Kids Downtown

We had a lovely experience as we booked Kids Down Town for her daughter's 7th Birthday party, it was amazing experience, the best Fun zone in west delhi for Birthday parties, Ambience is so good and libvelyand the entire Staff is so courteous and efficent specially Vijeta ma'am and the owner of Kids Down Town, Food and games wax too good. Mommies and kids had lot of fun. Look forward to do more parties here with kids..

Special thanks to Kids Downtown for organising such a wonderful trip. All the students of our school enjoyed all the activities, games and play area. The arrangement was just perfect with caring staff and good hospitality. The food served to the teachers and students was delicious. Will definitely look forward to more of such endeavours in future.

What a fantastic experience here at my son's birthday. Staff polite, cooperative, active, interactive with good food and wonderful arrangements at all stations.. Absolute value for money!

We recently celebrate our child birthday and we are very happy with the services and how they manage kids. Its safe for kids, there girls take care of the kids and engage them in different activities during the whole time. Kids enjoyed a lot and so as we enjoyed. Highly recommended. Only thing is there food is not very good. Pasta and chole are very mild in flavours. Rest we liked the place.

It is a very good place to celebrate birthdays. Ambience is good and safe for kids.

The only thing I did not like about it - the party timings mentioned in the invite was 5 to 7:30pm. I called my guests at 5pm sharp. But when I reached the venue, the party of previous slot was still going on. It was such a chaos. My guests started coming in and people from the previous slot were still having their meals. It was embarrassing for us and we fought with the authorities. Their response was unbelievable. They were ready to reimburse the amount instead of asking the people from previous slot to leave the place. Absolute chaos and mismanagement.
Secondly, parking is another issue as it is located in the main market.
It was good that they compensated the timings and allowed us to stay till 8pm instead of 7:30pm.

But I think you should be careful in the future. When the party area is booked for guests for a particular timing, you should ensure that it is ready for the guests before they arrive.

Recently I've celebrated my 7 year daughter's birthday at Kids Downtown...It was a good experience for our family. Amazing play area for kids, food was tasty, nice decoration, staff was friendly, everything was well arranged and managed. They've also given us half an hour extra besides the time slot given to us and also gave a gift to our child with 1 hour play time coupon which we can avail within one month.
Overall all the services were appreciable and we had a great time.
