First visited Marco when they first opened at Setiabudi 1 way back when. Now it's turned to an upscale restaurant in big malls, offering traditional Minang cuisines. Highly recommend their fish dishes here, especially the barramundi. Very tender and juicy. Good place to bring tourists -- they even have a 'tourist package' now 😂 We spent about Rp600k for two for a few main dishes and desserts.

Ate here numerous times since they opened many years ago. Loved their concept of keeping the food traditionally authentic with a flair. Food presentation was on point. They have platter if you want to give your foreign guests surprise to their palate. Perfect for business meeting and or lunch of elevated nasi padang.

Marco, a Padang Peranakan restaurant brand, with a colonial-style interior concept. The thickness of the gravy in each dish is thinner than Padang cuisine, Padang Es coffee served in a variety of ways and a variety of old school desserts make this restaurant one of the most delicious Peranakan dishes in the area. An exquisite taste of ala cart Padang dish. Love the food presentation, neat n appealing.
Taste wise also memorable, such as nasi sayo, gado2 padang, rendang arang hitam, grilled baramundi, martabak kelapa, egg omelette, kopi susu n jahe lemon drink.
A must try is definitely nasi sayo n gado2, grilled chicken n prawn, all are awesome in terms of flavor n food composition.
Great services from staffs too.

I tried Mi Goreng Rendang. I am kinda surprised that it is served in normal portion, unlike other up-scaled Indonesian restaurant. It is tasty and the beef is tender.
You should also try Martabak Kelapa. It's crispy outside but soft inside with a dash of savory taste from the coconut.
It's a recommended Indonesian restaurant and worth for its price.

It was quite a surprise. The taste was very unique and quite the best padang food I have tried. The seafood platter was good with various tastes. The sayur singkong was tasty without the gravy being to thick yet having a good flavour. Service was exceptional. The supervisor came to assist when there was a rush. Overall a very good experience

Warung kepiting yang rasanya mantap, porsinya banyak dan makanan yang disediakan disini gak cuma kepiting ada rawon, sop, pecel, ayam dan bebek goreng. Saus kepiting juga ada pilihannya. Parkiran luas disamping warung.
