This mart is really soo huge and it contains everything like dress , utensils, readymade foods, cleaning items, etc..in very affordable price ❤️ just go and visit👍
You get good discounts on groceries and clothes. There are lesser brand options and quality is decent for the price. There is parking space and the staffs are good.

It's a very big store with a lot of products available, they're very much affordable and most of the products we bought from Vishal are good. They've always kept their promise of pay less.
Will for sure suggest looking at this shop if you're looking for budget products.
Their home needs products are very good but would not be going here for groceries and clothes.
Clothes and groceries are a huge let down and they're not up to the mark.

You can get the clothes at a reasonable price but it is very difficult to find the perfect size. Clothes arrangement is not good because customers use to keep the clothes anywhere.

Most pathetic guards ever seen, They don't care about customers, Shopping trolleys were stuck on the entry gate, when asked for a trolley they didn't even respond, how a person is supposed to do shopping without a trolley

Visited today to buy some clothes, post billing they mentioned they need 20rps in cash for carry bag, i had 100 since they didn't have change they didn't give me bag and handed me piles of clothes in my hands. Lack of understanding of customer needs is just pathetic. It's also weird how they only accept cash for carry bag if that's the case they should make a formal notice so customer are well aware of it prior, they wouldn't be stranded with items with nothing to carry.
I visit this place mostly for the 99 rs tshirts. Price wise compared to online much cheaper. But the brand is something still I didn't get it. Means the brands in the shelves there never heard of it. Or only seen in Vishal marts. Might be due to the vishalmart structure and their own production or something. Anyway for me it's good till now. I'm a regular customer here.

Good for daily needy stuff. Everything is available below the one roof. This outlet of vishal mega mart is situated at Indiranagar. Big 4 floor outlet and with full of stuffs. All variety of materials are available, good collection of dresses also only quantity is not so much good as i feel in terms of clothes. Otherwise best place to get everything like utensils,home decor, food items, clothes,electrical item daily needy item’s everything is available at very affordable price . Clean and Staffs r also good nature.

1 - They are best at avoiding global warming, by simply not using ACs. All the time I visited I have never seen mall having its cooling at a pleasant range. Just after stepping outside we feel relaxed with outside conditions.
2 - every time I visit this place I am surprised with a new arrangement of the sections. I don't know why they are regularly changing the arrangements (just an addition into our frustration).
3 - Staff is very friendly, they don't let you understand if they are at work or at the garden doing some leisure stuff. They will be roaming here and there while talking on mobiles, or playing games. You will have to wait till they notice you.
4 - There are a number of billing counters here, but you have to bet, from which counter you're gonna get your billing done. Most of them are just not working (Obviously after calling them separately to get it done.)
5 - The amazingly fresh(not really) vegetable section, has many varieties. They take a lot of care that the items are simply untouched. Many vegetables and fruits are so not fresh, one will simply throw them in a bin.
6 - Many of the stock are near to their expiry dates. And the sections do not have proper tags to show offers and other information. You will have to carry them to billing and check. (Dmart has more friendly offers). Once I had bought a fortune besan pack without checking date, it was expired 2 weeks ago. Later got it replaced. They are nice and will do a replacement( not refund 🤬).

One of the worst reliance smart I have ever visited. They don't have proper price tags on the shelves and the every time I visit there always been some issue with price. Such a shame, I tried escalating it to their staff and the manager but seems like no one cares. If possible plz avoid visiting this store.
I purchased a Lakme sunscreen which later I got to know it was already opened, as I went to return/replace the product, even after showing all the photos and videos after purchase, they refused to co-operate saying they can't do it.
Absolutely disappointed after purchasing a branded product having such cost, they did not provide the least support by giving reasons like it is a new market launch, etc

Mall is good ,there is discrepancy in staff training I think manager is doing his duty very lightly staff are roaming here n there .although offers are there but still no costumers in such big mall .I visit every Wednesday..I do most of my shopping there to avoid overcrowded place dmart and to get benefits of discount

The staff was extremely rude to me today. It is always short staffed and the manager was not there in store. The lady who checks the billing was very rude and wasn’t ready to return my product which was sold under false information. This is extremely unsatisfactory and disgusting.
Even while leaving she said it wasn’t my fault. There wasn’t even a marker for the feedback form.

Visited store after a couple of months.ample items under one roof.thats a plus point.apart from that,the visiywas horrible.Maybe it's time of stock clearance or whatever the reason,you will be surrounded by the salesperson and will hover and ask you again and again.lastly you will feel irritated as iam today.

The best place to get affordable home decor, cutlery, cushions, pillows, sheets, bottles everything. The discounts are really good and it usually gets very crowded on evenings and weekends. Lots of space to park cars and two wheelers. There’s only one lift so movement of trolley might be a bit delayed
I had come with family to mega mart in Silkboard today and i experience well behaved staff and display of products are very good and i also seen the decoration for sankranti festival which looks nice and i felt very good frankly speaking i felt i'm in my native place where there decorate like it and my children had taken few photos too

Offers are not mentioned properly. When asked about this to manager he gives excuses. Offers are written in very small font no one is able to read it properly and tags are mismatched.

Very good centre for your daily needs and other kind of stuff like.. clothes, electronic, footwear, electric items...etc., but there is some maintenance lacking
Prices are ok for some products. A few electrical items are there batteries and extension boards with ok prices but new brands. I did find plastic storage very cheap same with travel and suit cases. You can get backpacks at 1000 or so.. water heating kettle at 500 but brand is tandem…liked the single 5 amps socket with 4 power points…

Good collection but the ventilation here is very bad you will feel suffocation. The billing counter will always be crowded but still they keep one or two counters closed. If we are looking for a product which we liked we have to wait for ages.

Whenever i visit my Nani house this is my fav place for everyday shopping 🛒. Nearest metro station is Najafgarh. Very spacious place. They have the best kurta collection.

Extremely disorganised, chaotic billing experience.. excessive mountains of inventory lying around with no place to put it.. unpleasant experience .. they need to get organised and get trained on customer centricity..Not worth it at all!!

Reliance is really good brand but staff are really pathetic. They never care for customer as if customer are begger. There pricing policy is really pathetic. You may pick up some item from rack and price on shelf will be always different from there system. Store Manager is arrogant and bogus coz he never trained there staff how to behave. Think twice to visit this store. I think if Reliance management should check.
Management is worse. They don't open all counters even if there are a lot of customers waiting for hours for bills at a few open counters. The manager doesn't even look out of his cabin in these situations and there is no complaint box as well. They just have one white board with the pen which is not working, so anyone can't write any feedback there too.
It is the only mart to get daily needs in this area. Their security staff is very rude and unprofessional. They should check all visitors with respect. They must behave with them humbly and as an honest person, so as not to treat them as a thief.

They have huge dedicated parking in the basement of Mall wherein while entering you need to pay ₹ 30.00 against parking don't keep that parking slip in your Car carry it to Mall and it will be adjusted with your final bills ultimately parking is free in short.

Vishal mega mart is friendly shopping place for everyone. We love to do shopping here. You have bike parking space here but i didn't see car parking area but i am not sure about it. Vishal mega mart has variety of dress material and all are in good quality. Prices also cheap and best-selling. You can buy some home needs as well. You can find trolley here to carriage. Cash, card and online payment also available counters.

Very careless staff, we were asking for billing and there were almost no people in row and everyone keep asking to each other to do the bill. They were having announcement for home delivery and avoid the long line and heavy stuff so we ask for home delivery they said you order from online we will not do it. I asked for store manager and guess what surprisingly there were no store manager the huge store was running by no one. Then i got furious so one of them called the supervisor who was absent . When I explained that it is one of the facility of being realice customer then finally he agreed but he asked to me take out all the veggies and dairy item because he wasn’t sure when he will be delivering and guess i still haven’t received my order. Now i will book a cab to pick my order which will again cost me 200 bucks. After being reputated company they know they have customer base so they are free to treat people that way.

This Reliance is quite humongous. You'll have to pay ₹10 parking fee which can be refunded if you shop there for ₹200 or more otherwise your parking fee remains parking fee. The parking is huge which comprises of two levels. The store has groceries, electronics and fashion sections. Groceries does not have much attractive offers but you get a minimum 7% off on whatever you buy. Fashion and Electronics are on the second floor which have varities of offers and discounts. There's also a Gym and Jio store here. There are also many small independent shops such as a Salon, Mehendi, Gift artifacts, etc. counters or shop which are supposedly on rent. Quite than, fasten your seatbelts to visit Reliance !

Such pricing is very common in reliance store though it happens only with 1-2 items on a given day , MRP is less than their selling price . Be Aware whenever you buying any items. no body does any verification on MRP and their selling price.
Awesome place to buy everything, yeah everything you will get here whether clothes, groceries, toys, novels, tgere is also reliance digital and footwear where are really nice collections..... Also every Wednesday has discounts in almost every product in grocery also everything you will get here is less than mrp of the product so do take a visit....:)
Well it is the only option if you are in 500m radius ... It's always short staffed ... The collection is very limited the SKUs are very limited ... They really don't care if they are running low of something they easy manipulate stock to push one brand over the other .. the prices are reasonable considering gurgaon
Not the justified way of replacing bio degradable bags. Difficult to purchase grains of over 2kgs and so much of non biodegradable tape plastic on the paper is making this bad for environment.
This is what they mean to say is a smart mart but don't really fall for it. It's good place to shop for groceries if you are aware of what you are buying and it's quality. Most of the stuff here listed at high discounts is close to expiry date or almost expired, so you have to buy everything looking at its expiry date, otherwise it's good on regular deals and non discounted off the shelf products which definitely a huge collection making it kind of a one stop grocery store.
I loved the range of products they have to offer. Downside would be not as much discounts as DMart which is near by. But,I liked this place better. You asked for it and it's there. I couldn't find lot of products in DMart. Staff is polite, professional and well informed. You anything to any section guy, he'll know whereabouts of products.
Huge shopping floor plate well laid out and ever evolving, the place presents a plethora of options to choose from a variety of daily need and grocery items. Fresh vegetables and fruits is an added attraction. Recently the place has been expanded and new items and sections have been added offering additional items to choose from.

The flooring really needs urgent attention. The tiles are damaged at many points and gets very difficult to manage the trolley on such uneven surface.
