This is one of the best places to spend your time. We have visited the place more than 4 times, it is such a fun place to engage yourself.
Be it for a date night, friends night or a family night, they have the perfect game to enjoy your time.
They have a wide range of board games to play and you can choose the games depending on your preferred criteria.
The food is also great there, reasonable price and very tasty, especially the dragon fried rice.
The staff are amazing ♥️ I just love the way they explained the games and the rapport they build with us, be it to clarify a doubt or regarding the food, they are there for you. A big kudos to the whole team and their effort to make the place friendly, fun and entertaining.

Had an amazing time visiting Board 4 bored while visiting Bengaluru from the United States.
We talked about games I normally enjoy playing and then made a game recommendation. Their game instruction was very good and they remained available to answer any game play questions the whole time. The area isn't particularly spacious, but it's ample enough for 5 to 10 children to play together comfortably. Additionally, we have dedicated helpers on hand to support and facilitate their playtime.
Wonderful place for kids and parents to hangout . My daughter had so much fun 🤩 They assign an attendant to each kid so you don’t need to keep an eye on the kids all the time. Clean and hygienic. Though the cost per hour has now increased to ₹1000 which is a bit on higher side, guess they could optimise it.
The lady at the reception is very rude. She even don't bother about the kids. Too much professional. Waste of money and time. Not recommended at all.

What a really nice place to chill and play games. Sooo many games that you need more than few hours to play. Food was pretty okay, prices are perfect. Staff is really helpful and chill. Definitely gonna visit again.

Wonderful place, we organised The birthday party of our daughters and there were a lot of children as well as adults who attended all the children’s enjoyed each and every ride as well as imaginative play sessions and kept on asking for more time to play. There are a lot of similar such set ups available across the city but the integration of imaginatively generic play with a comfortable venue for conducting get together and parties makes this place stand out. Add to that really delicious food and pleasant and affable support staff. Keerthi and Navin a shout out for your wonderful Entrepreneneurial and contributive journey. My girls are already looking forward to their next visit!!!!
We came in with two kids, and the ground floor play zones felt like a mosquito breeding zone. Looks like the place is not being maintained like before. The housekeeping staff did help us to get rid of a few mosquitoes but they were too many of them:(

Had a great experience at play area by Essex the staff is exceptional and gives good attention to all details for kids as well as parents tagging along, Bhupender sharma attended us very nicely and helped us have a great time with his attention to customers and humble behaviour.
We did our kids birthday here and I want to thank for the amazing services they provided to us. Food was amazing, the manager Manoj took care of everything and ensured each of our guest is well served. Best part of this place is the project play area that kids enjoyed and was a highlight of our party. Even a wonderful experience with the panelled photographer who did a great job and ensured each guest is covered . Overall a great experience and a perfect venue for kids parties.

Fun melon is my child's favorite hangout place. She loves ot so much. A perfect place for moms as well. They serve yummiest and fresh food. Totally worth it.
Wonderfully managed play area. It has something for all age groups, from toddlers to adults. Its spread over 3 floors, smaller kids can play in the first two floors while the older ones can enjoy in the gaming zone. One thing that needs a special mention is the level of hygiene maintained inside the premises, everything was just spick & span and exceeds expectations from all perspectives. The Staff is attentive & helpful, attends kids promptly with a smile. They are a bit strict on the rules part but I feel strictness is necessary too. Would definitely keep visiting.
Update on 2nd visit - this time we went as a family (3). Loved the games suggested by the staff. Fun time for 2hrs.

It’s an Amazing place for kids. The place is very hygienic and staffs are well trained.Variety of games are the main attraction and they have good cafeteria for having healthy foods. My baby likes this place very much.
We had a lovely experience as we booked Kids Down Town for her daughter's 7th Birthday party, it was amazing experience, the best Fun zone in west delhi for Birthday parties, Ambience is so good and libvelyand the entire Staff is so courteous and efficent specially Vijeta ma'am and the owner of Kids Down Town, Food and games wax too good. Mommies and kids had lot of fun. Look forward to do more parties here with kids..
Special thanks to Kids Downtown for organising such a wonderful trip. All the students of our school enjoyed all the activities, games and play area. The arrangement was just perfect with caring staff and good hospitality. The food served to the teachers and students was delicious. Will definitely look forward to more of such endeavours in future.
Neatly maintained and variety of activities. Rope course is must try for above 5 years kids. 500Rs per hour slightly higher price. Panting area can be improved little additional panting stand and painting brushes.

What a fantastic experience here at my son's birthday. Staff polite, cooperative, active, interactive with good food and wonderful arrangements at all stations.. Absolute value for money!
After viewing so many reviews finally I decide to visit this place with my son but to be honest there is no positive response we get from front desk.
Slides are not very comfortable even no such extra activity very basic set up they have even staff is not corporative they are not involved with child to help them and guide them how to play. They just sit with there staff.
My suggestions if they provide this type of service to their clients then they should reduce the price from 500 RS per hour to 350 RS then it will work.

We recently celebrate our child birthday and we are very happy with the services and how they manage kids. Its safe for kids, there girls take care of the kids and engage them in different activities during the whole time. Kids enjoyed a lot and so as we enjoyed. Highly recommended. Only thing is there food is not very good. Pasta and chole are very mild in flavours. Rest we liked the place.
It was good experience for my kid... I don't find much there. Expected better service as mentioned in the reviews. Staff do not care to extend help. We were struggling to start and understand some games.
Best place to go with toddlers and children till 12 years of age. We celebrated our baby's first birthday here and the facilities available are superb. The staffs are friendly. Three floors of various facilities are available from the make and believe and blocks and various other activities like painting, tattoos on the first floor to ball pool, rides on the second floor and at the end arcade section for bigger kids on the third floor. They also have 2 restaurants one of small capacity of about 30 people to one above of almost 50 people capacity.

They were ready to reimburse the amount instead of asking the people from previous slot to leave the place. Absolute chaos and mismanagement.

Recently I've celebrated my 7 year daughter's birthday at Kids Downtown...It was a good experience for our family. Amazing play area for kids, food was tasty, nice decoration, staff was friendly, everything was well arranged and managed. They've also given us half an hour extra besides the time slot given to us and also gave a gift to our child with 1 hour play time coupon which we can avail within one month.

I enrolled my son in toddle town and he's been attending for more than 6 months now. The teaching here is really good... Teachers are very patient, caring, polite and their way with my son is friendly and encouraging. They give individual attention to each of the kids, understand them and teach accordingly.
They have reading, rhymes sessions, free play and activities, everyday to keep kids occupied and active.
I can see tremendous difference in my son in comparison with his before- school self. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to put their kids in preschool. Big thumbs up to the toddle town team.

Eating time is generally nowhere chargeable. They can write down the time of entry n exit from the cafe on the playing zone card n should actually separate this time n not incude this time in the "playing-time"

Stayed for 2 nights. Comfortable & homely stay. excellent facilities for birthday/ wedding parties & even friends/ family get-together. ambience is very nice. Large hall on first floor, banquet hall in basement but rooftop is the icing on the cake. The food is tasty. The owners are sweetest persons, all smiles & very gentle.

The day of the party was perfect, the place was spick and span, AC was switched on before itself and it was cool. They even gave us a room to keep our valuables and kids to change clothes. The party hall was clean and the person helped my decorators to do the deco in hall and never said no for anything.
We had about 23 kids and all of them enjoyed playing in the play area it was full of noise and kids had a gala time. The food was very good and all the kids and their parents appreciated the taste and the way they were served. Food was neither spicy not bland the cooking was perfect.
My girls throughly enjoyed the party and was sad to leave the place at 9.30 pm after everyone left.

I loved the ambience, cleanliness and management of FunMaster. It's really easy to reach as it's on main road, well connected with nearby localities like, Dwarka, Janakpuri, Harinagar, Jail Road, Fateh Nagar, Janakpuri metro station. The place offer ample parking space, so no issues in parking 20-25 cars. A fun and activity filled place for kids. I celebrated birthday party here last evening and everyone especially kids enjoyed a lot. The owner of the place is awesome. 👌👌👌

A Very Basic play area. Good for toddlers aged between 2-4 years. Those aged 4 and above might find it boring. The place is priced at Rs 500 which is not a problem but very poor maintenance. In Summers ACs dont work and during my visit i find foul smell almost everywhere.

My kids liked the place, both of them very happy, they allow only a couple of people at specific time so was not crowded. Staff is always there to manage and support kids. My daughter wants me to take her again!!

I would call this the BEST play area in the entire Chennai City. It is the most engaging play area a Child can enjoy. Feels like the child goes to a totally different world and never wants to come out of it. The place is well sanitized and follows all safety precautions. It is very well maintained as well. The ground floor starts with a Bus stop, traffic signal, zebra crossing, a fire station, a circling slide, police station with jail, a salon, a super market, a kitchen, a car garage, a construction site and a small palace. The first floor has a ball pit, a role course, a play room and a DIY arts and crafts place and the top floor is a party call which can accomodate close to 50 ppl and has a quite big terrace space as well. The staffs are very friendly and will help you. The restrooms are very neat and well maintained as well. On the whole, as mentioned above the BEST play area in the whole Chennai City!!

Good for kids upto 5 and a half. Spacious and neat. They have some good concepts like kids kitchen, ball pool etc..prior booking is mandatory they do not appreciate walkins and go strictly by slots. Very strict with the timings and duration. Can be tried once.

But just contrary to my expections of my experiment, the experience was superbly good , much beyond expectations.
No doubt, half the battle was won by the 3500 square feet big playarea but rest was by the owner Ms.Amrit .
The playarea is beautifully designed and can cater to children from 18 months to 16 years and even beyond if you like video games.
Each and every child and adult , irrespective of the age-group had a great time sharing smiles with their young ones and friends over scrumptious food and beverages.
They even had pretend play to add learning to fun.
The concept of a colourful train in the party area to attract kids to sit for a while and eat is a masterstroke.
And icing on the cake, is the owner, Ms. Amrit who instead of relaxing in her office was on the toes throughout supervising each and every thing herself along with her staff.
