They dont even let us know if its closed, just went there on Wednesday at 10 am for cylinder and they are LOCKED and on Google its says its OPEN & CLOSES 5 PM..Dont make people suffer for your unexpected closedowns...

I only called twice with a geniune inquiry for a new LPG connection, the reason for a second call was incomplete information on first and at the end of the call i overheard a person uttering to co-worker 'Jeev Khavpa phone Karta'. With such rudely behaviour you should be well gauged to understand the level of customer service.

Taking charges 100Rs for replacement of gasket of cylinder which is found faulty. Gasket is not of good qualities are customers fault? Why are u applying charges for its replacement?
It's ok if you are first in Q.. otherwise you have to bear with the time.... luckily the xerox is next door....and i don't know the 2 wheeler....so plan your day, try to come in time for your new gas connection....only 2 staff to handle your paper work... both were efficient in performing their duties....good instructions followed from staff...

Most unhelpful staff. Uninformative and rude
Canteen serves nice food. R. O water is also available. Location is quite far so bus will only take you to the main road so you may have to walk 1km up to plant. The best option to reach is get to the bus up to verna and from there find bike taxi (pilot) to reach plant.

Quick service. Just moved to Goa from Bangalore. One visit and the company takes care of all services including delivery of cylinder the next day.
The staff members are sincere and customer friendly. I got a new LPG gas connection very smoothly without any difficulty. Thanks a lot to Saligao staff.
I have transferred my connection from Talkar to Kavlekar gas agency. Gentleman who sits in the last cubical was very helpful, transfer were done in 15 mins if you have all the required documents. Good job
