I ordered a Stanley mug worth ₹8,000 from Hypefly a month ago, and there have been no updates regarding the shipping. I tried contacting their help desk, which is the only way to reach them, but I haven't received any response to my emails. Please be cautious when ordering from them.

I recently visited the Bata Showroom in Worli and was thoroughly impressed with the vast collection of stylish and comfortable footwear. The staff were courteous, helpful, and ensured I found the perfect shoes
After accepting my order, they informed me that it would take much longer than expected and offered a refund. However, they took over 10 days to process it and kept lying about the refund being initiated. Despite my persistent communication via Instagram DM, they refused to provide a screenshot of the refund and never shared a contact number, making the process extremely inconvenient. Their communication was very laid-back and unprofessional once the payment was made. In the end, they wasted 15 days of my time. Overall, a horrible and disappointing experience!!

I have my shoes to repair . Those guys took almost 3 months to return and took the whole amount in the day they took my shoes and completely ruined my Aldo shoes ! Do not buy from them do not repair shoes there

I did not say anything then, then she offered me to check for different colors I did requested her to show me a different color
She never came back and started assisting different clients
I do not expect such kind of services from a big brand like yours highly disappointed with the way you handle clients!

They asked for photos of shoes from each side on whatsapp. Did everything according to their requirements and got the return request approved. Days later they mail stating that they have received dirty shoe. You guys have done the same with so many of your customers. I read through the reviews and people have experienced the same horrible service from you guys. Why scam? At least provide with a decent service. My experience with Hype Fly was frustratingly awful. I ordered shoes with express delivery, but after 14 days, they hadn’t even been shipped. I had to cancel my order and get the same shoes from another store that delivered in just 3 days. To make matters worse, the express shipping fee wasn’t refunded despite the massive delay. The store might have good kicks, but if you value timely delivery and a basic decent service, don’t waste your time here, there are many reputed sneaker stores that will give you a better experience.
I strongly advise against ordering from this sneaker store. Their customer support is completely unhelpful—they don't respond to emails, and contacting them is a waste of time. It's clear they only care about making money, not about their customers. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Very bad condition of the box when received. Packaging is very poor. Had paid for a gift wrap and note but nothing arrived.
Reliable place for custom dance shoes. I was unable to visit the store. So, the owner gave step by step instructions to take proper measuments and share on whatsapp and I got perfect pair of custom dancing shoes couriered at home.

Best experience they have the best prices authentic items only and I personally vouch for the best customer service! When you visit the store ask for the basketball! It’s definitely a crazy surprise!
I am having a bad experience buying a handbag from superkicks. They don't seem to have any co-ordination with shipping giant bluedart which is full of lies and unable to provide any solid update on my package. Atleast I am no more gonna visit back superkicks in near future and will make sure none of my friends or family use it either to avoid such headache in future.

My experience with High on Kicks has been incredibly disappointing. I was assured that my sneakers would be delivered within 2-3 days, but it has now been 6 days with no sign of my order. To make matters worse, the executive named Rahul, who was supposed to assist me, has been completely unresponsive to my calls and emails. This lack of communication and delay in delivery is unacceptable. I expected a lot more professionalism and reliability from High on Kicks. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience.

The store is small and understaffed, had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to a salesman, even though there were only 2 other customers. The salesmen are rude (possibly overworked) and don't disclose their return policy at the time of purchase. When I walked into the store, the two salesmen who were there, were taking selfies and ignored me until I prompted them to help me. Unprofessional. I recommend using their online store, as the prices will be accurate and their policies are transparent, unlike in the physical store. Terrible customer service.
Excellent staff...co operative. Varieties of foot wear from children's,ladies and gents foot wear. Sandals, flooters, Leather shoes, Rugue leather shoes, Hush puppies are the best in terms of comfort of cushion and good leather quality. They offer timely sales and for regular registered customers you can get some discount.
Shah shoes made and couriered a pair of jazz shoes for us. It was perfectly made, fitted well, and reached us on time for the event. Their service is also excellent…they stayed in touch until we received the shoes.

Pathetic service, they told me size not available so will do home delivery. So I placed order and they dint informed me that porter charger I need to pay. From inorbit to chincholi bunder they charged 250 rs. Never buy from this shop
My formal shoe got torn within 7 wear days. The price was more than thrice of reputed companies like bata.
The shop is too small and cramped for a Multinational Brand. They are short of staff and there is just 1 mini stool for sitting and trying shoes out. Local Indian brands have larger and better stores near the same location.

The transparency to do business is great and the customer service for sure was awesome. Recently they had a 20% off sale and I picked up an expensive pair of shoes. However the MRP for the the shoe on the website was not updated and lower by about Rs. 1000. This kind of upset me and I wrote to them and also spoke the store manger. Their Branch Manager responded to calls post working hour and got all resolutions possible and a no question asked refund.
Khalid was very helpful and knows how to build a customer relation stronger.
I will for sure be going back to buy with Regal and I appreciate the way they understand customer problems.

Horrible they will show you the size of your foot but will deliver different size it’s der habit now … too bad service all footwear I bought are with some or the other defect. They don’t even exchange. With me size issue happened twice and quality issue each and every time. Be careful before buying from this store

The road side stalls beside the shop have better customer service and product quality. Bookmaker's products are brand new while you are purchasing but when something goes wrong with the product they say it's old stock, hence the material of the footwear expired. Not at all worth the price.

The store didn't have all varieties and size. It was not adequately stocked. Also the old collection for women were very good, new collection is very expensive and very limited. We understand that post covid things have changed but crocs should consider launching something in office formals. Office going people also need classy rain wear.. open slippers can not be worn in office.

Superb collection and owsom experience
Right beside Andheri Station West Bus Depot, this shop has some good variety of shoes. Be it heels, slippers, sandals or men’s casual & formal shoes, this relatively small shop has it all. Women’s shoes are pretty affordable and good designs available. The staff is also very polite and friendly. They are very interested to show you different styles so shopping in this store is a pleasure.
Purchased flip flops a year back. Just in year it broke , not just the glue came out but it snapped too.. showed it to an experienced cobbler. His answer was cheap eva Material being used. If one is buying a branded product from an authorised shop they are being cheated by selling duplicate product. Really unhappy. This is where the brand name is tarnished.

Probably the worst place to buy shoes from. No reliability. No sense of respect, of how to tackle or talk to customers. No credibility at all. I bought crocs, worth 4000, and before leaving I told them that if the size doesn't match, I'll get it exchanged the other day. They agreed to it. The new wear that I purchasedf was 3500. They weren't ready at all to return the 500 rupees ! Had it been told to us previously only then we would've reconsidered it, instead they kept forcing us to buy their products saying that they can't refund any amount. So if I bought something else and the total sums up to 470, still they won't refund 30 ! That is ridiculous. There's no written law stating the same. The behaviour and reluctancy of the manager to help us out with the issue has really let me down. The behaviour, the bizzare rule and overall experience was bad. Will never recommend anyone else.

The contact details mentioned on Google are correct so rest assured. The prices are reasonable for custom made shoes also they make them in great time of 2 weeks. Not at all a responsible brand! If you get your footwear and if for any reasons it breaks...the brand is not going to exchange it even when in warranty period..also the repair works is soo slow...it takes 60 days to repair your footwear and post repair..it can again break in 2 days...after which you have to again keep them with the store for 2 long months! Bata is soooo damn good...they just give you a new pair if your footwear breaks within the warranty period!

There are a very few places in India where you can get custom made shoes for salsa, jazz, tango and other dances. This tiny shop is one if them and one of the best.
