Good hamburgers, and very nice service. The menu is is varied so everyone can find something they like.

Incredible burger. Large, juicy, full of flavour. Fries were also excellent. Better than Vitrina, in my opinion :)

Burger was tasteless. I expected too much from this burger chain, all I can say is I'm not going back. Good thing that there are buskers outside, so the mood alleviated a bit.
We didn't have a reservation and although it was busy, we still got a table outside for 3. I wish I could give 6 stars for service, our waitress was the sweetest, fun and awesome! We all tried different burgers, and I had great options too considering my pregnancy. The fried onion rings were a bit too greasy for my taste, but the sweet potato fries and the burgers were so tasty. You won't leave with an empty stomach. They made it pretty quickly and we had a very great time.

One of the best burgers in town! I took the classic and it was done perfectly, super juicy and full of flavors. We also took the garlic mixed fries (potatoes and sweet potatoes) and it was amazing, especially with the special house sauce (fresh and minty).

Busy shop and we had to wait a bit to get a table, because we didn’t have a reservation. I found out the veggie burger not so good for my taste, unfortunately. The pattie was too thick and heavy and had not much of a taste. The fries were really nice, tho! Service was friendly and the shop is cute, but really small.
It was my first time at this location, I visited on my own, had a pretty good and dirty burger with fries, it's not the best one in TLV but still a good late Saturday night dinner.
We dine in after the Saturday demonstration in Tel-Aviv. It was my first time and Benz exceeded my expectations.

Loved the whole casual realaxed vibe. Drinks are very reasonable, great staff and the food is amazing. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options to try.
Small place, service was ok, as a food, but meat was definitely medium rare, not well as it was told, and bun was dry. Fries were delicious
The meat in the burger was dry. it seems like they prepared the meat ahead... Good french fried chips. The expectations are higher for a restaurant in tel Aviv with 4.3 overall score.

Wow what a good surprise! Came here around 11 PM with friends. I ordered crispy chicken sandwich (Emil's Chicken) and my friends ordered burgers.
The chicken sandwich was delicious, crunchy and crispy from the outside and soft inside, well seasoning, tasty.
Service was very nice and quick and prices are fair and standard.
Had good time here and probably will comeback in the future for another crispy chicken :)

The only burger in the city that will fill my husband up! And for 80 shekel that's a good deal. Lots of sauces to add on the side and the staff is really nice. A good fast food burger option in the area
Fantastic choice of hamburgers. I really wish I could try more than one, all the options in the menu sound delicious. I chose the one with wine sauce and it was amazing. Price is fair. Service was kind and quick.
Location is in central Tel Aviv - no easy parking there.

Great burger, very cool spot. Wouldn’t recommend the Parmesan fries, it’s more of a sauce than melted cheese.

A variety of dishes (not just hamburgers). The crispy chicken dish (Poius Hermanus) is very tasty. Everything we ate was delicious and the dishes were large .

Finally great all burgers with great side fries or potatoes that are amazing 🤩 rates are very reasonable it is a burger dinner for outside fast food . They can improve drinks but still so good so still 5 stars

One of the best hamburgers out there! Nice atmosphere inside, the chairs could have been better, price was good at a total of 140 NIS (2 meals + dessert)

1) Hamburger with bacon and cheddar cheese was 10/10
2) Sloppy joe doesn't look the best when served but it is quite tasty 7/10
3) Potato and sweet potato fries 9/10

I ordered the vegan burger, which was a beyond meat petty with vegan cheese and mayo. It was very good. I would be happier though with an original home-made burger than another beyond meat. The vegan cheese and mayo are a wonderful addition. The price is pretty high (70), more expensive than the non-vegan options.

Pretty good burger. They have interesting options for topping combinations, all involving high quality ingredients that work well together and are very dominant. The meat itself though wasn’t very special and lacked color when cooked medium. Fries and onion rings are very good, they go great with their selection of special sauces such as blue cheese, truffle mayo and tartar. There are many good hamburger places in Tel Aviv, this place isn’t my go to but definitely worth a taste.

If there’s a place for burgers in Tel Aviv, this is the one. The beef quality is outstanding. The combination of ingredients is creative and every bite feels like a unique experience.

I had the new york burger. The size was perfect .the burger was nice and juicy. I went about 930 p.m no line . Didnt look wheelchair friendly tho.

The place was somewhat more expensive than I would have liked it to be, but overall the experience wasn't bad. The burger was delicious as well as the potato chips, though we had to pay extra 7 NIS per serving to get them, in most places this upgrade is way cheaper. Also to make the burger to a cheeseburger they charge one extra NIS per cheese slice which also feels a bit overpriced for this add-on. At least the coke had a no-ice option, because it's a known trick to waste up a lot of coke due to the added ice, and it's still theoretically the winter here, though the apring season is almost officially kicking off very soon...

Very friendly and nice staff, chips are very thin, some may like it some may hate it ,I enjoyed them but they get cold pretty fast. I had the L'agneu burger, it was pretty good, the beef was juicy but did not taste the sauce much. A solid 4 star

Really slow and very poor service. I had to finally go to the counter and ask what was taking so long. They had orders prepped and backed up but the staff member at the front could not keep up with the volume. When she gave me mine, my burger and onion rings were cold and they had no Ice Tea. I asked about the food being cold and was told she is busy, as for the Ice Tea, they ran out and she didn't think to offer me an alternative even though I had paid for a drink. Only after asking again did she offer me an alternative option. VERY POOR SERVICE INDEED.

Great burger, the bun is unique made from Italian bread. Fries are also superb with great portions.
Finally a good Smashburger in Israel! The prices are good, the location is amazing, and Stefani sure knows how to make you feel at home! A+++

Worst branch I know, the employees are super overworked, cannot deal with a few customers inside due to huge amounts of takeout orders.
All the garbage cans are overflowing, no clean table in sight, bathrooms are a mess. The ordering counter was literally filled with half empty ketchup and mayonnaise containers for no apparent reason.
Our order was missing a few items, but the lady before us was missing half the order and had to wait for a long time before someone was available to talk with her.
Really ashame, it's a decent location but very poor management of resources.

I came to this place as part of my attempts to find the best burger in Tel-Aviv (so far I visited M25, Brasserie, Prozdor and Meat Bar). The burger was good. The bun was fresh and sweet and the french fries were good. My problem was that the burger was too liquidy and it was hard to eat it like a sandwich till the end. Also, the location of the place is horrible, right on Ibn Gabirol, with lots of traffic, noise and scooters.

Stay away, there are 50 other places I would go before this place, place looks bad food also. Place looks like something from the past, there is no place for places like this nowadays in Tel-Aviv
I came to this restaurant as part of my attempts to find the best burger place in Tel Aviv. So far, this serves the best burger I had. The bun was soft, fresh and sweet. The burger itself was well-made and was consisted of the ideal mix of meats, and the whole experience was fun. The only criticism I have is with their their french fries - they were simple and tasteless.
As a foreigner, I found this Burger King interesting but not without its flaws, although minimal in nature. Food was excellent, the eating area was sparse and food preparation time was slow. One interesting thing was the use of self-service kiosks in which you can place your order and pay (both in Hebrew and English). Placing your order in the kiosks do not seem to expedite its preparing time by too much. Regardless of its minimal flaws, it still worth to visit in case you miss the Burger King franchise in your travels.
The manager needs some training on customer service. He doesn't like taking orders in the frontline and likes to lead us to the touch screen ordering machine. Well, the machine doesn't have english menu and has an error message that tells us to order at the cashier. Please train your manager!!! He should not be in the frontline.

One of the best and unique burgers you will eat in Tel Aviv! Definitely recommend the last two on the menu (specials). Also suggest that you skip the regular fries for sweet potato ones, or go with a baked potato and cream fresh

We came without a reservation at 20:30 (better to reserve a place in advance), waited 15 minutes then they let us in to sit on the bar.
I had the swiss burger (not sure that's the right name) and guys, this was the best burger I had. The bun was soft and delicious, the burger was juicy and tasted like a real beef burger the melted cheese was perfect the sauce inside was amazing. There is no need to add any ketchup or anything else to the burger, it is just perfect.
We also had sweet potato fries which was also delicious (22 shekels).
Prices are a bit too much maybe, if the burger does not include a drink or side dish for free.. burgers with cheese range between 54 to 58 shekels.
The bartender which was serving us was really nice, but was very busy, so there was not much interaction.
Atmosphere was nice, small place with small tables, always full of people!

Need some improvement in cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The previous (female) manager was very rude. I hope the new one will make it better, so I give him 4* instead of just 3*

I've visited 26 Hamburger Gourmet about 7 times over the last 6 years, and there has never been a time that I've been disappointed.
The burgers are in my opinion the best in Israel, no contest.
26 is better than Vitrina, Port 19, Mozes and others.
Not only is the food amazing, the service is always on the highest level, and the servers are super nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
My favorite burger is La Truffe, a beautiful combination of ingredients that together make a great burger.
2nd favorite is Dolce, a sweet and savory combination of apples and blue cheese.
The atmosphere is also amazing, great music and cozy vibes, it's always a great scene for hangouts, and the cocktails and drinks are tasty and give the right amount of buzz.
