The restaurant is far away from the Chaos of Venice famous Grand canal and famous Realto Bridge and that's what I preferred. When you are tired walking whole day and with all the tours, this restaurant is best to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The food was superb, amazing flavors and great Nimbu Soda. The staff and the service was absolutely great! Mr. Deepak Yadav was helpful, kind and good.

Absolutely delicious Indian food with indoor seating or seating by the canal. I've eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants and this is really top-notch. Highly recommended.

Located just a short walk from our Airbnb, this gem of a restaurant had excellent ratings, which initially drew us in. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated to fantastic service that was both attentive and heartfelt.

It's probably the best Indian food around. Not staying long enough to test then all, but we were really impressed by the quality of the food. Everything is packed with flavor and feels authentic. Staff are really nive and carefully and goes above beyond. We were able to order or food in French.

The food was great and the service too. Good to see a genuine Halal restaurant in Venice. We ordered the Karahi chicken, butter chicken, Gobi aloo and dhal tadhka, and all were good ( the karahi was amazing ). Btw, make a reservation, as it gets pretty busy and you may have to wait a while.

Came here because the reviews were really good and it didn’t disappoint. The food was a bit pricy but I think that’s how all Venice restaurants are. The butter chicken was great and had lots of flavor. The chicken seekh kabob was a bit dry so it was hard to eat. Overall I would recommend stopping by for authentic Indian/Pakistani food in Venice.
The smell of spices lured us in from the street. The food, wine and fine service provided an excellent experience.
One of the best food I ever had. The owner and the chief was specially kind and very caring with us. The place is very charming. The food was incredible. If you don’t taste it, you’ll regret it for sure !

I asked the Italian speaking server recommended a dry red wine for me and it was really good.

What an absolutely memorable experience! Everything was stellar! Indian and Italian fusion like nothing we've ever imagined. My husband and I walked by this restaurant after another could not accommodate us for the evening. And I'm so glad we happened upon this amazing spot.

This would be a 2.5. The aloo tikki was awesome. So was the butter chicken. But the was about it. The garlic chicken tikka was average. The dry chicken had the chicken feeling chewy. The garlic naan was too thick. I have never had naan done badly. But guess there is always a first time! We sat outdoors. The service was okay, nothing spectacular about it. They charged a cover charge of pounds 3 per person which was on the higher side compared to most restaurants in Italy. The average is 2 pounds.
I normally never eat at a restaurant more than once on a vacation so I can visit as many as possible. I ended up eating here three times on our visit to assisi. The food and the atmosphere and staff are amazing.
My first time visiting Italy with my family in the Mestre area. I love this Indian restaurant, everything we have tried was amazing. I am happy my hotel was walking distance to this restaurant, we ate all 6 nights we stayed here.

This restaurant provides traditional Italian foods and fusion of Indian foods. The owner lady is very kind and fluent of speaking English, so we didn't have any trouble to choose what I want to eat.
Gnokki with truffle was savory and talliatelle alla ragu was also good! For antipasto, I recommend salmosa, which looks like pallapel, but it made me feel taste of Indian cusine.
Overall, I was really impressed by the enthusiasm of the owner lady and great taste of all the dishes!

Made a quick stop here before my trip to Venice. The staff was very nice and welcoming! The meat is halal as well and the food was good! Close to the station too.
Real nice place for a quick Indian/Asian bite. Folks are very friendly and courteous. We started with an appetizer the first night, then went back again the next day for a different appetizer, and then went back again for a packed lunch for our train ride. Nice, tasty and right priced food.

The food is ok, but the hygiene is poor. The chicken with rice we ordered was pre-cooked and microwaved when we arrived, which didn't affect the taste though. There are other Halal restaurants in the area, and I only came here because of a false claim it was the only one. The bathroom did not have tissues nor water.
Delicious Indian food for a reasonable price. Our waiter was also really friendly. We went her because my mother in law wanted to eat halal, so that's difficult to find in Italian restaurants.

The food came even after 20 mins from that point and that too wasn’t good and was very very less in quantity. The garlic naan was too dry. We also ordered Chicken Biryani which was NOT biryani by any means but yellow coloured rice with bland chicken.
The ambience of the place isn’t that good as well. Overall a place to be missed at all costs.

I was craving for some Indian food after travelling for 10 days. We ordered food from this place and it was really delicious.
When in Assisi do not miss this place. All of the other 5 star ratings speak to all true aspects of the wonderful environment that is this restaurant. The energy of the place is peaceful, the food exemplar of precision and expertise. The chef and wait staff warm and welcoming. Chicken marsala, amazing. Whenever I'm in Assisi I will be found here.
Excellent Indian food at a great price and fast service. We were really missing the depth of flavour in Indian food, which is truly unparalleled. The rajma masala here was super tasty and pairs well with the jeera (zira) rice.

An exceptional restaurant. We often visit this outstanding Indian restaurant. Beautiful ambience, excellent food and good service, friendly staff make this restaurant interesting. From the first moment we were satisfied with the service because they deliver the ingredients of the finest authentic and quality Indian cuisine, they have highly qualified and passionate chefs with incomparable Indian culinary skills and knowledge. After many trips to India, we can safely say that their cuisine is authentic. Not only is the food exceptional, but the service is at an extremely high level. Well done. We started with an appetizer of Kathi Roll (Chicken), Punjabi Samosa and Paneer Pakora. Then we continued with Tandoori/Grill and the inevitable Chicken Curries, namely Malai Tikka, Chicken Tikka Masala (roasted marinated chicken chunks in a spiced sauce), Shahi Chicken Korma, Jhinga curry ( Prawn curry ), and my favorite Palak Paneer, Butter chicken ( Curry made from chicken with a spiced tomato and butter sauce ), all these exceptional dishes with Cheese Naan, seasonal salad and excellent desserts Gulab Jamun and Kheer (Rice and milk cream with saffron and dry fruit). All praises to the chef. We are always satisfied with everything .
Food was good when you are dining here. The takeaway was not good at all. They had good options for vegetarians and can be made extra spicy if customer wants. We had bad experience of not getting taxi here. The restaurant tried few times and gave up. They closed the restaurant and we were forced to come out looking for taxi. Indian hospitality went for a toss with this experience but we survived getting help from an Italian local guy. Overall place is ok for Indian food.

Food was decent and we enjoyed having a good dinner from Namaste Indian Restaurant during our trip to Venice. They have very limited dishes ,but it covers the important Indian cuisines. Rates are in medium range and quantity also not much sufficient for 2 persons. It is very near to the main train and bus stations as well.
I was here in December-2021, Bhai Jaan, the owner of the shop was very supportive and he provided delicious sweets at reasonable price. He usually charges in cash but as I am Indian he accepted the transaction by card.
Satisfied my craving for Indian food after 2 weeks of eating Italian cuisine. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food felt homemade and comforting. There is no air conditioning, so it was a little stuffy on a hot day, but they have fans. Like most places in Italy, there is a cover charge of 2 euros per person for dining in. Thanks for great service and food!
Been travelling for a while and started craving Bangladeshi food. Best rasgulla I’ve ever had, and the workers were so so so nice and welcoming. Authentic, fresh and delicious! Highly recommend

Good food and great ambience. If you are craving for some good Indian cuisine while in Venice this is a great place to visit. Lot of vegeterian options. Appetizers were great along with main dishes. Ample seating space inside
The food here is excellent and the cost is pretty low. We got 6 samosas, galebis, 2 offers of paya (best payas I've had in awhile), 5 Rotis (fresh rotis that he had just made), channa chole and some mithai. I can honestly say it's been awhile since I've had such good, clean, simplistic food.
An absolute amazing experience. Food was delicious and the staff was very warm, welcoming and made all efforts to make us comfortable and also entertained our custom orders. Pleasantly surprised, the flavors of food reminded me of Indian authentic food after quite a while. Very reasonable prices. A must visit for Indian food and hospitality. Mr Taj made his impression with his quick and friendly service. Masala Chai was perfect. Will visit again when possible.

Food price is very low and is high quality. The guy is super quick, concentrates on serving customers and doesn't care much about making money. Must visit place.
Bangla misti ghor ( Bangla sweet house) is located in piazza mercato in marghera and is the only one sweet house that prepare southasian sweets. here you can find all type of sweets from pakistan, bangladesh and india. They are also offering all king of asian cooked food at veru resonable prices. In general bangla misti Ghor is famous for Rash malaye and Shingara samomsa though their paratha nashta is also amazing. the owenr munawar is very kind and polite person .
I had Rosogulla, amazing is the one word. In my 33 years of having dessert in the Indian subcontinent, this one truly stands out. Must try, without a doubt. The shop manager (owner?) is very friendly and great to talk to.

Most authentic Indian/Bengali food I've had in Europe. I was pleasantly surprised to discover them, a refreshing change from the usual disappointment at upscale restaurants. No pretension, good homely food.
Food was AMAZING! Especially the Kebab, it was nicely seasoned. I like the fried chicken as well but the chili sauce made it taste even better. The staff was so courteous and polite. The place was clean. I can’t wait to go back again
Kebab was really delicious and for good price, the bigger one for 4,90€. Place was clean and stuff nice but in the kebabberia were strange people with no food, they were sitting there and listening to music. I didnt feel safe.
