Siempre había tenido muy buena atención pero el sábado tuve una muy mala experiencia al tratar de sacarme una radiografía , muy mala comunicación entre ellos mismos y se negaron a hacerme un estudio que ya había pagado

Me preguntaron mi edad 3 veces durante el examen. Me dijeron que toman mucho en cuenta la edad para recomendar la graduación. Un lío para cambiarlos. Acabe con un par de lentes que no me servirán. Primera y ultima vez.

Fui a hacerme unos lentes, la atención fue rápida, el optometrista me atendió muy bien y estuvieron listos muy rápido, al día siguiente. Lo único malo fue el servicio de las chavas que te enseñan los modelos de lentes, te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor y de mala gana. Fuera de eso, puede ser relativamente económico y el equipo que usan se ve de buena calidad, los lentes parecen de calidad y mi graduación la hicieron bien.

Mil veces mejor que Laboratorio Médico Polanco. El costo es muchísimo menor y la atención, mejor. Si llegas con cita, sales rapidísimo porque te atienden de inmediato. También tienen pase prioritario para adultos mayores. Me hice estudios de todo, laboratorio, Papanicolaou y ultrasonido. La enfermera ALLISON fue SÚPER delicada con mi Papanicolaou. Lo recomiendo al cien.

The staff and employees are excellent. The administrator here (Eder Armando Ortiz Montiel) is horrible.

I am a foreigner. This year, I have spent 10,000 pesos on Salud Digna. I have health insurance, but they require bills. It is possible to present an invoice to a foreigner. I have dozens of facturas from Salud Digna to prove this.

The last time I went, I waited an hour while Eder "worked" on my bill. Eder spent his time helping others, texting on his cell phone, and chatting. He disappeared into his office. He returned later and told me to come back Tuesday for my bill.

I came back on Tuesday. He said he would get my bill. I waited another hour. He repeated the same behaviors. He hid in his office and called one of the employees to tell me that he could not present an invoice. He did not want to come down to talk to me. Coward.

Eder finally came down (after three calls from his employees). He laughed at me. I was surprised by his behavior. If Eder can use his phone to send text messages, he can use it to translate.

The employees seem terrified of him. They were afraid to call him. I am not sure if he is abusing his employees or what. From what I saw, he should not be administrating anything.

I need more tests and scans. I will go to a different lab. Salud Digna has lost my business. Eder has got to go.

Their reservation system is a mess... I called three times to book spa treatments for my parents and myself and I got a confirmation from one of their staffs on the phone. I provided them with my email address cause they said they would send me a confirmation. However, when I showed up at the appointment time, they told me that they didn't have my reservation and there was no confirmation email sent. I even showed them my phone call record but they just apologized that they didn't get my reservation and the spots had already been taken by other people.

If I could stay like for a month there! Heaven!

Most amazing spa day I have ever had and I’ve been to many in the states! If you are debating if you should go or not you definitely should! From the moment you walk in your are greeted and then guided throughout your time there. You have almost like a personal concierge within the spa area, mine was Ena and she was delightful. She guided me with a steam room and scrub, sauna, and cold plunge followed by a hot tub. She served different juices and aloe water and then set up every thing I would need to relax by the pool and even dried my swimsuit for me after I was done. I had a facial with Javi and he was fantastic. The treatments are done in stand alone treatment rooms within the jungle that almost look like mini houses. I’ve never seen anything like it especially in a spa setting. Javi took lots of time to learn about my skin and goals and then gave an incredible facial. After I had lunch already set up for me by the pool and was able to eat and relax before heading out. All the staff was incredibly attentive and I can’t wait to come back one day. It’s a very special five star experience!

Saque cita para una radiografia y fue bastante dificil, pero una semana despúes por telefóno pude hacer mi cita. El lugar estaba limpio y aunque tuve que hacer fila fue bastante rápido. Los precios son bastante accesibles en comparacion a otros laboratorios, y tienen una gran variedad de servicios ( te recomiendo ir a su página oficial para mas informacion).
Despues de pagar todo fue rápido y solo estuve alrededor de 20 minutos en total, me entregaron mis resultados de un dia para otro y la persona que me atendio respondio a cada una de mis preguntas y dudas. Se requiere cubrebocas para entrar y te toman la temperatura.
Recomendaciones; estrictamente recomiendo hacer cita ya que no te atienden si no llevas cita.

Estoy escribienda AL parté de mi jefe un jefe de respecto en Pemex. Avoid these people at all costs they are complete Hustler's extremely Shady. Evitalos son ESTAFADORES baratos. They are worse if you are a foreigner because they will recommend test that you don't need they will charge you much more then they charge Mexicans. Son muy abusivos mas Quando eres exteanjero. Suben Los precios. Do not ever give them your credit card also they will overcharge your card. No te confias a dejar Su TARJETEF DE CREDITO. Van a a enganar y robar de su TARJETEF igual. Mejor chopo. Use chopo. Yes it's. More expensive but they are honest. So es mas caro pero son honestos

Salud Digna, es un laboratorio médico con costos bastante asequibles para la mayor parte de la población en la CDMX. El trato al cliente no es el adecuado, desde un guardia de seguridad entrometido, cajeras (sin servicio bancario) apáticas y asistentes médicos que asumen que ya sabes que hacer en tu primera visita; realmente tiene mucha gente por los precios bajos y la oferta de servicios.
Por otra parte, ofrecen servicio digital para consultar resultados, un Chat-Bot que no entiende, no sirve y simplemente no envía respuesta; en mi caso, llevo un mes esperando mis resultados, pero eso sí, por WhatsApp te mandan publicidad innecesaria.
Vayan con tiempo ya que las filas son largas, no hay estacionamiento y tampoco hay una rampa de acceso para silla de ruedas cercano, ¡cuidado con la ciclovía! que pasa frente a la puerta de acceso y no hay personal para brindar asistencia.

Unbelievable wait, even for Mexico. I arrived fifteen minutes before my schedule appointment and was **let inside** fifty minutes later. It was another forty minutes to pay. Then fifteen minutes more to actually get the COVID antigen test.

I asked the woman at the till: is it always this slow? Yes, she said, they don't have more cashiers working in the afternoon (she was one of two for any and everyone entering the clinic (there was a third that exclusively gave results). Reviews in Spanish mention the security guy at the front taking bribes, maybe that would have helped things along - though while finally waiting inside even he at one point called to his jefa saying they needed another cashier...

Great place to take an antigen test before a flight to the USA

The most professional place for COVID testing. Far better customer service than the US. The cheapest too! I made my appointment online and showed up 20 minutes early. Check-in was really fast and the test was done within minutes. The results were ready within 2 hours. The best part was the results were given in PDF form and it can be sent to you via whatapps (I had a US phone) and had no issues. Then you can choose to get it emailed also to you via the chat box. The only issue might be the bit shady part of town and the subway station is a jungle of vendors.

This is a good place to get a rapid antigen test before a flight to the USA. It was a simple process. Book an appointment within three days and pay online. Show up for your appointment with ID, in and out quick with a ticket to scan in WhatsApp to get results in maximum two hours. I found them through the list of recommend testing sites on United Airlines. It costs less than Farmacia Ahorro.

The most beautiful spa I have ever visited. It’s wonderfully integrated into a natural setting. Great service too!

Beautiful spa with full amenities. Different shades of sugar scrubs with grapefruit oils or honey. Ginormous rain fall shower that hits you from all sides, cool plunge pools, hot tubs, and showers with beautifully done private Jungle scenery. Highly recommend the Lomi Lomi.

They have their own private cenote here, however access has been shut off since a crocodile was sighted there.
