Good customer service and good quality of laptops really nice place l could recommend everyone to go there

Stay away from them. Kept my laptop for over a month without giving me a receipt or any document and kept delaying. Replaced my motherboard saying it was original which stopped working in 2 months. When I checked with another service provider I was told it is a fake one which is provided. I took it back to laptop specialist and the guy first asked me to pay 4K to repair the new motherboard he had put since warranty was over in a month. He kept asking me to pay him some home visit charges of 1500 pending from last time which he assumed was understood which is why he did not inform me about any such charge in advance and mentioned it only after all work was done. Then when I asked him to hand over the laptop which I will get fixed by someone else and went to pick it up he claimed to have fixed the laptop at no additional cost but I still paid another service provider and got my laptop checked. While I was taking the laptop from these guys he asked me to pay 1500 of pending home visitation charges from two months back. I had enough of it and I took my laptop and left. 4 guys followed me and extorted this amount from me which I was happy to pay them to get rid of these goons. I didn’t report them to the police since I didn’t have the time for it, but sharing this info for the welfare of other consumers.

I strongly advise against visiting this particular HP store and discourage purchasing HP products as well due to the disappointing after-sales service they provide. Unfortunately, customers have reported unsatisfactory experiences with this store, highlighting issues such as:

1) Lack of responsiveness and understanding: The store seems unresponsive to customers' needs and requests for specific replacement parts. Instead, they insist on diagnosing the device, even when the problem is clearly identified, resulting in additional service charges.

2) Unprofessional behavior: The front desk staff at the store seem to lack proper customer service training, leading to rude and arrogant behavior towards customers. This kind of attitude is not acceptable in any business setting.

3) Suspicious practices: There have been concerns raised by customers about the technicians being excessively profit-oriented, potentially recommending unnecessary service or repair work to generate additional charges.

These experiences are worrying, as they reflect poorly on HP as a brand and its commitment to providing quality customer support. As a result, it is understandable that potential customers might be discouraged from dealing with this store or purchasing HP products based on such feedback.

To the HP representative reading this, I must be candid in saying that the standard replies asking customers to contact your team to share their experiences often feel insincere, especially when there are already so many reported issues with customer experiences. So do not even bother giving your standard replies here asking to contact you guys to share the experience because if it did matter then so many problems with customer experience wouldn't exist to begin with.

I had given my MacBook to Laptop Specialist in the first week of May. It was working fine, until one day it wouldn't start up. The person-in-charge (Mandar) told me it will get fixed within a few days. I kept following up with him and after two months, multiple replacements of ICs and the battery. Eventually he didn't fix it and completely ruined the value of it. All other service centres have said you can't work on it anymore or else it will heat-up and not work. Now the resale of my MacBook Pro 2019 is gone down to 4k thanks to the Laptop Specialist. So I'd urge anyone planning to give their laptops here to think a hundred times and rather throw their laptops in the Mandovi then go through the anguish that I've been through.

I have recently visited hp to resolve a charging problem with my laptop, first they told me that there’s a problem with charging adapter so I bought a new charger even after that the issue wasn’t solved so they asked me to drop in the laptop for service which they charge 1000 rupees before the service first time seen in my life that people are being charged first before the resolvement, of which the executive who was handling my case said it will be resolved in just 1 day or the next. I didn’t got a call for 2 days, I got a call on the second day saying your laptops mother board is difused, I asked him the reason and solution , the executive was blank told me they don’t have a new motherboard which he didn’t checked with the stores also he is not at all revealing his name, he was dressed casually and denied any solution. I was a loyal customer of hp I had pen drives of hp one laptop 1 desktop of hp but hp broke my trust, I henceforth will never ever purchase any product from hp cuz of the selection of the staff they do destroying their reputation.
Also my laptop was in working condition just n hour before discharge, and the engineers and executives there just know how to rip off the money from people. I’ve never seen a customer care executive who doesn’t even tell his or her name but here they have a secret keeping executive, felt like laughing. Very very bad service. Trusted the originality but did a mistake

Horrible experience. During the time of buying these ppl will promise the moon but when you go for any repair they give excuses and are least bothered. Pls stay away from this place.The attitude of the sales women is pathetic to say the least. Service charge is high and they charge even if laptop is within warranty period so what’s the warranty then? These guys think they are doing you a favour.

I strongly discourage purchasing from this store. They failed to inform me about available offers for my laptop, and when I discovered them independently, the senior lady , whoever she is, at the front desk provided a rude and unhelpful response, stating they couldn't be bothered to explain the offers to every customer, due to which I faced an issue. When I reached out to them via email, they never responded, however on phone conversation they said they cannot do anything about it. When I asked for the same response in writing, they were not ready to send an email either. They are cunning enough to ensure there is no written evidence against them. Their behavior demonstrates a lack of professionalism, ethics, and customer service.

I gave it to laptop expert shop yesterday for dim display problem they told me board problem it will cost 3000rs Today when I went to pick up the laptop, they fixed my dim display issue and damaged the display, after giving dual display issue, they told me that it would cost Rs 7000 to change the display. I just gave 3000 rs to them not for laptop dim display problem but for damaging my laptop display.These people are scam artists... They will simply tell ur laptop has problems and ask to pay more than required.... No experienced IT people with very unprofessional work ethic. The people posting the 5 star reviews are the employees that work here.
My opinion is please don't go here for your valuable laptop repair😡

Very bad experience..I gave them my Asus laptop to replace GPU fan..they replaced it with new one..but now suddenly one day my laptop isn't even getting on.

Over the last few years I have purchased 2 laptops and 2 printers from HP. The laptops have given me good service but the printers have not. Staff and service at the Syscon office at Alfran Plaza is, quick, efficient and helpful. However service charges are very high.

I had to get my laptop's fan replaced about 3 weeks back. The onsite service provided by their technician, Mr. Nooruj Zaman, was prompt and he also gave some helpful tips to avoid the same problem in the future.

For the past year, Mandar has been my go to guy, be it laptop repair or workstation. laptop repair. For 2 weeks he overwrote the new BIOS, after that the video card stopped working (I point to the GPU cooler and say - it does not spin; he answers - maybe it will spin later)) (he did not backup the old firmware!). he said, the problem is in Windows and in 5 days he could not reinstall it. also dropped my laptop on the floor. incompetent. bad experience, do not recommend. money and time down the drain. I bought a programmer for 300r and did everything myself.

Laptop Expert is helped me a lot even though I amworking in Uttar Pradesh (UP) state, suddenly got windows update problem in my laptop. We gave our touch screen Asus laptop to them for repair minor reapair. They took months and made it worst that it's not repairable anymore. Now them and @Asus are saying it was out of warranty and they can't do anything about it. My question is why did they accept to repair the laptop if it was out of warranty and they weren't capable to repair it? I would advise anyone reading my review to stay away from this shop because they are a scam!

I have visited this service centre 3 times in a span of 3 weeks. Got Asus 5z phone repaired after being dead. They did servicing and replaced battery. Phone battery kept discharging in less than 10-11 hours after repairs. So filed a complaint. Service centre readily replaced the battery again saying that replaced battery may have been faulty. After this phone battery started draining in 4-5 hours and dead in < 5days. Not even charging. Note the phone battery discharges even on Airplane mode/even switched off mode. Now Service Centre as well as Asus support agree to quote phone cost repairs (claiming issue may be with motherboard) but I haven't heard from them for more than a week now. Totally disappointed with Asus.

I had a very good experience. Mandar was able to bring my 2015 Macbook Pro back to life. The machine had data that was extremely important to me. I mailed the laptop from Mumbai to goa. Mandar gave me a quick diagnosis and the laptop was repaired and brought back to good as new condition.

I took my laptop to repair at this place and was met with a quiet, but sure expertise of the Computer Tech Sufiyan. He diagnosed and fixed the issue on the same day. I would definitely recommend this place.

I came for a broken hinch which Sufiyan offered to fix for rs 6000. He also suggested to clean the laptop from inside. I agreed, but when I got home I noticed my left speaker was broken as well as the fan, showing a fan malfunction error each time I started my laptop. I got it fixed again somewhere else (the fan, not the speaker, that's permanently broken), but never heard from Sufiyan again.

Oooof. Very dodgy place. Was quoted ₹9500 for a new motherboard. Picked up the laptop the next day and the staff member wrote the bill and I watched him awkwardly keep his finger over the final amount as he was writing it. ₹12500. And it wasn't even a new motherboard - it was the same motherboard just with old parts from a different laptop soldered on. He was hiding the price AS HE WAS WRITING IT. Why you embarrassed, Pooja?

The manager said that ALL the laptops in the Panjim area come through him to be fixed. Sounds like the premise for a true crime Netflix docuseries or something.

I managed to talk him down to the price I was quoted, but he made up some excuse that he has a family to feed. Dude, you literally just told me proudly you had a laptop repair Empire. Don't give me that. AND this wasn't a brand new motherboard, this was tiny bits from a someone else's motherboard.

If you want to get cheated out of your money, this is a wonderfully shady place. If you want, however, to get a professional job done and feel secure that your laptop will be as safe as your hard-earned money... Avoid all laptop repair shops in Panjim. I don't know, try Switzerland - it's cheaper.

Mobile service is worst in quality.

I given a android phone for changing display, he fixed a unsuitable display (Rs. 2800/-), which was projecting above the actual phone. After a lots of argument also, he did not accept his fault and he was convincing me to adjust with that by using a cover.

Because of the projecting glass display outside the phone, a corner was damaged in few days by simply touching in wall.

I visited this service center (named as 'realme') and asked him to repair it.
He asked Rs. 2800/- and told that it will come again like earlier only (extended display). I demanded that it was because of his mistake, so asked for replacement. Without any responds (ignorance), he was moving outside and asked me to come out for closing of shop.

When I tried to take a video of his response, angrily he came to hit my phone and told that he will break this phone too.

I can sure, these people don't know the works properly.

Helpful and good service

Promise to come in the morning and come at 4 in the evening. Repaired the computer, and next day same error. Again have to wait for the whole day to get it fixed. Everytime you call, they say reachin in 10 mins.
