7 underage people holding the restaurant and were playing instead of working, waited 20 minutes for a sandwich they starting preparing 20 minutes after i ordered, while there was only 2 other clients, didnt get my chips because i was going to miss my train. (i came to the restaurant 25 minutes in advance). total paid 75 shekels for a sandwich and a coke.

The chicken wings are a must try. Juicy and flavorful. My steak filet was cooked perfectly but lacked seasoning. It wasn't bad but nothing that would make me go back next time I'm in town. My buddies got a porterhouse because they didn't have the tomahawk and they LOVED it. One of them comes here every time he is in town for the wings and the tomahawk. The blondie drink was yummy buttttt had so much ice I couldn't completely enjoy it. Recommend they offer a larger size and less ice. Service was okay...it was not crowded (my party of 3) and another couple came later but the waiter seemed overwhelmed.

We came to celebrate our 2 year anniversary ❤ The atmosphere was very nice, didn't feel the other people at the other tables. The waitresses were very nice and handled everything without being summoned. The food was really good, and special. The meat was amazing.
Get ready to spend a lot of money, but this place is for special occasions indeed.

Fabulous burger, the green bean fries were such a great change of pace to regular fries. All reasonably priced. If someone is in the mood for a burger or sandwhich, I really can't imagine going anywhere else.
Nice place, relatively pricy, tasty, but it doesnt matter if you order Medium, medium well or well, its totally random :)
Great steak. Service was attentive and the waitress was friendly. Great meal! We started with the windows of entrecote and Caesar salad. We also had NY Steak and Fillet. Cooked perfectly.

I ordered a medium meat burger. First, the meat looked very burnt, and when i tasted it i could hardly chew it, i’m not even exaggerating. i dumped it in mayonnaise so that I wouldn’t taste how bad it was and i was very hungry. i even tried to cut it out by hand it felt like i was tearing up plastic, it was very old. First and last time i try this burger place.
I ordered for the first time with delivery, and called them to update my order and received a wonderful service and I highly recommend them. The Escobar burger was delicious.
Waiters were young but were trying their best, can’t say the same about the supervisor who was rude to us when there was confusion about the bill. Disappointed
Rubens' theme is hamburgers and more. They have a classic inexpensive burgers of various sizes, with single and double patties. (Remember "hold the pickle, hold the lettuce"?) Frankly, I have never one; I can't resist going for the upscale Concept burgers, of which there are ten configurations.
The concept burgers are double decker burger sandwiches. My favorite is the Multi-Story burger, with steamed corned beef in the second story. I like this burger because I love corned beef, and it has exactly the choice of add-ons I would select myself: stir-fried onions and cabbage and garlic aioli.
The concept burgers are a bit more expensive than the classic burgers. After all, they have more meat and are a bit more complex to prepare. Nevertheless, they are reasonably priced compared to other nice restaurants that don't have as wide a selection of burgers.
Yesterday, at the manager's recommendation, I skipped my burger in favor of Rubens' flagship meal, the Spare Rib platter, i love spare ribs, but didn't expect such a well done treat at a hamburger restaurant. The spare ribs are on the Grill/Plancha section of the menu. I'll have to take a closer look at that menu again.
The spare ribs are slow cooked overnight in a smoker. When you place your order, they are transferred to the oven and cooked some more, coated in a specialty barbecue sauce. This takes a while, so be prepared to wait about 20 minutes.
The meat is crispy and tasty, and comes easily off the bone. This is a great dish, if you don't mind a fattier cut of meat occasionally. It comes with green beans, a grilled potato, garlic slivers and some condiments. I passed on the potato to have those fries that I love.
I also love their crispy crunchy French fries. They make the fries from fresh potatoes in house, then coat them with two coatings to get the crisp and crunch before frying them.
No dessert necessary, just a beer from the tap. Highly recommended.

It never surprises me , as usual one of the best tasty food in tel aviv even for a small menu all of it is good with excellent service
We stopped at Hudon’s Brasserie for dinner after a long day in Tel Aviv swimming. I’d been really looking forward to trying this place based on reviews and it did not disappoint.

The hamburgers were dry, and the meat felt like it was frozen chips were OK very expensive price for what you get in return
They cook their burgers as you request it, which is usually not the case for other places in Israel. Also, happy hour (50% off) on alcohol after 10PM and late night deals after 11PM. Be warned, might be a bit noisy.

Better than average American diner. The "tower burger" is very good but a bit small when considering the name (and price). The french fries are cool - not sure if they better compared to the classical ones or not but unique to say the least. The service is fine and the design is cute. Overall, good expensive for a fair price.

Very nice place , I ate a deal-burger for 48 shekels and I enjoyed it very much.
The one bad thing was the service being very slow , it took 15 minutes for a waiter to give us a check but other then that I really liked the place.

As usual, typical rude Israelis. Service mad horrible. I had to beg for my sauces even the ones that was paid for but NO ONE spoke English. Yong bloke refuse to look me in the eye told me to put the sauce by myself? It was behind the counter?! In the end he chucked me ketchup and mayo on my tray after yelling to give me my sauces. Gave up and walked away. I refuse to deal with stupid.

Probably the best steakhouse in Israel for two decades in a row. While pricing is high in every possible standard, whether you're opting for prime cuts, for shabby dishes or just plain burgers and starters quality and consistency here never fail. Suitable for meat lovers who're willing to pay the premium for a well cared for cut of fine meat.

We were hoping to just grab a quick bite at Rubens for dinner. After we ordered, the waiter said he was happy to help us with anything. Around 25 minutes pass, and we ask the manager where our food is, and she said that the waiter told us there is a huge delay (which he never said). The restaurant was noisy and had very loud music constantly playing, so it wasn’t very enjoyable to relax while well trying to patiently wait for our food. After 45 minutes of waiting, the manager said the food will be out in seconds, but we simply asked for our daughters food to be put for takeaway since she was in a rush. Our food came out then, and we still had to wait another five minutes for hers. The manager initially was very apologetic and said we would get a free dessert and 50% off the bill, which we were appreciative of. However, after we finished eating, the bill only took 50% off one of the 60 shekel sandwiches and our free dessert was nowhere to be seen. The real shame is our food was delicious, but the poor service and lack of communication ultimately left a bad taste with us as we left.

We were seated inside, but next to the door to the promenade which was open for most of the time. It felt as if we're actually outside since the A/C was meaningless and smoke got in till the door was closed for longer periods of time. If it wasn't Friday night, we would have left then and there.

I was somewhat disappointed with the size of the market. Subjectively, it consists of 10 shops. Many prices are significantly (sometimes 40%) higher than in other Tel Aviv markets. In one or two shops where prices seem normal, there are queues of 15-20 people.
Impressively good burgers with vegan cheese in a seemingly unassuming location. Friendly staff, quick order delivery.

The diner inspired branch of the excellent seafood restaurant Goocha. I’ve ate here several times and all were great. I’d recommend the burgers though I didn’t take their pics :)

Highly recommend. I had the lunch special which was a cheeseburger with bacon cooked medium and it was perfect. The mashed potatoes were cooked great but lacked seasoning. I added salt and pepper and it was good to go. I also had the cheesecake that was sooooooo OMG good. I wanted to lick the plate but opted to restrain myself. Presentation and atmosphere were nice as well. If this is lunch I can only imagine how great dinner would be.

They need to level up their burgers to compete in Tel-Aviv. Loved the place in Rishin and we did have a good time sitting at the place and prices are reasonable, but the menu is too bland (barely changed from 10 years ago) and the burgers aren't delicious enough to make up for it.

Friendly yet slow service, dishes are decent in size and taste.
Vendors are extremely nice and hard-working. The whole area is always bust, especially on the weekends. Great stands with lots of options for food, drinks, snacks, desserts, everything. Cash and credit are accepted throughout all the stands. Grab a bite and sit in the sun in front of the ocean. Sometimes, there are artists who play music as well. Enjoy!

We wanted to go here to eat so we looked up on Google maps when it opens and it says at 21:30 we arrived at that time but the restaurant was already full and we needed to wait about 20 minutes until we could get a table (I think it opened before that time).

A completely adequate option for a sit-down meal. We experienced (generally good-natured but) almost comically bad service when last there: slow, forgetful, and with inaccurate billing. Previous occasional visits over the past decade or so have featured better service but similarly OK food.
Friendly staff, fast service, prices are avarage for that area. I got the Escobar burger and it was fantastic! I love that they ask how you want the pattie cooked, doesn't happen enough in Israel. I asked for a medium burger and it was juicy, good size and spicy to my liking. Highly recommended!

We ordered the double cheeseburger, and WOW it's huge! It's aprox 400 gr of meat. With the normal cheeseburger would have been enough haha

First, I would not call this restaurant a chophouse. The steaks were fantastic and fresh, like every bite was a piece of heaven in my mouth. The mashed potatoes rivaled my wife’s home made. The staff was very nice and friendly, between my horrible Hebrew, their English, and Google translate we had a great time. Kinda off the beaten path but worth the stop.
This place puts an emphasis on the meat, and it shows. You can either get a regular burger or a cheeseburger and they’re both great. Their fries are also some of the best I’ve had. It’s self service but we still managed to have a good experience with their service. Burgers are prepared quickly and all the small interactions with the staff were very positive.

Way too expensive and horrible service. We didn't get half of our order and were sent from worker to worker when we asked for the rest. Definetly not worth your money. I would have rather burned the money and scoured the thrashcans of tel aviv for food. DONT GO HERE.

Overall good! Steaks which are a bit pricey arrived cold which was disappointing. The burger was delicious and so was the ravioli. Service was absolutely on spot. Our waiter was adorable and even compensated us with an extra desert due to the stakes incident. The Belgian waffle with banana and salty caramel was a bomb!
The burger and sweet potato fries were good. Very amiable service and they followed my request not to add sugar to their spearmint-strawberry shake. The home fries were too sweet though.
Great place to visit in Tel Aviv. The old port transformed into a great shopping and dining area. On Fridays there is a fantastic market with fresh produce and ready to eat food. Lots of coffee shops and sitting areas in the old port area as well with activities for kids.
Order arrived a few minutes later than Wolt estimate.

Wowww ate there . Located in azrieli mall telaviv.. so tasty so delicious hamburger with fried potatoes and drink and various additional tastes as ketchup mainosee.. pesto ... all was good .. enjoyed very much .. clean place and welldone .... highly recommended...you all must go and eat there

Not good experience unfortunately. We ordered burgers and chicken wings. The burger meat was over cooked and not tasty. The chicken wings feels like they took out of the freezer and warmed up. Other than that the service feel very tired.

The service was friendly and accommodating, and the staff was very welcoming. There were more than enough items on the menu for all the "picky" eaters (vegetarians and kids), and each and every request was fulfilled. A very positive experience, and the food was good too!
Probably the best "normal" burger you can get in Israel. Amazing beef, perfect buns. The fries could have used a little bit more time in the fryer for an extra crisp.

Ordered a burger, when I got it it was with chilli sauce. I had to explain to them twice that chilli is spicey and I can't eat it, and didn't order it. Then I waited 15-20 minutes for them to switch it, while they just kept making the next orders in front of me and not making mine. When I told them why are they not getting started, all my friends have already finished their burgers, I need to get to Beer sheva and they didn't even started with the bun, they kept on not making it and had the nerve to tell me those customers are waiting too. So I had to cancel my order and had no longer time to eat.

Very tasty food we ordered an Asian salad and the Asado bruschetta was really delicious championship! Simple service is excellent, every second you ask with everything fine, bring toothpicks and wet wipes, and in general very nice! Great atmosphere and quiet music that you can have a conversation with. Very very worth it
The place was great before, with good VFM, but now every dish shrunk, prices went up and even the free bread for club membership was cancelled.

Great vibe on Fridays. Farmers come and sell their produce. Prices are slightly higher than regular but everything looks nice and fresh. Some of the places offer little tastes to sell their items. Also there’s a good variety of cafes and restaurants around to hang out after shopping. The worst thing here is the car park, you need to spend at least 15 minutes to find a parking spot for your car, so better to go by bike/scooter or bus.

One of the best hamburger restaurants in Israel. Great burgers, big choice of other food and also tasty.
Great place for a steak 🥩🥩🥩 keep in mind it can get very busy, reservation is very recommended. Small tip, when you reserve a place in advance you can also ask for specific steak cuts (that are sometimes out of stock..)
A good place for a cheap burger. The portobello mushroom is a good extra. But before you take the order be sure to ask for less than medium if you don't want your burger to be well done or burned-_-
The best burgers I made in Israel ! Fresh products and really tasty. It's a kosher restaurant so they don't mix meat and cheese. I know many ppl love this mix, but it's so good that we don't even think about it.

I came to this restaurant with high expectations, following many recommendations from various websites and friends. The place is overall nice, and the staff is nice. Prices are reasonable and there is a great variety of dishes available.

For the food - the burger is no more than okay, and arrived overcooked, when I specifically asked for "medium" - you could not spot raw red in the patty. In addition, 18 shekels for the amount of onion rings in the photo attached is outrageous, no matter how good they are.

Food was okay, but was over priced. The german beer from the tap was great. Kids meal was pricey and not very presentable. Could have included some kids coloring paper while waiting for the food. The jumbo shnitzel was fantastic, and also the sweet potato fries.
Can’t judge any place during rush hour. But me and my friend came here Sunday evening. Food was fantastic and the service was outstanding!

Great burgers, salads, and Schnitzel. I like this place the best of all the places on HaBarzel, though there are some that like Moses better. I like Moses OK too, but BBB is a cut above it. Cold beer on tap. Nothing Boutique. There is a Full bar, though I emptied the one of the 2 scotch bottled they had one night. Long story, and I didn't have to drive. Great deserts. Sit at the bar, and one of the super nice bartenders might offer you a nice shot of Irish to follow your meal.
