Que triste que maltraten a sus empleados frente a los clientes, si van a tener juntas váyanse a un espacio privado, me quitaron las ganas de comprar algo, al ver al chico llorando humillado. No abusen de la necesidad de la gente, por cierto el acomodo de la tienda estaba hecho un asco.
Empleados súper groseros y mal encerados. Siempre están platicando entre ellos y tirando veneno para sus compañeros. Resulta que ya tienes q hacer su trabajo, como colgar la ropa o doblarla cuando en teoría es parte del servicio. Todo está tirado. Siempre te contestan de malas. Y si vas a recoger algo se tardan horas buscando. La atención es nefasta! Nunca te ayudan a buscar, te avientan las cosas. Me tocó que le estaban contando el tiempo a una chava en el probador, q no se podía tardar mucho y eran como las 5. Que ma servicio tienen

Terrible atención, hoy acudí por la mañana y mejor me fui a comprar a otra tienda, y que estaban tomando fotos y quitaban a la gente que estaba viendo la ropa, dudo regresar a esa sucursal, sería más útil que lo hicieran en horarios en los que aún no aperturan al público, terrible experiencia

Ayer fui de compras a esta tienda y la música que ponen no es la adecuada puesto que habemos gente que entramos con niños (reggaeton muy vulgar) y a todo volumen, la mayoria del personal no todos, se notaba que iban crudos y la atención pésima además de que no podías escuchar por la música
We find great deals all the time. We furnished 90% of 4 bedroom home using Liverpool. We have a connection there and she (Fanny) let's us know about up coming sales. If you go there look for Fanny in the furniture department. She can help you throughout the store.

Mall with a good selection of shops, from midrange to luxury. Also includes a cinema and several restaurants and cafes.
A very charming mall, clean but not a dystopian shade of white or gray like newer malls. It's s much more inviting than the Manacar and reminds me of the mall at home in the US, but in a good way. Johnny rockets is the spot to eat here!

Pretty impressive. I was lucky in finding Old Navy had a 50% rebate on all merchandise. Casual gonna wild. It houses a Sears. Another 2 malls and a Walmart Super Center are at walking distance. You can spend an intense shopping day.

This is a nice shopping center, clean and with many stotes and a small food court on the second level. This is a quiet shopping center and all this light entering by the glass of the roof. So nice. A good shopping experience.
We shop here for our 6 month old baby and there is an extensive selection of products, we find everything we need whenever we need something. Plus there is an in-store carousel that our baby really enjoys. Plus you can also take your pet with you, as long as it is inside a pet backpack or stroller.
Parking should be paid by stores not customers. Whether you spend $100 or $10,000 . They charge you for parking your car to go shopping. RIDICULOUS

Stopped in to visit the Harley Davidson store , the mall is really really nice and it’s a decent size mall , unfortunately I would say 70% of the stores haven’t opened yet , it must be a new construction or they remodeled the entire mall , I would say In about another 6 months this will be a really cool mall , the food court as of January 23 only had 3 to 4 options and I think only two of them were actually food , behind the mall which is off the main strip there is a parking lot that’s underground , you pay by the hour before you leave so it’s convenient , can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in the future

Good selection of products in a wide variety of categories. Unfortunately if you're hoping to browse casually for items you will be hassled, interrupted, followed, and have your personal space invaded by sales people, who simply won't allow customers to be alone. There is a glaring misconception in this hard sell approach, which assumes that every shopper wants attention from the sales people. Some shoppers just want to browse without being molested by sales people. What a complete turnoff. I will never buy items at Liverpool again.

Very upscale department store, the only one in Playa Del Carmen. Find a lot of Exapt things like Cadbury Eggs Candies and Recliner chairs. Typically things are on the more expensive side for Mexico prices, but the arrive is very attentive, they have a large selection of goods and they deliver. Try to hit them during a sale to get the best of everything. Great for men's, women's clothing, shoes, accessories, candy and fancy chocolates & bubble tea, electronics, furniture and bath. Think Macy's adjacent.

In Cabo san Lucas looking for high fashion. The prices compare Lord &Taylor in the USA. Did not purchase.
One of the most emblematic and iconic malls in town. It was at the time, the best and largest mall when it opened in 1989! BUT now it looks old fashioned, cramped, saturated, crowded and with no remarkable features. Even with it's new remodelation and "expansion" it fails to look great again -for example- as its neighbor Plaza Satélite did. It only seems like good brands inside a cheap space.
This Liverpool store has the same products as any other store. I'm not saying this as a bad thing, on the contrary, that is a real strength because you don't have to go all the way to cancun to find an specific item you are looking for. People here are not as kind in Cancun or in a more vacation oriented place, like the hotel zone, but they are ok. Just because of that I'm giving this Liverpool 4 out if 5 stars. Also a strong point of this (I don't know if it's the only one near this place) it has a pet friendly cafe. You can come and eat breakfast, have a meal or dine with your dog.

I tried to buy a swimsuit that was 3498 in pesos at the Cabo store. It was 40% off which means 1399 in pesos which is $73. The girls were trying to charge $124 because of the currency conversion. So they said. Walked across to the sketchers store and paid $73. For shoes that were 1399 in pesos. Those girls were sketchy. Probably pocketing the money for themselves. So disappointed and will never shop there again.

Nunca me han proveído de una mala visita. Siempre han sido muy atentos y pacientes con los clientes indecisos. Sus productos nunca me han decepcionado; su calidad y estética son excelentes. Los precios son elevados, pero vale lo que estás adquiriendo. El lugar luce bastante bien: limpio y ordenado.
Por mucho, recomiendo esta marca, y esta sede en Parque Delta. En su momento, manejan buenos descuentos.

Straight forward crepes and drinks. They offer a large variety of food, and desserts... In general, I'd say they offer good value.
Liverpool Polanco stands as a proud, shining specimen of a vanishing species: the classic, full-service, full-featured department store, with a vast range of products and services, and an emphasis on both. While the upscale offerings are what you would expect from it's posh Polanco location, bargain-hunters will find gratifying markdowns on lots of stuff still shiny with newness. Unlike it's venerable downtown sibling, it shows no sign of wear. It looks good. It smells good. It feels good.

This is an international department store than leaders the brick and mortar of retail in Mexico they have a wide variety of clothing items for Men and Women and for the whole family , here you will find all the biggest brands in a never ending arrange of sizes, colors and types all displayed has good taste and nice customer support - from technology to socks and underwear - they also have nice resting areas with good amiance music
Excellent shopping mall. Very clean and very well maintained. Whilst they're under construction in some of the areas right now, they have kept the construction well-hidden and the main areas of the mall are fully operational and very very clean. I also like that they have clearly visible armed security guards in some of the higher end shops. People are very nice here and very friendly. Ain't tequila Grill Restaurant was excellent and the food was fantastic. I give the shopping mall 5 stars.
The food court of this place is amazing, I was here for a few days and just came here, best selection of gourmet food, and restaurant, all under one roof.
I get five stars to the shopping plaza. There are many excellent stores and we did quite a bit of shopping. The prices were very reasonable, and all the store owners and staff were friendly and welcoming. We found lots of traditional items as well as modern-day fun items. We purchased all our souvenirs for our 5 day vacation to the Hotel district of Cancun at this Shopping Plaza.
Very good service. The guys who work there really know the product. Recommend!
Esta sucursal casi siempre tiene gente, mas cuando hay rebajas, encuentras todo tipo de ropa y a precios bastante accesibles, los chicos siempre muy amables, muchos dicen que desordenado pero la verdad siempre estan acomodando algo y llegan los clientes a sacar el último pantalon o blusa y desacomodan todo, ropa para todo tipo de momento.
(12/2019)I upped my rating this year despite fewer stores. It's been renovated and you get much better deals here than at other malls. It's a more traditional mall than than other malls (I remember going here in 1993 - it was about the only option other than the markets) and it has a grocery store with a good variety of items and prices. The service is better and the people nicer. CHECK PRICES HERE FIRST before going to the other malls.
