Extremely Disappointing Service Experience
I am compelled to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your medical store. Today, I called seeking urgent delivery of medicines due to severe pain. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
Despite being only 5 minutes away from my location, I waited for 20 minutes without any update. When I inquired, I was informed that it would take a whole hour. In a situation where every minute matters, this lack of timely communication and prolonged wait time was disheartening.
I urge you to consider the urgency of medical needs and improve your communication process to ensure a more compassionate and efficient service for customers in distress.

Staffs are very good. They deliver medicine at your house.

Ajay medical shop in Noida Lal Market is a worst medical shop in Noida . The staff seemed indifferent to customers' needs. I bought a medicine and wanted to return it ,as the doctor changed the medicine but inspite of telling the date of invoice the staff refused to adjust the bill with the new medicine saying “we do not give cash”. The license of such medicine owners must be evoked . They are exploiting the customers.

Very bad experience i ordered medicine for myself as I was in bad health and these guys staff of gaur city Apollo is really bad. Initially they said from 12 o clock to 2 pm you ll get medicine.
Later on they increase time till 4 pm.
On top of that they are into bad behaviour

This is licensed medicine store in Arun Vihar Noida an initiative of Govt of India to provide generic affordable medicines which are less than the branded medicine. These are chain of stores now almost part of Delhi and Noida as I have seen rest you can find on Google for your area and city.
Prince Kumar, Manager at 14th Avenue store, Greater noida is a brash and crude man. He misbehaved with me repeatedly on call while I was trying to reason with him. I spoke to Apollo customer care as well but they were sweet and understanding. But Prince was shouting on top of his voice and talking to me very badly by even saying "Abe chal, 200 customer dekhe h roz". Please refrain from ordering from this store even if it's super urgent since they are not at all helpful or courteous.

Hopeless staff except one. I called them and they noted my order, address and mobile number. After 30 minutes when I reminded them of the order, they asked me to repeat my orders. This has happened at least 3 times. Last 12 months they have degraded their service.received call from aditya from appolo on 1 aug. He was supporting enough and promised me that such things will not happen again. Good to see prompt action from appolo.
They have a good stock of medicines and a very quick delivery service in neighbourhood. The staff is very good and polite. No matter what the circumstances, they always deliver medicine timely.
I called apollo pharmacy with the meds name and also messaged over the whatsapp. To confirm I called them two times. First time they said, they'll check the message and second time they said, they are very busy and will see if they can deliver and hung up the call right away.
The person who calls to pharmacy is in need of meds and its an essential item, not luxurious item.
Secondly, even if you are busy or not atleast attend the person who is calling out of urgency. Also confirm if you can send the meds or not. With such response, I am not sure if they'll even deliver the meds or not

This is a generic store authentication from the Government . They have medication at a very reasonable rate and are generic . They also arrange medicines according to your requirement. I would definitely recommend in case you want medication . They also have oils, and multivitamins

Pls don't trust them..we bought 1200rs. Medicine from them. Out of which one was completely unused and when I called them to return it they said I have to go to their shop in mahagun as they have to match batch no. I agreed and then when I went there, he kept on checking the medicine batch no. And when he came to know that it was correct he said this cannot be returned due to corona. I left the medicine at his shop and just in 1min corona gone and he kept the medicine inside, he just didn't want to refund...better to go to authorised medical stores with professional staff..refrain buying from fraudulent like these..
