Mucha variedad de ropa a precios muy variados, hay desde ropa muy económica hasta ropa de muy buena calidad. Desvistieron a un maniquí para darme su camisa, entonces diría que la atención es muy buena. :)
De las peores tiendas de Suburbia, los vendedores no sueltan el celular, super mala atención y mala actitud, la tienda desorganizada, parace que vas a comprar ropa de la paca (todo amontonado), necesitaba comprar varios pantalones pero no había sastre para hacer la bastilla, pésimo servicio
We find great deals all the time. We furnished 90% of 4 bedroom home using Liverpool. We have a connection there and she (Fanny) let's us know about up coming sales. If you go there look for Fanny in the furniture department. She can help you throughout the store.

Very well stocked and probably the most upmarket store in Playa Del Carmen, although definitely not the easiest to access as it is not easily accessible without a car.

Lots of security. Great air-conditioning, lots of choice and unusual for Mexico, it seems most of the labels did actually accurately reflect the item on display and the current price...
Staff are mostly happy to help, just as long as you're in the department that they are paid to attend, otherwise they don't even try to assist and almost aggressively send you to a different checkout...

No contraten el Seguro PIF no contestan en atención a clientes (tardan de 15 a 20 minutos en comunicarte con un "asesor") y atienden de forma grosera. Cuando quieres cancelarlo casi hasta te ofenden por cancelarles su seguro Chafa, estoy pensando en suspender igual mi tarjeta departamental ya que así deben ser igual en atención a clientes de la tienda. Mejor vayan a Sears que está alado. 👍👍👍
Pretty impressive. I was lucky in finding Old Navy had a 50% rebate on all merchandise. Casual gonna wild. It houses a Sears. Another 2 malls and a Walmart Super Center are at walking distance. You can spend an intense shopping day.

Hice una compra en línea, varios días después ellos cancelaron mi pedido por falta de Stock, llamé para reportar la situación y me dijeron que en un período de 5 a 7 días vería reflejado el reembolso en mi cuenta. Han pasado más de 10 días y nada. Hoy volví a comunicarme y me dicen que para que puedan realizar el reembolso debo de acudir personalmente a una sucursal para que me devuelvan el dinero en efectivo. Vivo a 70 km de la sucursal más cercana. Voy a perder la mitad del dinero de mi compra y horas de mi vida solo en trasladarme hasta allí. Una vergüenza. Pésima experiencia. Primera y última vez.

Lleva 6 días de atraso mi compra, de la cuál originalmente me dieron 17 días para entrega lo cuál ya era alto. Me he comunicado con ellos y muestran nulo interés por resolver.

We shop here for our 6 month old baby and there is an extensive selection of products, we find everything we need whenever we need something. Plus there is an in-store carousel that our baby really enjoys. Plus you can also take your pet with you, as long as it is inside a pet backpack or stroller.
Early lunch and some shopping. Good service and great atmosphere.
This is one of the largest branches of the brand, surely you can find here what you are looking for.
Some times there are good discounts and promotions but most of the time the prices are overvalued.
The store is located within Perisur Mall and is well connected, the carpark is huge and the closest trustful public transportation is the Metrobus with the Perisur Station.

Exelente muy buena atención a los clientes, los precios son elevados por la buena calidad qué tienen y por los productos originales, recomiendo mucho venir a esta tienda ubicada en el 1er piso de la plaza
Compré una moto con ellos, llevo dos meses intentando que me corrijan la factura para poder emplacar. Eviten dolores de cabeza y no compren en línea. La tienda por su lado muestra completo desinterés.
Fui a comprar un regalo y me atendieron super bien, el personal es muy amable, y atentos.
Jamás compren en su tienda online, de casualidad encontré un Funko a precio aceptable y van 4 semanas rogando porque me den el Funko o mi dinero y nadie contesta ni me resuelve nada. Sus precios en tienda física son exageradamente altos , y cuando creen que no sabes de funkos tratan de vendertelos más caros diciendo que son muy difíciles de conseguir. Me intentaron vender un Charmander metálico diciendo que era más valioso que un Charmander diamond(el que me deben). Solo recomiendo comprar sus productos en mercado libre y solo si están a mejor precio que en otras tiendas. A la fecha solo he encontrado dos funkos ahí con un precio decente. Mejor vayan por cracken shop, buena tienda , precios competitivos y excelente atención al cliente. Si a alguien lo han estafado como a mí lo invito abuscarme

Segun manejan marca bandai y los que estan ahi se sorprenden cuando uno les pregunta. No puede ser no conozcan saint seiya y ni que decir dragon ball. Cuando les hice ver incluso afuera dice bandai y esta un goku solo dijeron que ahi no tienen. Muy mal esta sucursal
Good selection of products in a wide variety of categories. Unfortunately if you're hoping to browse casually for items you will be hassled, interrupted, followed, and have your personal space invaded by sales people, who simply won't allow customers to be alone. There is a glaring misconception in this hard sell approach, which assumes that every shopper wants attention from the sales people. Some shoppers just want to browse without being molested by sales people. What a complete turnoff. I will never buy items at Liverpool again.

Good selection of toys at pretty standard prices for the area. Unfortunately the cashier seemed to be having a bad day and was not very friendly.
¡Aguas porque estafan! A mi papá le vendieron un funko que valía $350 en $1000!! Y le dijeron que era edición difícil de conseguir. No estuvo chido que se aprovecharán así. Yo tenía buen concepto de la tienda e incluso he comprado aquí otros a precio real, pero esta vez si se pasaron de estafadores.
Interesting toy store. They only sell the Lego brand, but have many 3D puzzles featuring movie and cartoon characters.

Por favor no compren Funkos aquí. Una cosa es que tiendas tengan que hacer sus ganancias y otra cosa es que se pasen de groseros y te estén estafando/robando tu dinero. Los Funkos están exageradamente caros aquí sin tener porque. Funkos que no son raros que puedes encontrar en 350 pesos te salen aquí en 700 o más.
Una mejor sugerencia, vayan al mercado de Funkos que se pone cada sábado por Bellas Artes (al salir de metro Hidalgo). Hay Funkos de todo aquí, normales y raros y a muy buenos precios. Los Funkos de este mercado no te van a costar el doble o el triple de lo que te cuestan en esta tienda. Nombre que barbaros.

I been coming here since I was a kid. It’s been at least 3 years since my last visit. I was surprised with all the upgrades the mall is getting. I was amazed how the restaurant has changed without loosing its essence. The food has the same good old flavor, the services is always superb but now with a modern touch. Definitely coming back! Well done!

type place, but we found a great bed, outdoor furniture and decor items.
Best of all was Ever, the wonderful staff member who is fluent in English and happy to help. 👍🏻✅

Tiene de todo un poco respecto anime, es atractiva visualmemte, estaria muy fregon q los empleados tuvieran una playera distintiva y algo de promocion ya q apesar q esta frente a la salida del suburbano, pocos notan q esta ahi, Podria mejorar😋

Buena atención al cliente, tristemente yo como coleccionista están exagerados sus precios, obviamente con tal de vender una pieza te inventan cualquier historia, me dijeron que era un funko que aún no llegaba a México y que estaba muy cotizada, cuando en Realidad a mi me había costado $380 con protector y ellos lo daban en $900. Y la gente que no sabe sigue comprando a precios exagerados y ridículos. Antes vendian buenos funkos a buen precio yo llegué a comprar más de 40 Funkos ahí y ahora prefiero la tienda que está a lado de Funkos o Limited Edition
Me gusto mucho la tienda pude encontrar Muchas variedad de productos y coleccionables, buscaba unos funkos en particular y los encontré con los chicos de Quantum Hobbies, también pude conseguir un cómic que me hacía falta en mi colección y dentro de la tienda hay una marca muy bonita con diseños de animalitos que me gusto para mi novia.
Me gusto qué hay mucha variedad en coleccionables y video juegos.

The staff were nice (for the most part) and I get that it's their job to approach customers but they really shouldn't be on your shoulder at nearly every step you take. Some would then try to innitiate a conversation but then act as if you are crazy when you actually follow up on it (or maybe that was just my impression since I kept getting bombarded left, right and center so at some point I didn't even know what to reply with).
Additionally, the space is so small it even makes the previous issue I mentioned a bit worse since the whole place feels kinda claustrophobic. Then the fact that it's small makes it so they can't offer a wide variety of products.
The prices are meh. The cups of bricks got such a price increase they aren't even worth it anymore, specially because they barely get any variety regarding bricks and pieces. Some sets have really nice prices (to then point I even got buyers remorse since I got them at walmart or some other places at a higher price) but others are just… not so good. I've seen them considerably cheaper on walmart or other places.
I also think their build a minifig is neglected. There's lots of pieces and assembled minifigs everywhere despite there being special containers for each type of piece and the fact that there are assmbled minifigs just lying around makes me think they never even bother to clean or organize the pieces.
I guess it's an okay place if you want some specific stuff (sets of extra pieces, LEGO city related stuff or even some keychains) and just don't want to do it on the website.
Oh, I almost forgot. This store is hidden in a really big mall. I'm not even kidding here, it's right underneath a set of stairs so it's extremely easy to miss wince it's both small and hidden.

Muy bonita tienda pero ya con poca variedad de productos
Rsta bien surtido, buenos precios, pero mi califcacion de 3 es por que un juego que compre me.salio incompleto y me dijeron que sin el ticket no me lodian cambiar, sin embargo admitieron reconocerme como cliente, pero aun así no me "pudieron" cambiar el juego, según por el "sistema". A mi parecer el sistema es manejado por humanos y no humanos manejados por un software..... recomendación... si compras algo revisarlo antes de salir.... de otra forma será muy difícil que te lo cambien!
Tienda enfocada en la venta de Funkos Pop principalmente, juguetes retro, consolas de antigua generación y demás, ubicados justo enfrente de la entrada a Forum Buenavista, la atención es buena y cordial, los precios son competitivos y la estética del lugar es única, llena de figuras y personajes icónicos por todas partes, recomendable si eres un coleccionista de Funkos o juguetes retro.

Very upscale department store, the only one in Playa Del Carmen. Find a lot of Exapt things like Cadbury Eggs Candies and Recliner chairs. Typically things are on the more expensive side for Mexico prices, but the arrive is very attentive, they have a large selection of goods and they deliver. Try to hit them during a sale to get the best of everything. Great for men's, women's clothing, shoes, accessories, candy and fancy chocolates & bubble tea, electronics, furniture and bath. Think Macy's adjacent.

This Liverpool store has the same products as any other store. I'm not saying this as a bad thing, on the contrary, that is a real strength because you don't have to go all the way to cancun to find an specific item you are looking for. People here are not as kind in Cancun or in a more vacation oriented place, like the hotel zone, but they are ok. Just because of that I'm giving this Liverpool 4 out if 5 stars. Also a strong point of this (I don't know if it's the only one near this place) it has a pet friendly cafe. You can come and eat breakfast, have a meal or dine with your dog.
Nice, busy, not-so-crowded gourmet area to have food. Plenty of choices. Nice concept. A la cartè also available.

Una tienda de juguetes muy variados y de varias marcas reconocidas de calidad. Buenos precios. Aquí encontré un juguete que estaba buscando y me salió más barato que en cualquier otra juguetería o compra en linea de varias páginas web.
Les faltan muchos más variedad de juguetes el lugar está tan apretado que enfrente de los estantes ponen bisicletas y esto impide que puedas ver qué es lo que te gusta para comprarlo y si las nueces para ver lo que están tapando se enojan así que muy muy mal
Good standard of popular food and drink that goes down well with everyone. Juices freshly prepared are fantastic. Cleanliness is very good. Surroundings may look a little ordinary, but it ticks the boxes when it comes to value for money. Prices are extremely reasonable.
Carííísssimo todo. Algunas cosas a mas del doble que en una tienda normal sobre todo en marvel legends, asi como algunas de estas sin la pieza baf. Ademas el tipo de lado de funko no me dejo entrar a pesar de ya estar abierto argumentando que faltaban 5 minutos para aperturar, este mismo era uno de 1.50 mts. aproximadamente. Los playmobil sobre todo los fuera de stock pero no precisamente sets super raros regularmente maltratados los empaques y precios altos repito.

I love Sanborns, it has everything from bread, movies, cloth until jewelry, games, etc. Always open and the restaurant serves good food. Also sanborns has grown along with the Mexico history.
Precios más altos que en el Super u otras jugueterias,recomiendo buscar las ofertas y prestarles atención, algunas son muy buenas y otras sencillamente no le ves el descuento. no hay mucho orden en los pasillos así que tendrás que pasear tu y el niño de un pasillo a otro para ver su gama de cochecitos por ejemplo.
Es bonito, en general los precios son más elevados que en un supermercado, nada sensacional, tampoco la atención es buena, se limitan a estar ahí y excepcionalmente llegan a apoyarte para que encuentres lo que buscas.
