Prices too high and shop empty. Shame because I used to like tezenis. The change of policy pricing with very small difference with intimissimi doesn't help sales
Male staff extremely rude and didnt bother to serve customers like me. Always inpatient and that disgusting look on his face. However the female staff was much better with smiles. I have written a complaint email to Polo HQ about this male staff. Enjoy mate!
Η κριτική αφορά κυρίως τον πωλητή με το όνομα Δημήτρης, παρά τα προϊόντα. Είναι καταπληκτικός, πολύ ενημερωμένος και εξυπηρερικός. Θεωρώ ότι αν δεν ήταν να μας κατευθύνει θα είχαμε αγοράσει τα μισά από αυτά που πήραμε ή και τίποτα.
The male staff was very rude. He was talking really loudly with his colleague which didn’t matter to me. What was extremely rude was I was texting my girlfriend, and he says do you want anything or are you just going to play games on your phone?

Αγόρασα ένα παντελόνι αξίας λιανική τιμή 250€ και διαπίστωσα ότι είχα κάνει λάθος και το πήρα ένα νούμερο μεγαλύτερο ούτε ο πωλητής δεν το πρόσεχε. Πήρα τηλέφωνο για να το αλλάξω και μου είπαν δεν υπάρχει και μου είπαν η να μου δώσουν πιστοτικο η να πάρω κάτι άλλο. Μα πως είναι δυνατόν μια τέτοια εταιρεία με τόσο ακριβά ρούχα να μην έχει υποστήριξη. Λυπάμαι απαράδεκτο.

Excellent selection of major brands. Free parking easy access, near the airport. It has 2 big sections, the open area and the mall, best to park where you’re heading as it is a large area.
They never answer the phone, I’ve tried calling many times to check on different stock and when they are open but it seems they don’t care for customers that call.

A fun place to spend the day, especially with family. It's ideal for doing your shopping, morning coffee and lunch, as well as dessert that won't disappoint. There are many quick snacks to try out around the "small town", as well as plenty of activities for the kids and adults
I was told by a friend of this place and visited on he's recommendation, and I wasn't disappointed. Loved its location and the whole experience. You can spend hours here ! I have yet to even visit the Designer outlet as I get so carried away with the other shops it has , even an M&S who ever missed home ! It's a clothes department though ! It has lots of shops as you would expect from a shopping centre 😀 lots of parking,even when I visited on a Saturday evening, as it's open until 8pm local time ,very busy time . I have yet to visit the Designer centre , but I will update once I do on my fourth visit. Plenty of food places and a KFC that has tacos , I tried them lol

Huge outdoor mall (in fact there are two connected malls) with a good selection of stores. Very quiet when we visited on a Wednesday. We didn't't find many bargains, but it was still a nice place to visit for a couple of hours. Quite close to the airport, so if you have a car and need to kill an hour or two before a flight, this is a good option.
It is ok but does not have so big assortment as in Italy for example or in the mall which is near the airport.
An uptight and rude snob. The sales person treated us like trash, we were about in a 10minute run to change a gift and buy more things, and he just dismissed us, he spent 20 minutes roaming the store without helping us, and we drove 1 hour to be there, and then told us to come another day. I dont know how these people have jobs.
Been a Zegna fan for years, but this was hands down the best in-store service ever - well done.
A very nice place to spend a day with a family. It is located just next to Aquapolis water park. Where you can do two in one trip.
Nice and fun , despite that we are not finding a lot of new collections in shops , it remains a good escape to shop and enjoy. Has lots of fashion stores in addition to a huge complex of outdoor walk for home supplies, kids' play areas, and many more. Bathrooms are very clean and plenty of parking available.

Παρότι δεν προχώρησε η παραγγελία αυτή τη φορά , θα πω πως η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική, οι πωλητές φιλόξενοι και φιλικοί. Η ποιότητα των ρούχων αυτών είναι γνωστή. Δεν χρειάζεται ο οίκος συστάσεις.

The biggest and most beautiful Outlet center in Athens. Where are all the brands? We loved the family design. A very nice and spacious Outlet center. You can spend a very long time. There are playgrounds for children, nice cafes to relax, nice restaurants to eat. Since it is an open top place, you will not get bored while walking. From now on, we buy all our needs from here.

I was unprepared for winter, visiting Greece for Christmas, so made a couple of pit stops at RL in downtown Athens. Beautiful store with a fantastic range and friendly service. Even left with a free cup of wine today - cheers!

Lovely big store with different brands. There are three restaurants, McDonald's, and children's playgrounds. Photo sessions with a professional camera are prohibited.

Never have I ever experienced such a rude and unwelcome behavior. Such a shame that the management is utterly poor! Definitely won’t be coming back. The old man is the worst and even looked down on us!

I feel so disappointed because of racism. I HAVE ASIAN ORIGINS BUT I AM FRENCH. I feel disgusted about racism and by the ralph lauren staff, I had to pay tax whereas it's free of charge for all the E.U Countries. The staff told me my friend paid also the tax but it's not true..... I can notice the racism exist in Greece and I won't travel anymore in this country.
I really feel angry, because I had to deal with a staff who doesn't understand I'm french and I live in France like all french people, I will NEVER buy anything to Ralph Lauren, this is the last time.
