Save your service are at they very low
The shuttle bus picking up passengers arrived with all the seats dump of water.
The careless reply of your operator was ‘Sir it rained”
This is only one of the evidence of the state of abandon you are managing the airport
You are totally uncapable of managing your asset and providing basic services
Workers are also totally demotivated and when asked they point the fingers on the scandalous company management
Avoid at all costs.

Je suis vraiment déçu de cette compagnie, mes bagages ont été forcés détruits et voler mes objets sans vergogne, puis je m'adresse à leur agence au lieu de mener une enquête afin de me rembourser ils ont préféré décliner toute responsabilité et nier le fait, le retard, le vole ,le désordre tout désagrément est à leur honneur.
Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie,

We had baggage queries and found the Business offices instead. All baggage queries are handled at the Airport.
I am giving these stars only because I am Lebanese. But the employee is never, ever, not appropriate to answer calls. It is really bad. She speaks in an offensive manner. I hope the office pays attention to these matters. The employee is very provocative. She interrupts me and claims that she speaks English and does not understand anything. She just wants to talk and scream, which is shameful.

Imagine you have a connected flight and for some reason(I bet because of Ryanair) the first airline is unable to register your luggage to your final destination. Ok, after landing you are going to the Ryanair desk and ask them for help. Ok! €55 for check-in (because it is less than 2 hours left before your flight!) and €59(the first airline took almost 1.5x less) for the luggage! My flight is cheaper than that! They even broke my bag that I bought right before the flight

Had to leave my luggage behind in Milan, because else I would have missed a connecting flight due to RyanAir delay. Overall an appalling experience. Flight was delayed big time, but Ryanair gate agents still have the guts to do a money grab by having people pay extra for slightly too large luggage. As I run to the plane, no one noticed from Ryanair that the doors to the platform had been closed. When arriving at the plane, my luggage wasn’t allowed in the plane. Which I really needed to have a chance of still catching my connecting flight. I get into the plane, I immediately see 4 spots where my bag would have fitted. Arriving at Milan, the cabin crew opened the doors, but we were waiting 15 minutes for a bus to arrive. Eliminating any chance of catching my connecting flight including my luggage, because that was in the cargo hold. So had to leave my luggage behind. Thank you Ryanair (not)!

Ryanair und Malpensa!
Beide sind unfähig. Der Check in bei Ryanair hat beinahe 2 Stunden gedauert und danach wurde dreist behauptet, ICH wäre zu spät... Egal, der Flug war sowieso 3 Stunden verspätet.
Generell hatte ich bei Ryanair noch nie einen Flug, der pünktlich war.
Ich war jetzt 2 mal bei Malpensa und hatte 2 mal nur Probleme.

The worst airline in the world!!! Will never fly with them again. Will lie to you in any opportunity and try to charge you for 1 mm bag over. Disgusting behaviour. Never had this experience with any other airline. Just plain disgusting.

If i could give zero stars i would.

Poor and pathetic. Worst airline I've ever travelled with. My wife and I have travelled the world, and this bunch are the worst. Two times they completely ignored us during service.

The most pathetic airline . They charged us £600 for our cabin size baggages, which other airline allow you to take in cabin, they dont allow you and make money like that
they charge you for food for drinks everything, they knows how to play with passengers and how to earn money . Staff was rude too not helping at all . I would never suggest anyone to fly in this rubbish airline. Will neverever fly in this airline.

I can’t proceed to online check in because I booked the flight through a travel agency and the charged me extra 55€. I was trying to verify my id through Ryanair app and it was a failure. When I mentioned this to Ryanair employees at the airport they simply said they will charge me because I booked it through a third part Even tho the problem with the check in was because of the verification failure on their app and website. 9 hours before the flight I was trying to do it online and they didn’t let me. This is a well camouflaged sc@m to make you pay extra money. If I wanted to pay all this money I would book with a better company from the first place. This was the last time I travel with them for real

Too bad, there is no rating that is less than one star. I tested positive for Covid a few days before I was to fly from Milan to Malaga. I needed to speak with a live human being about canceling my reservation, but … every number I called was either inoperable or disconnected. There are Ryanair offices in Milan, but they don’t even post their hours open on Google! Apparently, the last thing they want is to interact with their own customers! The business seems like a scam. You make the mistake of booking a flight with them and if something changes, they just take your money and leave you high and dry. I will never fly with this miserable airline again. I’d rather poke myself in the eye with a sharp stick….

There was an incredibly long queue to the Ryanair countertop at the airport, so I didn't get in time to the couter to drop off my checked baggage. Therefor I couldn't fly with bought flight and they charged me 100 EUR for transferring me to the next flight. Flying with this low-cost airline is very expensive. Not anymore.

This office no longer exists in the given address. Verified it in person. The office got closed two years ago. There is no physical office anywhere in Milan except for the airport in Malpensa.

I had an issue with a ticket that I purchased through a website and Omar Air office was the only one able to help me. This is how a customer service should work. I spoke with Anna and she was amazing: clear and efficient. I am very grateful.

I encourage everyone to book their flights directly with this airline and never through a third-party website.

I say about low cost All Ryanair I think the same. I have flight from Israel to Bucharest Romania I understand it low cost but new 737 800 without single monitor I see first time in 20 years. Have 20 dollar pay for extra leg room A1 near the entrance. I have water on me and my things. Chairs like 5 cm my back was screaming. No electricity on board in 2021 end December 28. Last time I use low cost it just was only options and cost with places and baggage 20kg and simple things to eat more when 100 dollars and don't by with Kiwi if you still want low cost after I publish. Buy directly. Kiwi.com check republic take 52 GBP for some places I buy directly from airline. Thieves !

Segnalazione parcheggi inesistente, all'interno dell'aeroporto non un cane a cui chiedere informazioni, solo in una cosa eccellono i prezzi esosi per 22 minuti di parcheggio €. 14.00 per non riuscire nemmeno a parlare con qualcuno.
Excessive bureaucracy and poor service describe the office well, the clerk was helpful though. Better come with cash.

Oman Air has literally stole millions of euros from its customers. Like thousands of other passengers, my return flight was cancelled by Oman Air in March 2020 and I had to fly with a different airline to be able to come back home. Since then, it's a dialogue of the deaf. They don't answer emails, over the phone their rude employees with limited English have a robotic speech "please send an email to our refund team" but everytime I did so, I received either no answer or automatic ones "we will get back to you within 2 weeks"... Their strategy is obvious: make the customers giving up and keep their money. Customers should gather together and sue them to get their money back.

Very fast and helpful staff..people should use there services as it provides direct flights to India and with more luggage than other flights.
Do not recommend.
It is the worst airline company I have ever traveled. Personal is not polite and they used to leave passengers behind, closing the gate before specified time even if you had another flight operated by them.
