Very bad experience. I bought 3 clothes on their app on 30th sept and everytime i open the app to see the dispatch date it keeps changing. At first it was given 12th October. Then it changed to 18th October. Then it changed to 19th October. Then again it changed to 27th October. Again it changed to 30th October. Now it's freaking showing 2nd November. I'm pretty sure it'll keep changing. I'm trying to contact these guys and they don't respond to your emails or calls. I reached out to them via Instagram as well and they don't respond there also. They have lots of time to put stories son insta but don't have time to respond to your DMs. Even after knowing they have bad reviews they still don't freaking care about it or anyone. This is the worst website or app I have ever come across. I would rather shop on Amazon, ajio or Myntra. SSS IS THE WORST!!!!!
Had ordered CYPRUS DRESS RUST size L on 18th September and the dress arrived on 8th October and it was totally not worth it 🙄🥴🤢 dress was stained, quality was third grade and the slit was way higher than shown in the picture. These guys don't even have refund policy. It's almost like a scam app coz you can't get in touch with customer care or raise a query regarding your order. Can't cancel the product and can only exchange or return and buy something else with the paid money. It was extremely a bad experience. I returned the dress and bought heels from the voucher money. Heels are good and feels like it can snap in any minute. Horrible experience altogether
The packaging was a bit sloppy and the box the accessories were put in was cracked but otherwise the products were nice and the delivery was made earlier then my previous order deliveries 😸 So I'm happy
I have been a regular at lifestyle and so far purchased from the lakme and sugar section but today i tried the Maybelline section and the staff positioned there were utterly rude and disinterested. I asked for my shade for the foundation they denied to tell me the shade also. This is the very first time i experienced such denial from any makeup brand outlet. Disappointed.

Good place to Shop for multiple things but mostly for clothes. As they have various brands so it becomes easy to try and compare clothes. They have sales person in every counter who are very helpful.

There is a need to work on the management of trial rooms on the first floor. Entrances to them are very narrow. Display items are placed close to those trial rooms, which can fell if queue outside trial rooms go big.
This is such a worst place to buy products, just today itself I bought a monkey and giraffe statue and the price tag written on it was different, and on the bill too it was different. The price I asked from salesperson was also different. So , it should be corrected keep persons who know about tag and also tags should be correct. it should be reported to the authorities

Don't go there for shopping I have purchase jockey underwear and i have a size issue we have purchase 2 underwear and I have going there just for exchange 1 underwear as we not conformable for this.. and they ask we cannot replace undergarments and no one ask to me when we purchase this.. seriously latterly harassment in life style.. no one hiring experience sales man.. and there are one sales man LOKESH this man was not good because his language is very rudely how to talk to customer..

I visited the store at express avenue and I found the experience totally disappointing
They don’t value customer and their time
Billing counters and overflowing with people still they have only 2 counters wit stafff whole rest of counters are closed
On a Sunday when crowd is expected they work like this.

Coupons and offer prices are not applied correctly. I had 20 % offer coupon for Birthday month. But, it was applied 20 % for few items and 10 % for another items.
Worst experience. They don’t even know that the magnetic tag needs to be removed from items. I had to come back specially for this on my own expense. The packing of clothes at the check out counter was pathetic, all clothes were packed in crumbled condition, not even folded properly. Shows all the signs of carelessness and insensitivity towards customers. Please improve, lifestyle. Not expected from a chain like you.

I have never seen such a worst service ever. They do not refund the deduct the amount at the time of refund in name of courier fee from us and even then they do not refund the amount just give coupon which you can spend on them. Good collection of clothes but staff are rude and billing line cue is long but staff are not taking action and wait time is 45 mins just for billing.
Pathetic staff at Trial room today. Every time I go to trail room a different staff standing and asking multiple questions to me and my kid before entering and exiting the trail room. They talked rudely with my son as he was carrying small bag for his snacks. My question to them is why don't they issue token and collect the bags at the entrance if they feel so unsafe or doubtful about customers. Second time the other staff said , you have to carry the token displaying number of cloths you are carrying inside.. Third time the staff was asking that are you going to buy all of these cloths ..I did not get what that mean. Lastly when i went after i got my trouser altered again they started asking some rubbish questions. there is no consistency, and every staff has their own ways and rules of working .Very poorly managed staff and store. They don't know what they are doing.
Loved this store. A vast variety of trendy articles available here, staff is courteous and quick responsive, Edge membership program is mind-blowing, we don't have to wait in queue because of the Edge membership, but on weekends you'll find a long queue on the billing desk.

Maybelline staff is not at all professional. When u get such staff in front of u who is watching here and there continuously communicating in sign language with other staff that’s absolutely not acceptable. As there’s many other brands selling things. Hopefully last visit in lifestyle. Would recommend others to avoid buying maybelline stuff from here.

It's a big multi storey store inside the DLF Mall of India. One can get all sort of garments, clothing accessories, beauty products under one roof. Most of the brands products are available here when searching for cosmetics and perfumes. Employees are helpful and polite in helping the customers. Clothes are of latest fashion. Merchandise is good and the ambience is perfect.

I ordered 3 products in my regular size S. The products I received were not fitting me well due to less stretchablity, so I got them exchanged for next size. I received them in 15 days, and was feeling so good and beautiful about all products. The fabric quality has been really good. I am happy shopping at SSS. 💞. But plz upgrade your delivery procedures, they too long.
Good overall variety and options but not much good deals. They must work towards giving good deals to attract good regular customers. Also earlier membership expiry and expiring points related alerts don't come so customers loose points.

Various brands available with lifestyle's home brands- Code, Being human, Ginger, Only, Enamor, Triumph, Jockey, etc. Only 2 trial rooms for women's inner wear, that's the only drawback. Home centre is also inside the Lifestyle store, which has great choices in home decor, interior, kitchen etc. Clothing plus home decor, amazing one stop destination 😀
Store is good. But there is problem with upi payment as internet is an issue specifically in the store. U have to pay either cash or by card. So if u not carrying enough cash or card u will be disappointed. I have faced the same issue of upi payment 2 times in a year

Decent store to buy clothes at decent pricing. Cons is takes a lot of time as it's usually crowded everytime. Billing too takes too much time. Limited options for Plus size(both men and women). Shoes collection at best if average as no known brands but their in house brands only. Rest one can shop here on a budget.
Worst service I ever had at store in seasons mall. People working at cash counter doesn’t have sense to speak with the customer. I will ask my friends and family not to visit this place any more. Pathetic service.
There was a problem with the card machine while making a transaction. The money has been debited from my account but did not show up on their transactions. I did not want to be billed again. Hence returned the items and asked for a refund. The service staff said it would be returned to my account in an hr or two which has not happened. This is a problem between the bank and your store. Why should a customer have to go through a loss ?

Here a lots of garments are available but the employee not at all helpful. Everyone is chatting own story and it looks like employee love park. Every male employee has a female companion. Holding hands and talking their personal story. It is just like employees lovers park. My honest suggestion to lifestyle express Avenue chennai is to layoff 90% of their employees since I can see this shop can run with 10% of employee since the remaining 90% employees are getting salary for not working.

You will get Shirt, T Shirt, Shorts, Socks, Shoes, Perfume, Belt, Bag, suitcase, Lingerie and many more items of various Brands here. Staff members are very cooperative and helpful. Card payment is accepted here. Price is comparatively reasonable.

We had liked a particular dress and since the size was not available, the staff pushed us to order from the online store, its been more than 2 weeks and no track of what happened to the delivery nor is anyone picking up the helpline call from one week. Totally frustrating experience and loss of money!
