Good place to visit for shopping. Helpful staff. Good amount of clothes available for men as well women. No sale was available right now.

purchased Samsonite from other state. The issue was of sttiching. I aproached this centre. They resolve my problem immidiatly with welcome service. I reccomed to everyone to visit this store for the best after sales service. They also have very nice variety of SAMSONITE suitcase
Specially I came from Australia after 6 years and i want to specifically say that amazing service and bags also ,the entire environment and 3 years warranty worldwide of their suitcases. Must visit guys .
Shoppersstop is the best place to buy handbags because of its large selection of handbags, which includes a variety of brands, designs, and materials to suit every taste.
It's an excellent one stop shop due to sheer size and relaxed ambience.. of course you miss the convenience of the larger mall experience but there are no complaints.... difficult to come out without picking up something!
The management is trying to dupe customers by instructing their staff to mislead patrons using particular statements. No wonder people are turning to online shopping, due to poor shopping experience in such stores. Charged us for parking and did not even reimburse despite us being members.
The place is fine, u get good stuff but the staff is very creepy and unprofessional, they will stare at customers and laugh on them from the corner. I have noticed this in my visit to the mall the other day. The sales person are not friendly they will not help the client or be genuine with them but they would rather be adamant on what they want to sell to the client instead of listening to them. Laughing at the customers is very very unprofessional and not acceptable.

I had the most wonderful experience at this restaurant! The ambiance was delightful, creating the perfect setting for a fantastic meal. The menu offered a diverse range of dishes that catered to various tastes, and the quality of the food was exceptional.

The revamped Shoppers Stop has reopened after a while and remains a really good one stop shop for clothes, home, etc. the outside building will take some time to get developed fully.

I had both good and bad experiences here. 1. Good first. I had lost a credit advice for stuff that was returned earlier. I decided to go to the help desk and to my delight the issue was resolved to my satisfaction despite it being almost end of the day for all involved. Great customer service and kudos!! 2. Not so great: Earlier while shopping for my shoes and accessories on the 4th floor- I had to constantly draw the attention of the salesman - firstly there was no attendant and secondly when some one was called, he didn't look to be too enthused. Both experiences in a matter of a couple of hours!! Hope it was an exception...

One of the best shopping centres. They have amazing offers. Also the collection of clothes is amazing. On the ground floor there are perfume racks and makeup stalls of many companies. Then on the second floor you get to buy men's clothing which includes shorts, suits, blazers, t-shirts, jeans etc. Then on the second floor you can get women's clothing and on the last floor you can buy shoes, travelling bags and home accessories

I have been a patron since the inception of the first store in the early 90s. But sad to say the brand seems to be deteriorating day by day. The quality as well as variety is no longer what it used to be. The customer service is pathetic to say the least. I shopped for some men's formal wear and the trousers needed stitching at the lower edge. It did not even need any cutting or alteration in length as we needed the full length as is. There was no customer waiting at customer service, yet the customer service executive at the desk said it will take "few hours" for it to be done. I suggested that I can wait and get it done as it is not feasible for me to wait for few hours and I can definitely not come back to collect the same later. But this executive Priyanka was quite rude and said it cannot be done as they have "many pending ones". I pointed out that noone else was anyway waiting there and what I needed is at most a 10 min job. But she refused.

This shoppers stop outlet is very small as compared to the inorbit malad one. Also parking is valet type, but they park the car nearby construction site and my car was full of cement dust. Pay ₹100 for valet parking and then get your car washed due to cement dust.
This store, this brand Shoppers Stop is getting worse and pathetic day after day! They just DON'T care it seems. Untrained stupid staff, pathetic and careless clumsy cashiers and horrible services. Why haven't they shut down yet I fail to understand!

They were a great help for us in 11th hour. We locked our suitcase just before leaving for airport and number lock got messed up. We reached to them in 15 mins and they resolved our issue in less than 5 mins. Highly professional and cordial staff. The owner is very soft spoken and we are impressed by their service.

A very genuine store for Samsonite and american tourister suitcases and bags. They are very polite in their interaction and take time and effort in educating the client. Their recommendations are very genuine they will consider your needs and suggest what ever ever is best for you. Even if they do not have stock they will arrange it and if possible even deliver it.

recently visited Shopper Stop in Bangalore and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The store is located in a convenient location and was easy to find using Google Maps. The layout of the store made it easy to navigate and find the products I was looking for.

The store had a good mix of international and local brands, and I found that the prices were very competitive. The store was well-organized and the staff were helpful and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and help me find what I needed.

Visited the Men's Wear section on the first floor. Shoppers Stop has some good designs and patterns for Mens Wear but they are so overpriced. If they do not reduce their prices or opt for Sales promotions for their products, they are going to lose out to Online buying business websites.

Spare yourself some time and don’t go to this store. No network in the entire store, ruins the entire Shopping experience if one has to come outside the mall to even send a message. Brands are limited, no accessories, no home store. It used to Be really good but not anymore.

Shocking experience of a INR 22000 bill made and absolutely no discount / offer / not even free membership given, but asked to pay another 4500 for the membership and avail further benefits only after being a member.

I visited on March 18th to get my laptop bag zipper replaced as it had started opening under slight pressure.
Mr Dan Singh Thakur listened patiently and checked the bag and the zipper . He took some time and handed over the bag rectifying the problem.
He was extremely kind to explain the problem and how it got corrected.
I asked for how much the repair costs and I was surprised that nothing was charged. Mr Thakur requested a revisit for any further purchase committing the best price.
Highly recommend this place for the pure pleasure of being served right.

The store is absolutely MASSIVE and is very beautifully designed. It's a one stop location for all your clothing needs which have almost all the brands you need in under one roof. But beware its very expensive, even though everything is high quality and great some brands are extremely expensive and can really cost a lot of money just for a shirt or a pant. But regarding everything else it's a very good store with friendly staff in almost every section that you can talk to for your needs.

I have been a regular visitor to this place. Always we get a large variety of collection for all. Nice stuff for men this time both for formal and sports wear. For women and girls the collection of And and cover story brand was new and refreshing. Didn't got much for kids girls collection.

This shop is one of the best shop for standard garments, travel and cosmetic accessories. One may have to take some time to visit multiple brands and find your prefered cloth and range. As you may find different ranges and offers. Another good stuff is you can reimburse the parking fee if you are purchasing any item. I liked the parking space as all are on the ground and easy to park, more importantly it is fixed prise and not increases with time unlike other mall where parking charges are increased with time.

Shoppers stop Andheri is a great shopping destination. The place is very well maintained and quite spacious and therefore you'll never feel the crowd. Ground floor consists of perfumes, watches, makeup items etc. Top floors contains clothes for men and women. They also have a floor for shoes, ties, wallets etc. They cater to a lot of brands and offer mouthwatering discounts during sale period. They have adequate change rooms, so you don't have to wait in long queues. There is also a small section of Cafe Coffee day. Parking is available here. Must visit place for shoppers.

A good place for shopping of course and the best part it has CCD inside it on the first or the second floor and a book store or crossword not sure and a good place to advertise your brand there.. Like the picture you can see of the stairs.. Shoppers stop promoting them self.. And the picture of the girl i took her picture as i find it interesting.. It was during Halloween. She did her make-up again a good strategy to sell their product. The staff was really good and cooperative.
