, you did a fab job with the interior, your choice of neutral colours and decor created such a warm ambience. I did hollywood wax and underarms wax dreading it'll hurt as I left it so long but, you did such a great job with your technique I didn't feel a thing! Very skilled and professional 👏 many thanks again! X

Tia is absolutely wonderful, works fast and is a great chat! Had amazing results with electrolysis. Was initially worried of how my skin would react because its darker but it went more than perfect and those stubborn hairs are finally gone!! First of all the staff at skin mod are amazing, well mannered and respectful, when I went for my consultation Tia had recommended me a facial called dermafrac and omg can I just tell you how much it made a difference to my dehydrated skin I myself couldn’t believe the result’s absolutely incredible facial and definitely worth a try for anyone suffering with dehydrated skin like mine not only does it make my skin glow but definitely became one of my fav facial from now on definitely recommend it. Also the lash lift at skin mod is amazing with major difference to your lashes.

My experience at Skin Mod was absolutely amazing! It felt very homey and welcoming and that’s down to the two brilliant ladies called Tia and Zehra. I’ve been battling with my skin aka the never ending acne for the past few years now and it has made me very self conscious due to my age (early 20’s), A couple of people have spoken to me about laser hair removal but I was hesitant at the time because I didn’t like tampering with my face but I must say I’m so glad I had that consultation with Tia because she really took her time to explain everything to me, she reassured me and made me feel super duper comfortable from start to finish and in the end I ended up having the laser done and i feel so much more confident and happier in my own skin and I couldn’t be more happier with the results, I definitely will be coming back to look at some of the other treatments/services Skin Mod has to offer.

I've been suffering with acne for about 12 years now, all gone within 6 months of treatment at Skinmod. Thank you for an excellent service and treatment that actually works. All staff seem very professional and passionate about what they do and the results show in their work.

Treatments were thoroughly explained to me before procedures. I was made to feel very comfortable during every appointment and my skin has never looked better.

I attended this clinic for Milia removal on 10th March. Unfortunately, not one out of 10+ was successfully removed and have been left with small (very small) scar like marked under my eyes.

The follow up appointment was cancelled twice, with one being notified 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, which meant I took time off work for nothing. It appears to be very disorganised and would not recommend.

The second star is only rewarded because of how polite the staff were in the clinic.

I personally, do not recommend.

Everyone from the point of contact to the consultant using electrolysis to remove my facial hair were most helpful and considerate. Prior to the procedure a full explanation was given.
nothing was rushed and I felt very comfortable using the service.

Every visit is fantastic because they are the friendliest, most knowledgable people. I originally went in to talk about Vitamin B injections, and Alex made such an effort researching and helping me to feel it was the right choice for me. I then spoke to Emma about my skin and, during one of my facial treatments, I mentioned I was having trouble with some pain following a fall, she suggested trying the Dermalux LED light therapy. We tried it and it made a big difference. Since then the sessions have worked wonders, the pain reduces each time and I can finally go out without worrying about my ankle causing me trouble. Thank you so much GLO, discovering your clinic in Cross Keys has been a game changer for me.

I recently visited Suzy's Skin & Beauty Clinic for the1st time, & I'm so glad I did. I experienced the best facial I've ever had (& I've had a few!!) I was made to feel welcome & comfortable as soon as I arrived in the lovely treatment room. Suzy is really professional & her love of what she does truly shows. My skin felt amazing following the treatment, but unlike previous facials, it felt amazing for days after. Emma is amazing at what she does! I had my brows done and loved it so much that I decided to have her do my eye liner. I had heard that microblading hurts but she did such a wonderful job that it wasn't bad at all. It makes such a difference in your look and I'm so glad that I finally took the plunge. I've never been great with makeup so having semi-permanent tattooing saves me so much time and makes it look like I know what I'm doing. 😉 Thank you Emma for making such a difference!

I had an initial assessment to treat my varicose veins here around a year ago. I had self-diagnosed the veins as being quite minor, so I did not think I would need laser ablation as opposed to the much cheaper sclerotherapy (foam).

I am a medical scientist by training but not clinically qualified, so while I was disappointed when I had my assessment and was told that my veins were not minor but could instead only be treated with EVLA (laser ablation), I accepted this as the expert opinion. I only thought I had varicose veins on one leg but I was told at the consultation that I had them on both. This was surprising because what were identified as varicose veins are veins I have had visible since childhood. The difference in cost between having two vs one legs treated is considerable, and EVLA is also much more expensive and invasive and takes longer to recover than foam treatment from as it is a larger procedure. For this, reason I decided to think about it for a while before booking.

Some months later I spoke with a radiologist who put me in touch with a world-leading clinical scientist and interventional radiologist who works in varicose veins. This was not in the UK. He saw me for less than an hour, during which time he assessed and treated my veins.

The radiologist was shocked and, I quote, "disgusted" that I had been offered EVLA, and he had concerns that I only had varicose veins on my right leg so he could not think what they would have done to my left leg where I have healthy veins close to skin surface - but these are not varicose. I understood that treating with EVLA could have been dangerous. He compared what I had been offered to offering gastric by-pass to someone with a BMI of 25.

The radiologist considered my varicose veins minor and thought I was an ideal candidate for foam treatment. He did not think I would have had any additional benefit from ablation, and confirmed this by ultrasound. I have since made full recovery and the veins have resolved. To be clear - this was not a radiologist at this clinic and the radiologist was unimpressed by what The Private Clinic had offered me. He said if it had been in the country I was treated at, he would have personally rung the radiologist at the clinic to discuss this.

It worries me what could have happened had I had my treatment here. I would have been exposed to unnecessary risk and personal financial cost, and they may have ablated a healthy vein. Do your research and ask for other opinions. Be very careful with this clinic.

Edit: the clinic never replied to me with an apology or an explanation. That speaks volumes to me.

Ive been going to Emma for several years and even though I have moved 2 hours away, I still travel to her because she is the Best. She listens to what your needs are and then creates the miracles. Had Juvederm in my lips by the lovely Lesley Dean. This my first time so was nervous but she put me so at ease with information and her caring nature. She was so patient with me. She talked to me about my expectations prior to treatment and made the shape suit my face shape and taking into consideration factors like my overbite etc. She consulted with me throughout treatment about the look I wanted and my personal preference. I have to say, the results were EVEN better than I had hoped for. Thank you SO much, Lesley. I will be back for my top up!

I can not put into words how amazing the whole team is here in Bristol. I had my first consultation with Chantelle who took me through the procedure details and what I could expect to pay. This was followed up by an appointment with my surgeon Mr Ahmed who gave me a physical examination and then gave me ALL options available to achieve what I wanted. I cant stress enough how many surgeons will only tell you what they want to do and dont give you a full picture. Here it isn't sugar coated, no false promises or ideas of results you just can not achieve! Mr Ahmed gave me diagrams, options and a realistic outcome if I decided to go through with the operation. You are then given everything to take away and given time to think through everything before making any financial deposit/commitment. No hard sale, no pushing you into anything intact the reverse they want you fully committed with no pressure. Fantastic approach!!!!
I wanted to go ahead and then I had a choice of dates they could carry out my surgery. Once booked in I had to have bloods taken and as a needle phobic I knew this wouldn't be pretty so I have to offer the biggest thank you to the nurses that did this for me - amazing just absolutely fantastic, patient, kind and gentle really good at keeping me calm and not feel like a freak when I got panicked. Because of my phobia it was arranged to have my operation with extra nursing staff to care for me at no extra cost.
The operation was amazing - the staff were able to put me at ease and made me feel like I had gone in for more of a treatment than a major operation. Aftercare was second to none and I had two nurses with me all night long. Could not fault any of it, my pain levels were managed so well and the food in hospital was divine!
Aftercare has been out of this world, I had a fall after my operation and caused an internal bleed which A&E offered to drain however my surgeon wanted to ensure I was looked after so it was arranged to go back in and see The Private clinic for a further procedure again at no extra charge. I had my surgeon, anithetist, two theatre nurses and an aftercare nurse all to myself all morning at no charge fixing something I had done to myself! FOC I dont know anywhere else that would do that??
Having stitches out, ordering free binders, bras, garments has been no problem, calling up to ask questions they have been so helpful. The nurses each called me to check on me.
I have to say a massive thank you to Katie, Brenda and Selina who have just made the whole experience so wonderful! I can promise you wont get care like this anywhere else!

Very impressed with my experience of The Private Clinic, compared to other clinics I have visited. The Surgeon, Dr Mouzakis was most helpful in explaining the principles of having a FUE hair transplant. Very informative and honest. The reception team were very accommodating and I felt welcome, Chantelle explained the pricing and aftercare extremely well. And was in no way 'pushy' unlike other Sales people I have dealt with, I felt assured she had my best interests at heart and have since ahd many discussions with Chantelle in regard to booking my surgery.

After reading Dr Bruno Amendola's comments in the paper last year I have been struggling with building up the courage to speak to someone regarding my 'problem'. But after attending the Bristol Clinic and meeting with the Patient Coordinator, Chan it gave me the confidence to go ahead with my treatment without embarrassment, my life has never been better and I am so glad I decided to make this change.

I haven't had much luck with finding a good clinic for laser hair removal until I was recommended here by a friend. The service is so professional and the staff are so friendly. I am already seeing great results after just 3 sessions. Very pleased :)

I completely agree with the review below. Absolute time waster. I arranged my work schedule around the first appointment. Popped up to the clinic on time. 1 min in the consultation telling me that the nurse cannot do the procedure and I had to book for another specialist. 15 March agreed provisionally. So arranged my work schedule around and phoned back to confirm the appointment. Receptionist (very unsupportive and interrupted a few time while I was talking) told me the appointment was gone. Don't understand how patients can entrust themselves to the clinic. So glad that I didn't have procedure with them.

I had a great experience at the Private Clinic. All the staff I dealt with were warm, friendly and professional. I had a minor procedure dine quickly and have had two great follow up appointments. I couldn't recommend more using The Private Clinic.
